I called and was greeted by the most professional and considerate gentleman! What a change! They were able to do the job quickly and with a fair price. This company is under new ownership, and the new owner is extremely friendly and customer service oriented! Its a great place to get all of your printing, copying, and custom branded promotional items.

Refused to provide me printing service. He told me he couldnt do what I needed before even knowing any details. He tossed my item back at me and said, no, too expensive I stood there in shock and then he called me an idiot! It was honestly the most odd interaction ever. Thumbs down, way down!

Never visit this place. I was here to take a copy and was asked to wait by one of the employee. Later, the owner came and treated in a rude manner saying they would not make any profit by me and got kicked out from their office.AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have worked with this location for just about 2 years now on regular print jobs. Consistent worked delivered on time and good customer service.

Brought in a very small project on behalf of my son. After several weeks, I called for an update and was told it would be finished next week. After another couple weeks, I called and was again told it would be finished the following week. When I went in yesterday to ask for the materials back Mr. Shah did not even offer an explanation or an apology. 4 to 5 weeks wasted for an hours worth of work. I think this speaks volumes. Stay away!
