Store manager Ethan G was very friendly and provided excellent customer service! We ended up coming here instead of the corporate store down the road and we are glad we did! We got in and out pretty quickly and the environment was a comfortable one. Highly recommend coming to this store!
Felix was fabulous. I dropped my phone in water and received a replacement phone. I took the new phone to Felix to have liquid glass put on my screen. I also needed a little charger for my car...he explained to me how I could purchase one that was hands-free that charged as well. So I took his advice and purchased the one he suggested. Then for free he helped me erase my old phones data. He even went so far as to take my new charging station out to my vehicle and install it for me. It was my first experience at this Verizon store. I told him it is now my new go to Verizon facility. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Touché Felix! Thank you for all your help! Randi

Came in to replace my Galaxy S8.. Beware ... I was sold a Galaxy S20 5G UW.. This is a $1000 phone that has 128GB capacity there is no external SD card slot for this model.. Im not certain that the self representative was aware of this.. Because I certainly made him aware of my need for a higher capacity Phone.. Anyhow I am a truck driver I am constantly in transit for a month at a time.. I was told I had 15 days to return to device to any victra location. By the time I got to a Victra It was day 16 and I was informed it was actually only 14 days.. Also they could not take the phone back at that location because they did not carry this particular model in stock they would have to order one.. I was unaware this was an authorised dealer as theres nothing indicating that on the outside of the store.. The sales representatives were friendly and I was pressed for time.. I will not be making the mistake again of dealing with such. I will be cancelling my Verizon service after being a customer for all these years As I am upset of being stuck with a $1000 worthless device that I have to replace now.. I plan on gifting the device to somebody who could use it as to make me feel better about the whole situation because its worthless to me.

I love when the guy says “like I said..” like I’m a 5 year old, when on the phone he said he could run diagnostics to find the issue. I explain the identical issue in the store and he says there’s nothing he can do. Terrible customer service.
The workers made me feel a lot more comfortable about being in there and not knowing anything about phones. It was Felix, David, and Dmitri that helped me, and it went by quick and smooth. I will be going back to this location from now on.
JUNK JUNK JUNK ALERTDo not go to this store! I purchased a 70$ screen protector that was installed on my phone by the employee working. They told me that it was backed no matter what! They also said if you have any issues just bring it in and we will replace it no matter what Free of charge. 3 days after the install the protector popped half way off the screen so I decided to go to the store. The owner immediately denied stating his employee told me that warranty covered anything and id have to pay for another protector. When I said Id like a refund he told me no and to leave his store. I never leave reviews but this store is nothing but liars and con artist selling over priced junk to hardworking people. If I could leave a negative star rating I would.......JUNK JUNK JUNK

Came in an hour and a half before close. There was one person already in the store. Waited about 45 minutes until the associate told me he wouldnt be able to get to me. Fortunately, all that time gave me the chance to price check their options and discover that most of their phones had a steep markup over their competitors. If you feel like wasting extra time and spending extra money because the store says Verizon on it, feel free, but know that much better options exist.

I have personally never met a pair of two young men which such positive attitudes. I’ve been to this location several times recently and every single time I have been there Chance and Caleb have been the most patient sales people you can imagine. They make me feel extremely comfortable to come in and not feel embarrassed about my problem. I would and will recommend this location to anyone seeking absolutely great service.

Where do I even begin...I had placed an order online to switch carries and get a new phone. During the checkout, it said I could pick up the phone in store and it’s usually ready within 2 hours. The next day, I had contacted the store, after not hearing from anybody, and they gave me some long dramatic story about why I didn’t hear anything. The manager states they have the phone in stock, but somebody was supposed to come pick it up, but it has my name on it, but I can come into the store and try and activate it but he’s not sure it will work...are you following this? Because I surely didn’t. He says he had to cancel my order. So he says if I come in and he can’t get the phone to activate, he can order it and it would take a few days. He said he wants me to come see him but won’t be there today but will be there next week. I told him I work, this is my day off and he said they have an appointment at 7pm (mind you it’s 3pm when I called) and that if the 7pm customer doesn’t show up, they will call me. No idea why I couldn’t just come into the store when I called at 3pm. Well, no surprise, I didn’t hear anything from the store. So now I’m dealing with Verizon trying to pick up the pieces. Please stay away, I should have known better and should have gone to an actual corporate Verizon store. Learn from my mistake.

