I’m only giving a star at all because of the politeness of the young girl working. The company policy however was horrible, which will never make me go back again for any future purchases. I paid for a dog statue that was priced at 29.99. Paid for in full on my card and ready to go. However the girl realized afterward that it was priced wrong and should be 99.99. She spent about 10 minutes on the phone with the manager resulting in me getting refunded because I refused to pay the full price that they say it was even though the tag on the statue clearly says 29.99. I would have even paid a little more because I wanted the statue as a gift for someone and I knew she would love it. That couldn’t even happen. Full price or nothing. So a total of about 25 mins resulted in me with no purchase and a waste of my time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I get that if you brake it you buy it, but your figures are way to close to each other and your prices are on the bottom of them, so naturally the item next to what I was looking at fell over, to my dismay broke. The girl running the store is only doing her job, will never shop here again

Good products but when i stopped in there was an older Asian man running behind the counter and the back and when i tried to speak to an employee about an item i noticed he kept looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and had to leave
