I finally broke down and got a new phone. Although I bought it at one store, it was Ryan from this store that made the difference. I was not able to get it activated, navigated and to a place of normalcy on my own but he did so in minutes with much patience and expertise. He was also very thorough and addressed questions I may not have had at the time but would have in time. Excellent customer service and he will be missed.
Fredo completely took care of our new phone activation request, including data transfer, consulting on new protection devices, insuring everything was reflected properly on our account, and extended every courtesy and consideration possible to make it an excellent customer service experience. I would definitely refer people to your location based upon the premise that he is there. Please reward him in as many ways as possible. In my eyes, he is consistent with your revenue upside, his service is the product and your sustainable advantage. Anyone can offer a phone. He sets apart the Mobile Experience. Fredo was awesome and hooked me up with my sweet new phone! He was so friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything all set before leaving...he stayed about 40 minutes after closing time even with me. All with a smile! Highly recommend this store and will definitely come back!
Ryan is very knowledgeable and helped me select a new phone. He checked to make sure I got the best promotional deal. Then he set up, transferred all data and explained the differences between the old phone and the new one.
Fredo gave me such good customer service. I came into the store just before it was about to close, in need of a phone upgrade before vacation. He took his time went through the upgrade process, including information transfer, which took much longer than either of us anticipated. Over an hour after the store was technically closed, we were finally done. He was patient and went above and beyond to help me, all with a smile despite it all, and I cannot say enough good things about his customer service!!
Sidney was very rude about an error made in this store on May 16, 2021. Someone at this store on 43821 Ford Rd, Canton, MI changed our account when our daughter came in without our authorization and then changed it back once we were aware. Unfortunately a Veteran Loyalty discount did not transfer over because it was only offered in 2018-2019 and did not transfer if the account pricing changed. Yes it was changed without our knowledge or authorization but that was truly a Verizon error trying to somehow increase sales. We have had to contact Verizon for the last 2 bills to try and get corrected.
Long wait, just to be waited on! It was an Hour and a half! Before anyone helped me. Theyre closed now for good. Verizon is shutting down all the stores that arent corporate owned.
My husband and I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Canton, and Craig took excellent care of us. He made the process smooth and easy. This is the third carrier we try and by far the next experience we’ve had. I would definitely recommend Verizon and Craig’s service to anyone.
Ryan was great help. Very thorough broke everything down, addressed my concerns with the surcharges everyone speaks about monthly. Glad I came to Verizon, let’s see how this relationship goes!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The store manager is ONLY interested in making a sale and taking your money. And when I asked questions regarding my purchase and billing, he was rude, indignant, and clearly had some ego issues. I was nice in my asking, but clearly a complete bother to him after the sale was made. I originally went in to upgrade my phone and add another line with a new phone as well (as the offer stated), but when I got my bill a month later, I was charged for many things extra that they told me in the store I would not be charged for. After calling Verizon, a service rep filed a case and stated that the store should not have charged me for all the additional fees, and they apologized. So, you have now been warned! Its like dealing with snakes in this store! Based on several others on this thread, I suspect thats part of the stores strategy. The sad thing is that most people dont care to check their bills. So sad this guy gets away with it.
Craig did a great job with helping me set up my new phone. He was really patient while we transferred all of my information to my new phone. Would highly recommend using this place!
Fredo is knowledgeable on Apple & android phones and always has a solution. He is prompt and courteous and best of all patient. I ask for Fredo because of he takes the time to explain all changes and charges. I hate surprises on my bill!

Please read carefully.. this might help you avoiding what I’m going thru.My review applies to Verizon in general and this store in particular.Horrible is not even close to describe my experience. I switched to Verizon back in January. Store manager at that time informed me about the promotion “ buy one phone get one free” I got 4 phones for my family.I discovered that I’m paying for 4 phones instead of 2.I was informed that I got the phone activated after the promotion ended!!!I was told by the same manager that I can get generous credit (around 600$ over six months) if I gave my old phones to Verizon .. I got total of 64$ only and I had to fight to get it.I contacted Verizon via chat service, I was told they will refund me the difference that I paid for the free 2 phones.Well, they didn’t. the customer service agent Leslie informed me that I didn’t qualify for that promotion because i didn’t activate them during the promotion time.. even if you got you phones late.In store, over phone and chatting was misleading contradicted information.One more thing... one of the brand new phones stopped working and when I got replacement they sent a refurbished phone that has issues. When I went back to store I was notified that I have an unpaid balance sent to a collector and no one can tell me what is that.Please note that I have enrolled in auto pay.If you have a service with other companies.. keep it.They might not be the best but at least you got use to their dirty games.DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON.

I love the idea of having Verizon. The options of equipment are the best. But the price is very expensive, there is no military program like other companies and I am stuck with just two phones and I’m not able to add because of the price. My calls at home on WiFi drop a lot. This used to be a great company but now it’s not living up to the hype.
Excellent service by Sydney! She listened to what I was interested in & brought me the appropriate phones. No waiting when I went mid-morning, everyone had masks on, hand sanitizer was offered. Sydney is excellent! A the staff was very friendly also. Highly recommend this location!!

Not recommendable!Was considering to buy a new IPhone. The representative in the store promised me $750 credit for turning in my old phone. After going through the whole process, which is very time consuming, he told me at the end that it’s only $440 not $750 and that my plan had to be upgraded for additional charges. I felt like I was being tricked and lied to spend more money. Was very disappointed! Walked out and didn’t buy the phone.

They have a checkin system when you enter. I was able to get in and buy a new charger without much wait. Everyone was friendly, socially distanced, and it was clean and organized inside.

My introduction to Verizon has been frustrating, fortunately Craig Indyke, he is very knowledgeable and has stuck with me thru it all, a grest employee.
I walked in 5 minutes before close on Christmas Eve and received excellent service by Cory. He was able to get me everything I needed and took the time to get the phone all set up for my wife!

Very disappointed with their customer service. Originally was looking to switch over from current provider to Verizon Wireless. Placed an order for 2 S20 Ultra phones, apparently not in stock. Placed an order, 7 days later, nothing. No call, no updates. Called to follow up on order and nothing. So I canceled my order, shared my disappointment and they showed no sign of concerns or efforts to correct the situation.
I went in to reserve the new Samsung and after discussing my usage and goals with Craig I decided the S20 would meet my needs for the foreseeable future. Very pleased with the service and honesty of Craig.
Cellular and More is awesome! I have been working with them for about 4 years now and I always leave a satisfied customer. I recently moved to Texas and still will only deal with this store for my Cellular needs and service. Fredo Troy is the best! Keep up the good work, guys!

If it wasnt for how great verizon cellular connection was I would honestly have changed providers after a month back to AT&T, the Customer service I had received by Sidney was actually very great but she quoted us incorrectly and she was not too knowledgeable on the promotions, were promised Gift cards to use anywhere but can only be used at verizon. My cousin also got charged 2 activation fees in a row for 1 phone as well lol. Go to a corporate store.

Was sitting there and it seem like it took forever just to pay a bill. I noticed a employee watching The Office over helping the guest in front of them. The employee who helped me was very rude about printing out a recept for my payment. This is why I left Verizon Wireless. Ive only seen poor customer service!

This Verizon store was the first of 4 that I visited about a problem. It was the only one that dealt with my phone issue. I almost gave up on Verizon! Lack of staff and lack of knowledge made the other stores into frustrating experiences.