Worst, most unethical business I have ever encountered!! Misleading, out right lying, and completely dishonest sales people. Promised a monthly fee of $117, was actually over $180. Said a free tablet was included -- actually costs an additional $35.50 per month. Never discussed extended warranty -- they charged an extra $30 per month. Have started procedures to have their Verizon license suspended. DO NOT deal with this company. Filing complaints with the BBB, Stark County Chambers of Commerce, and Verizon Customer Relations. Will pursue legal recourse if they do not rectify their bad acts. If I could rate less than one star, I definitely would.

As a salesman myself I cringe when I’m pushed towards anything and they respected what I wanted and didn’t mold me to what was best for them. Kayla and Josh helped out and were casual and relaxed. Representatives blatantly lied to us about 2 different contract terms, and about the ability to transfer one of our numbers from another Verizon account. The last 2 days have been hell trying to cancel these contracts and return our devices. Within 14 days of activation you are within a trial period and can cancel and return the devices.However, if you shopped with Z Wireless you must return the devices to the same store you got that from (which is an hour away for us, while we live 5 minutes from another.) and there must happen to be a manager ON SITE because they require the store managers override to cancel a contract. He wasnt in? Tough luck for us. They also want you to pay a restocking fee for each device. Make no mistake... these people are out for your money, and there is nothing but disadvantage to shopping with Z Wireless over Verizon corporate.Oh and dont let them fool you with the insurance. They may use the same insurance as Verizon but it is NOT the same insurance. The process behind making a phone claim is much more difficult.
This is one of the poorest examples of service Ive experienced. We purchased an iPhone 8 last July. 1 week ago the software updates wouldnt complete. Brought the phone into this location. The store manager said it couldnt be fixed, so she sold my daughter a new phone in which my daughter paid the sales tax on, The store manager never mentioned anything about the 1-year warranty Verizon has on new phones. We went to the corporate store down the street, and they fixed the phone in minutes. My daughter tried to return the phone she bought an hour ago, and they were requesting a re-stocking fee of $72. Thankfully, customer service for corporate granted me a credit for the re-stocking fee. I just returned the phone tonight, and found out I was not going to receive credit for the $60 screen protector that my daughter didnt request. The store manager just put it on without consent. Over the course of a week, I called this location 20x; 2 co-workers took my message, but the store manager never returned my call. Also, their VM is completely full so youre unable to leave a message. If my business was based on this location alone and its leadership, I would have certainly handed in 2 phones and cancelled my service theyve provided me for 22 years. A 1-star rating is very generous. My advice; good service will result in your sales. Thank you to Verizon corporate for cleaning up this mess.
Andy went way out of his way to help me. He actually greeted me at the door, introduced himself, and gave me a warm handshake. He spent a lot of time cleaning up all my issues. I am a happy camper!!
This place Should have new people in it there a bunch of bozos that dont care about the customer and dont know their jobs!! I went there to pay of my phone which was a buy one get one phone and they paid the wrong device off which caused me to lose my device credit. So I went to the main store in my area and they told me they paid the wrong phone off so Id have to get them to fix or credit it. Went back there and they straight up told me those (Verizon people) lied to me I didnt believe it and so very unprofessional!! So long story short I paid almost 400 dollars to the trash can and have to go to customer service to see if I can I get my money back. I mean if they knew this why did they pay the phone off without informing me!!
This store has no wait time and one on one personal time with its customers. Although they arent corporate they do any and everything a corporate location can do except bill to accounts. They explain everything down to the T and if you ask them questions they will happily explain it without forcing you to do any. A lot of people have recommended family and friends here because of these things, experience it for yourself.

Actually I would not give this store one star but could not choose 0. Their policies and procedures are ridiculous and bad for Verizon business. I was not aware it is not a corporate store. However I went there for a new phone. Was told about this free tablet offer. Knowing nothing is free I questioned the sales person. Stating I didnt want anything that would cause additional charges to my bill. I was assured there would be no charges. It is free. You dont see all the fine print when you are ask to sign on the tablet they use. I chose my phone and agreed to the tablet as long as no charges. Had to ask for receipt when leaving. Was not given the paper about a restocking fee. (nor was it mentioned). After reading over the so called receipt when I got home I was charged a $40 activation fee and another line added to my account for the tablet. The following day made several calls to store, no answer. Left 3 messages. The day after went to store to return tablet and was told there would be a $70 return fee to restock it. I have went round with this store, the assistant manager admitted there were a couple issues from Sunday she was dealing on Tuesday. This should be a red flag about their business. However still not willing to make it right. I even mentioned my messages left and no return call. Was told they dont know the code to retrieve the messages. Really????Definitely bad business tactics. I have always been a Verizon customer but will definitely not deal with this store again. Will make sure to shop a corporate store.

