Fantastic selection and friendly staff. They helped me pick out some steaks for mothers day. I decided on the ribeye after the guy at the counter walked me through all the cuts of meat they have available and the differences between them. Have gone back a second time for hamburger and it was delicious. Im looking forward to trying everything else they have to offer.

A friend gave me a Big Daddy strip steak. It was frozen and still the best steak I ever had!!! (Ive been to some of the finest restaurants just to put it in perspective) the kabob meat is also one of my favorites. The staff is always very nice and happy. This place is just awesome!!!

I always passed this placed and never stop in. I’m glad I did, because I received great customer service by the gentleman that helped me. He taught a few things I didn’t know about some cuts of meats that will help me on the rare occasion that I do cook 🤭 Helped me pick out some seasonings that would compliment my meals. Sometimes towns have hidden gems that are in plain sight, we just have to find them.

I have been buying meat from Stasburg for the past few months. Last Friday running late I went to a local grocery store and got a roast. Never again will only buy meat from Strasburg Meat Market. You guys are the best

I called three days before Christmas Eve to order a prime rib roast. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and took my order to be trimmed and picked up later that afternoon. Upon arrival, my roast was ready to go with my name on it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt resist picking up some of the super hot sausage - it lives up to its name and is awesome! The roast was fresh, well marbled, nicely trimmed and tied. It turned out FANTASTIC! Top quality, great service, local - you cant go wrong here!

Ive been living in Ohio for almost 2 years and I MUST say that this butcher is a great find. We have become a regular and have cut out buying from a franchise grocery store chain. The gentlemen at this shop deliver a level of customer service that is simply impeccable. No matter how crazy my idea is they ALWAYS go above and beyond to MEAT😆 IT. But seriously, as long as I live in Ohio Strasburg will have a loyal customer.

Selection is great. Prices are a little higher than grocery stores, but quality is way better. Staff is friendly and helpful. I only buy my meat from Strasburg. Their value boxes are a great deal. I buy 2 a month to feed my family of five.

I enjoy shopping at here, everyone is welcoming and feels like family. Of course at every smaller establishment that you are a recurring customer you have your favorites mine is Kevin, he does good by our family and has for many years. The quality of meat cant be beat, I know cliche however it is the truth. These are GMO and antibiotic free, the beef and pig are not fed anything that is not organic. You have a variety of pre determined boxes you can buy that you may switch up if you dont want something. I always order a number two box and make several changes without any complaint. The price cant be beat not for the way the animal is fed, raised and treated before it is butchered. Great cuts, fair portion sizes unless you ask otherwise. You can order through the boxes but give them a day it takes time if you are picky and want your butcher to do it. I have never gotten a bad cut, or returned anything. You can also get special cuts, but single items and they carry various local artisan foods, maple syrup, beef jerky, sauces, and even have recipes when I cant think of how I want to cook a piece of meat that I am tired of making the same way I call and say hey what can I do to this that is different or new? Do not be afraid to ask, these people are very qualified, knowledgeable and will breakdown everything for you if you are not sure. I refuse to go anywhere else for my meat.

Terrible place to take your deer ! They are not clean or sanitary. When I got my deer back there was deer hair in the meat. All over the tenderloins and IN the deer burger! I still have not gotten any of my Trail, Jerky or Sticks back yet and its been way over a month. Highly disgusted ! I do not recommend this place AT ALL !
