Best tshirt printing service I ever had. They are really nice people as well

Came to a agreed price for 4 hats owner stated it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get done ( which is fine ) when I picked hats it was FAR from the agreed price. Charged $98 for 4 hats and only 2 were name brand Richardson 112s and the other 2 were some off brand cheap hats. Also put some hideous green on my logo that I did not approve and the owner simply said oh well too bad. Very bad business for not honoring the agreed price and then added colors to my logo that’s never been there nor did I agree to even after sending over the file needed for my logo. VERY over priced and just bad business. I gave owner opportunities to fix but after refusal I posted this.

True customer service at its finest!! I absolutely love the owner Debby and her sweet granddaughter in law, just absolutely amazing and you can feel the love and appreciation when you walk through the door! I will never shop anywhere else for custom Tee shirts and bags! A MUST TRY!!

The woman there was SO RUDE! It was my first time stopping in and it was like she wanted nothing to do with my grandmother and I. I asked a few questions about products and pricing but when I asked about something that she ended up not being able to do, she scoffed at me rather than just saying she couldnt do it (turns out a bunch of stuff on their online sublimation catalog they cant/dont print on even though their website says they can). Then when I asked about products they DID make (Images printed on Coffee mugs) and told her I was interested in creating some, she just kept giving me very short/rude answers like she didnt care that I wanted to make a large order from her business.I like supporting local businesses but after the woman kept giving me and my grandmother cold/rude vibes and short answers, we thought better of it and left. Glad I stopped in beforehand because I dont think Ill ever be giving them my business.

Very nice folks and they do great work.

Just picked up my order very disappointed. Wrong color writing I asked for hot pink I was given ballet pink. When I went to pay the price was double then the previous year for the exact same order. I hate to even give them 1 star. I will stop referring and definitely will not use again.
