This morning I made the mistake of going to the Verizon store in Canton. I noticed the store was closing early today because of the Holiday and I made sure to call in advance. When I got no answer at 10:35am I ran out to the store immediately to catch someone. I got there no later than 10:45am and saw the pair of 2 inside the store. Relieved as I knew the store was still open I tried to go in the door, to my dismay it was locked. I looked over to the gentleman on the right behind the kiosk and knocked. As he looked at me he looked at his empty wrist and pointed as if to say I was too late. I thought that was incredibly rude so I pulled out my second phone to show that I was merely here for an answer to my question. I got no response the second and third time I knocked, so I took some pictures of the hardworking team diligently ignoring their prospects before leaving dissatisfied and disappointed at 10:52am.
The overweight guy working today has serious anger issues. In a rush I walked in without a mask. He asked me if I had one and when I said no he lost it. Was simply looking to drop off a piece of equipment but will find an alternative location. Ps the place was a mess.
The staff at The Wireless Zone is great. What shoppers need to know before going to this store is that it is not a Verizon Wireless store. The deals are different than most at Verizon stores.Also, it is important to bring a list & stick to the costs. Generally speaking, smart shoppers will always do better. Along with your list bring paperwork printed off Verizon.com & at least 2 other comps.
Above and beyond customer service and professionalism. Specifically Chris, who quickly was able to locate my same-day order, and went further to show me how the set-up will go using an in-store unit to explain how to manually configure my router and cable boxes. In and out in 10 minutes. Grateful for Chris’ help and efficiency of this store. Highly recommend!
Chris went above and beyond upgrading me from a basic phone to a 5G. There were several steps involved and he remained patient and kind throughout! I highly recommend him and the Canton store
I’ve had horrible experiences with Verizon in the past and was genuinely just considering switching to another carrier, but Thomas Farrell at this location changed my mind. He was very patient and took the extra time to help me figure out a solution to the issues I’ve been experiencing with the company. If there is a raise out there, this man deserves it 100 times over!!
I want to thank Tom Farrell for all of his help getting new phones for my family of 4 last week. We had 3 old phone and needed to upgrade one and add a new line. Tom took the time to look at all of our options on my account to get us the best value, and we ended up with 4 new phones at a lower cost than we would have gotten for the two that we were planning on. I appreciated his patience and thoroughness to explain the phone options, the plans, and the protection. He also did the upgrades and put on the screen protectors and cases. His help and attention made the whole process less stressful for me. I would highly recommend working with Tom and Verizon in Canton.

Chris at Verizon Cobbs Corner was AMAZING!! He helped me switch all of my Android stuff to iPhone, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went over, even on a second day! I recommend going there and working with him 1000%!!!

Tom was very helpful. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that he was by himself in the store, so everything took much longer than it needed to. Not his fault at all, but there seems to be a staffing issue.

I had a great experience with Brendan last Friday while trying to fix the problem of multiple spam calls that I had been getting on my phone for weeks. I would block the number and I would keep getting more and more every day because they would just change the last 4 digits of the number.He worked so hard calling Verizon to take steps to fix the problem and staying on the phone to come up with a solution that would block the calls and solve my problems. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that everything possible was done to stop those calls for good. I have never seen such dedication in an employee. He was kind and courteous and assured me that this would get fixed no matter how long it took. Great service, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough about this awesome employee. My son needed a new phone and we were delighted to work with Alex. Alex went above and beyond to give me any my son the best possible service. I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful Alex was at Verizon in Canton. Not only did he walk me through every option to buy new phones.. but when it came to setting up the new phones he was incredibly helpful. My phone was easy but ran into some complications with my fathers transfer of info. He did not give up and stayed late to finish it and make sure everything was a success. He is pleasant, patient and knows his stuff! Verizon this man deserves a raise! Hold on to him. Needless to say my father loves his new phone and can’t thank him enough!

My wife and I recently moved to Canton and were in a tight spot - we are working remote due to COVID and didnt have access to the internet in the new house. I spent hours and hours on the phone with Verzion Fios and when I finally got through, they told me that I needed a technician to come out to update our system and the next available time was 10 days out!We needed to work and didnt have anyone nearby that could help us out (and our offices are closed - kind of a perfect storm). I tried many times and ways to push up the install date by calling in to the customer service line and wasted hours without any luck. I had almost given up when I decided to call the closest Verizon store in Cobbs Corner.My representative Henry, his manager Tom and Account Manager Micah absolutely saved the day. Henry took the lead and was super professional, understanding and diligent in hearing me out and discussing different options for solving the issue. It was clear that this isnt a punch-in/punch-out job for Henry, he is completely focused on delivering the best customer experience possible and he certainly did for us!He and his team pulled some strings and they were able to have someone out the next day. Our technician, Tony was also very knowledgable and friendly and great to work with. Thank you Canton Verizon team!

I had such a great experience working with JT. Usually going into Verizon I feel dazed and confused. However, JT had an extremely warming welcome and knowledge base of FIOS that helped me understand things better. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with JT’s professionalism, understanding of technology and other components within Verizon. This made me feel more at ease with being a customer at Verizon and my lack of technology skills. Thanks to JT, I feel like a professional IT person, ha! I would absolutely recommend friends and family to go to this location to speak with JT— as I will be his #1 costumer if I ever have a question again. Normally I hate having to get a new cell phone because the process is such a hassle, but the experience I had at this Verizon was so different in the best way. I came in with a broken camera and screen expecting to file an insurance claim for a replacement. The manager Tom was able to get me into a new iPhone 11 and actually ended up saving me money! I wanted to switch from my droid to a iPhone and Tom was so patient in showing me how to use my new phone and transferring all my data. Hands down best experience I have ever had in my 10 years with Verizon. Thanks Tom, you rock!
My cablebox was not working so I went to exchange it.After explaining that we tested everything and replaced some connections with new ones to try to solve the issue, I was given yet another connection to try. I was told that they had no HD boxes and if that did not work to go to another location for a cable box.If no one has a box, one will have to be mailed to me. Should I be waiting that long?BAD customer service.Seemed to me he was in a rush to either go on break or go home.Im actually paying for this?????