They will lie to you to get your money and when you come back to try to get any type of issues resolved, the manager will hide in her office and refuse you service. The employees are very rude, condescending, and do nothing to help you as well. I was having trouble with their leasing company’s customer service phone number and Sadie the sales rep REFUSED to help me, then proceeded to kick me out of the store! I would give this place negative stars if I could!

1st Service Visit 11/10/2017: Initial rating 3 starsWe purchased our pair of Galaxy S7 here. Bought Accessories and warranties and salesman was very helpful. Now we need help because one phone has broken camera lens from being dropped. Went to store and representative (man) at the desk gave us web site to contact to have replacement phone sent to us.. No problem, we can handle that I said, but when I asked when phone arrives we will need help setting it up and transferring contacts, etc. Representative said we needed to go to the corporate store for help. He was the only one manning the location but we were also the only customers. We bought at THIS location and theres no customer service once the sale is made? I am hoping he was just having a bad day and wanted to not have us return for help. I did not experience any difficulties going home and initiating our claim and requesting the replacement or making the deductible payment with a credit card BUT he could have done it right there for us since we were the only customers in the store. The replacement phone arrived yesterday and we are returning to THIS store today to see if their customer service supports their sales and we get the help we need. I will send an updated post on our experience.2nd Service Visit 11/12/2017: Revised rating 5 starsMy husband brought the replacement phone in and the same man was at the desk. Reminded him that we were here 2 days ago and he gave us website to go to get replacement phone. Husband said he needed help setting it up and transferring contacts, photos, etc. Did NOT remind him that he told us we needed to go to the corporate store for help. He balked at first but since my husband was the only customer in the store and today there were 2 employees on site today, he took the new phone and old phone from my husband and set up everything and transferred contacts and photos from the old phone to the new. My husband said this process took the rep over an hour and hes an expert! I cannot imagine how long it would have taken us sitting at our kitchen table trying to figure it out. Thank goodness we got the help we needed and expected. I would return to this location. Wait is minimal and if you are persistent you can get the help you need.
If I could rate 0 I would. Stopped in on a whim to get a charger. Dom told me about how he could save me money by reducing my data plan. Sounded good. I get home and get a notice that Im over on data and being charged $15. Wow! Find someplace else to go. BTW...a wall charger for my phone was going to be $37.00. I already dislike Verizon and this particular outlet really sucks.
The reps at this store have helped my wife and I several times. Its much better than waiting over an hour at the corporate store down the road. Overall they did a great job.

This place is terrible!!!! I recently went in to upgrade my phone. I asked the associate point blank how much it would cost. He told me $199.99 for the new phone and a $30.00 activation fee that would be added to my next bill. Fine, lets do it. I get home later that day and look at the receipt only to see a $9.99 contract initiation fee! I was never made aware of this fee even though I clearly asked how much it was going to cost to upgrade at this store.I called and spoke with the manager who told me there was nothing he could do to reverse the charge or help me out. THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE BUT A PREMIUM RETAILER I guess this just means that they have PREMIUM HIDDEN FEES TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!! My wife recently went through the same upgrade process at an actual Verizon store and there is no such thing as a contract initiation fee on her receipt.Stay away from this store and take you business somewhere else that you can actually get an honest answer.

Ordered a phone went to pick it up and I guess they weren’t making commission on me so I watched 4 people get help while I waited an hour just to pick up a phone! Worse customer service ever. Incompetent & totally shady. Sold me a broken $700 phone; when I brought it in to replace it they gave me some non-OEM peripherals so that it worked long enough to get me out the door, then refused to replace it when it still didnt work after that. Didnt even have the guts to call me back to tell me. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FARCE OF A COMPANY. Seriously, the real Verizon store is less than 5 minutes away. Youll wait longer for service but its absolutely worth it. I had to file a grievance against these animals with Verizon & the BBB. Dont expect any different results yourself.

