After they decide to violate it HIPAA and giving people my personal information I tried to talk with these individuals and they wanted to start all kinds of different lie. They are very rude and they hateful. If you want to go to some place that went to violate HIPAA. Then go ahead.

I recently got my yearly eye exam and it was the BEST experience Ive ever had! COURTNEY is so patient and professional that my new prescription is the best pair of glasses I have ever had! She is simply The Best!

I recently had cataract surgery on one eye. Yes, there was a wait time in the office, but it was definitely worth the wait. Dr. Congenii took the time to explain things thoroughly and was pleasant and reassuring. I am very pleased with the treatment and highly recommend this group of professionals!

I spent 3 hours in the office to be told before I left that I had to cancel my contact order because I didn’t know it was a fitting fee of $60 which was never charged anytime before. I have been to the office 4 times. We also wasn’t offered glasses for my daughter like they offered for every patient before us. I did not like the new eye doctor. I liked the one I had been seeing Dr. Stalker

This place is absolutely abysmal. I got my contact lenses from them last year, and my glasses are more than 10 years old, and I am unable to use them properly, because they fog up when I use a mask on a daily basis (I am a doctor), and I explained all this to the receptionist, who REFUSED to refill my contact lenses (I do not feel as if my number changed for my lenses), until I see the doctor again.And of course, I would have to wait until it is convenient for THEM to see the ophthalmologist.Their service is abysmal. Acting as if am asking for drugs, because I am asking for a refill on my lenses to bridge me over until I see their opththalmologist again.Stay away from this place.

Nurses are great and nice. The doctor is seen was rude and cut me off wouldnt let me finish a sentence on why it took so long to come see him over my eye situation will not be returning back to him.

I literally just called there and tried to make an eye exam appointment and Janet not only Rudely placed me on hold but after 10mins I heard the phone pick up then the call was immediately disconnected. Smfh...

I have never had a bad experience here but thier posted hours are not correct. The phone message and website say 8 - 5 M-F but I have called and stopped by the office around 4 p.m. to find them closed. I have been there past four so I know they are opened until five on some days. Inconsistency and reporting false hours is not a customer friendly way to run a business.

Had too many issues related to billing and amount of co pays. Office personal are not helpful with this issues. I would not recommend for any patient needing cataract surgery to have what is described as mono vision especially if you are a wanting to see clearly. I still have to wear glasses to see at night to drive and reading glasses to read anything. So what is the advantage.

Just read through the reviews because I could not fathom why it is not 5 stars....First this is an ophthalmology dr office not an optometrist, if you want cheap go to Walmart these drs are specialists. They are very busy, sometimes you wait but thats what happens when they are best specialists in town. Both my children have gone here with their issues since they were very small around age 2. They have always been patient and thorough. This is actually the only Aultman drs I will see or use because they are that good and stand out. Dr B did my daughters surgery when she was 2 I hope she will always be there for my children.

Everyone is so nice and helpful, no waiting forever. They take great care of my Mom.

Theyre EXCELLENT in service, but they need too make some rooms bigger for people in larger powerchairs its hard to maneuver in tight quarters.

This is probably the best place that I have ever gone to get my eyes checked I have a disease called keratoconus and the lady who works with contacts Ruth has gone out of her way to get me the special contacts that I need she worked diligently 2 get ahold of other companies and for the first time in a long time I have contacts that I can actually see out of this is a great place to go and theyre great doctors there.....

Spent over 2 hours here today for routine eye exam. Staff was friendly but there is no reason to make the appointment last this long. Hopefully things change for next time. Glasses selection is mediocre considering the location. You really should have more choices for being who you are. I will go back but there isnt much reason for my loyalty

Went to Dr. Z for upper eye brow lift and eye lip blepharoplasty. There were complications because of using local anesthesia and they were not able to complete all of the surgery, leaving me with a lazy right eye. Wanted to bill my insurance a second time to finish the surgery. Was told by Office Manager that they wouldnt touch me until they got approval to get paid. Tried to work with my insurance to expedite the prior approval process, but Office Manager was flippant and wouldnt give me their fax numbers for insurance company to track requests from their office. Told me maybe I shouldnt come back to them for surgery when I questioned why she didnt know the fax numbers for her practice. Will have my repair done elsewhere. Love Dr. Z but not the way his practice views patients.

Very overbooked. Rushed through eye exam with irate tech. Says its always like this. Needed special attention to an eye problem and got pushed through system instead. Eye exam had dirty lenses. Eyeglass selection was poor. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.

A busy place but received good care.

This office is in a huge complex with many different doctors and their employees. The parking lot is large and you may have to walk a distance to the building. They have a few handicap parking spot and valet parking. If you do not have insurance and must make payment they will accept cash or check. If you use your credit card they charge you 3 percent above your bill. This also appliess to their optical department.

Dr. B didnt come in to the office until after 9, after all three waiting rooms in the back (not including the giant waiting room out front) were all full. Patients were asking the techs where the doc is and they just kept saying oh Im sure shes here somewhere. The techs are all standing around the central computer area in the back with nothing to do, I could hear them talking about disliking some woman-really great confidentiality! Maybe you should study HIPPA while you are waiting on your doc to show up! When I finally get to see Dr. B and ask her why she was so late she gets defensive, lies to my face and doesnt bother to apologize. Asks if I still want her to continue the exam! Of course I do! I waited this LONG!!!! I will not be back.

Nice enough staff, but they consistently run behinds. 3 visits and each one ran an hour behind.

Wonderful doctors, great staff and attention to the patients needs are superior.

Very long wait to get in, had questions but was passed around to so many people I didnt know who to ask. They seemed to do a through job though.