I got the Google Pixel 3 a cpl days ago and LOVE IT!!!! I have always had a Samsung/Droid and prior to this I had the Note5, this has been the easiest transition. The CSR there, Nate W. knew exactly what I was looking for and also helped me tremendously with my bill by doing an account analysis. If youre in the market for an upgrade go see Nate W at the Dressler Rd location!! Kind, courteous and very professional!!
Poor service.Came in to buy a phone and told me a screen protecter($69.99) came with it. So I took it. Came home and look at my receipt and saw I charged for the screen protector so call them back. Called many times Can never get a hold of them and and when I finally did told me their with a customer and will call me back but never did. Happen 3 times, in 3 different days. Call Verizon customer service the 1-800 number and they can’t even get a hold of them as will. Left a voice message still don’t bother to call me back. So I had to go into the store which was 30mintues drive. And the sale person who helped me denies it not being free. And I wasn’t able to get a refund.

I recognize at least one of those reviews as being posted by one of the clerks that we dealt with at the store.)I have been a satisfied Verizon Wireless customer since 2002, but this store and its ridiculous policies are a discredit to the Verizon name.The ONLY reason we went to this store was because it opens an hour earlier than the corporate store, and we thought it would save some time. My mistake, it wound up costing me hours of time over the next few days as a representative at the corporate store tried to clean up the mess I was left with.First of all, no one at this store is interested in providing any sort of technical support, they are just there to sell you a new phone. I know our phone was over two years old, but I found out at the corporate store (too late) that it COULD have been fixed.The wifi at the store was not working, so the clerk turned on our mobile data to do the phone-to-phone transfer, which wound up putting us over our data usage limit for the month. We had our mobile data turned off because we knew something on the phone was using it up and that is what we wanted to get fixed.The policies that this store has are not clearly communicated. They have you sign on a little screen after they tell you what you are signing for (nothing written was provided for review) - only for you to find out when you are looking over your paperwork later that you signed for much more than the clerk disclosed to you.For example, I was told that I was paying taxes for the phone up front (true), and that I would owe over $30 immediately for that. I was thinking later that $30 seemed really steep for a $190 phone, and sure enough ... there is a $20 line item for Set Up and Go Plus stuck in there! This was the phone-to-phone data transfer for which I was already paying an overage charge! (By the way, the corporate store down the road does not charge for moving data from the old phone to the new one.)While there was no management in the store during any of the visits that we made, a manager was contacted by the clerk on several occasions. She seemed to be running personal errands and had no concern whatsoever for what the clerk or the customer was dealing with, sticking to their ridiculous policies. I felt sorry for the clerk that was trying to help us, because the manager was going to make HIM run to another one of their stores over an hour away to get the Samsung phone we were interested in swapping for, rather than waiving the $35 restocking fee so that we could just get our old phone back to the way it was before we set foot in the store!According to their policy, I would have owed the restocking fee even if I HAD been able to swap it out for the SAME model phone... even though it was a defective phone that we received to begin with!Check your bill carefully if you buy from here. I had a double device payment upgrade fee on my bill.Also, we were told that we HAD to buy the insurance to cover the phone for at least the 14-day return period. Verizon customer service told me that was not true.We finally got the phone working (no thanks to anyone at the reseller location), and Verizon customer service more than made up for my poor experience with their reseller by adjusting my account balance and issuing several credits for things that should not have been on our bill.My experience with Verizon corporate reinforces my loyalty to the company. They went above and beyond their obligations to make up for my poor experience with this reseller. I will never set foot in a Verizon reseller location again. Even if the lines are longer, the wait is worth it to deal with Verizon corporate directly.
Just received my first bill and was incredibly disappointed. I went into Verizon on 4/5/19 and was “helped” by sales associate Haylay. I have a work phone, but was interested in purchasing a personal phone and having my Apple Watch linked to my new personal phone. I ended up with the iPhone XR and was struggling a little bit w the new layout (work phone is an iPhone 7, quite a bit different). Haylay said she would text me her number after her phone charged (she said was dead) and she’d be more than happy to answer any questions moving fwd. She never texted me. Haylay also told me my new bill would be $31/month for the phone, $40 for the plan and $10 for the watch...so I was expecting an $81 bill this month. Low and behold I was socked w approx $75 in what ended up being activation fees. This was NEVER explained to me. Ty at *611 said she hears this approx 10 times a day - sales associates not explaining fees. Very poor customer service and even worse that Verizon customer service (at *611) knows this is an issue.
I sent this email to the business rep for this location and have yet to get a response!!! Sadie and Nate told me whatever they could to get me to sign up!! This is a business account and I refuse to have 10 year good record with Verizon tarnished because of this retailer!! This is not how you do business!!! At least return my phonecall and let me know you lied to me to get me to buy 4 tablets to go along with the middle finger Im receiving from you!!!b every time I call, I can hear them in the background telling each other to tell me theyre gone for the day. I have a an office in Canton and i was confident I would be returning here for all my future business needs because they were so nice as long as I was swiping my credit card but it was an act and i will not be returning to this location!! My email to him was as follows:Good afternoon,I believe you were working on my account...helping getting it transitioned over to a business account. I was there working with Sadie and Nate after hours last Thursday. Im a little upset because everything I was promised before I got signed up has not reflected on my new account. Now Im stuck with two bills, one from my old account and one from my new account, both due the same day. I called customer service and they were able to waive the activation fee. But I was told there would be no activation fees if I switched over. Also the 8% business discount I was promised is no where to be found. And lastly Im being charged $55 per line as opposed to the $50 I was quoted. I was told my bill would be $694 a month but its averaging to be $790 a month from what I see online and what I was told on the phone. Sadie said she spoke with you and my account had errors due to sim card swapping. That is physically impossible because when she mentioned that the iPads were still in the box and hadnt been touched. Ive called 3-4 times and no one is returning my phonecalls. This is not a very nice way to do business. Especially since I was already grandfathered in my old plan and couldve left it that way and dealt with someone locally. Please contact me with a resolution as soon as possible. Otherwise I would like my account reversed to where it was and Ill send you these 4 iPads back and Ill repurchase them locally where I can visit if I have issues

Please find another location to handle your Verizon needs. I went with my parents to get upgrades to their phones and we worked with the Store Manager Ramzi Al Fakes. My parent both went with the new iPhone and Ramzi said the only thing we needed to pay for was the taxes when we switch the two lines to the edge plan which we have already done for the other 3 lines on my plan. Ramzi worked with my mom’s new phone to get it set up, while I worked my dad’s. He couldn’t get my mom’s to work because the Wi-Fi was too slow. This was not a problem since I can take it home and finish it up on a fast internet. Didn’t have an issue with any of this here it was with what happened after.He informed us that it was mandatory that we sign up for the insurance for the first 14 days and it would be an $11 charge for each line to the bill. We made it clear we didn’t want any insurance but he said we couldn’t get the phones without it because of their 14 day return policy. (This is definitely a lie) He signed us up for the insurance on both lines even though we didn’t want it. I even asked a different employee and they said the same thing so all Ramzi’s employees use the same deceitful tactics to get you to leave with as much as possible. I called Verizon and they removed this right away and made sure we were not charged for anything.Also, once we got home my dad showed me the bill that was supposed to be only taxes. Well, there were (2) $19.99 charges to “set up and go”. Not only did Ramzi not tell us about that charge and just added it to the tally, he didn’t even set anything up. I had to do everything. I called the store and asked him to remove the charges. At first he said that the charges were taxes, well that just made me mad, it’s pretty clear they are not and since when did Ohio and Stark County raise their taxes to almost 10%. I changed the subject back to the setup and said I had to do everything then he stumbled over his words and said he did do the set ups and that he couldn’t remove the charges. (Again caught him in another lie). I argued for another 10 minutes until he said “It’s not that I won’t remove the charges I can’t”. The only thing he could offer me is a discount in his store. I am a reasonable person so I told him he has one last chance to make it right before I call Verizon and tell them what is happening at his store. He must have thought I was bluffing because he said no again. So I called Verizon and they gave me a $40.00 bill credit even though this indirect retailer charged me not them.Verizon informed me that they cannot do business like this and it would be addressed immediately. Especially because this was the store manager and all his employees are doing the same thing. In the mean time I would stay away from this location and always question everything. Thank You Verizon for you great customer service.
New management has taken over now the customer service is awesome!!!
This place is awful! I tried to make a payment here before and the girl at the counter was rude and didnt help me. Then I was out in this area and had my bill on me so I stopped in last week and my husband went in and paid the bill. We got a confirmation and everything and now we are getting emails from Verizon saying we are late on our bill. I have never had this trouble with any other Verizon provider, but I will say this will be the last time I ever step foot inside this store.

I came in because I was having problems with my phone, and the rep went above and beyond working with customer service to get my device working again. Im definitely coming back for my upgrades!
I went to get a phone and was told with just sales tax the phone would cost 250 worth 40 a month. Went to beat but same phone cost 70 or door and 30 per month.
