Ive been coming here on and off for years for everything from safety shades to hardhats, from boots to rain gear. This place has just about everything you could need in terms of PPE and work related clothing. Lots of FR gear to choose from, a nice selection of boots, and all sorts of other work related gear.Over the years the faces Ive seen at the counter have changed a few times but the prices have always been fair and theyve always made sure I had exactly what I needed before I left the store.

I stopped in to buy a new pair of boots and I was absolutely disappointed with the service. I explained to the lady that I was interested in a repairable welt and she repeatedly kept offering me a non repairable welt boot. She had very limited knowledge of what she had for sale. I bought a pair of boots that I didnt exactly want because of my experience in the store but my schedule at work is limited to store hours. I wish I could have a store close to home for work gear but I dont think this is the store for me. Im huge on customer service and I cant patronize a business that lacks that.

Im from out of town working and needed some fr gear so I googled and found this place. Upon entering the parking lot I came in the wrong way with my semi truck and trailer. One of the workers saw I was in a jam trying to get back out so she got in here car went down the street turned around and blocked traffic so I could back up and park properly inside the parking lot. Then I went to the fr gear and needed a raincoat. I noticed the prices were higher than what I saw online and told one of the associates this. He got with the other associate and they realized the price was wrong online but because of all the trouble I went through to come get this item they gave it to me for the online price. Great experience and I will be back to do more business with them and I highly recommend them to everyone.👍👍👍👍

They have recently hired a new store manager who is retraining employees. I went there to get boots for work and the 2 females that helped me really knew what they where doing. I will be back and recommended to many people keep up the good work :)

I have been there 3 times over the last year & have had bad experiences 3 times. The prices are jacked up high & the woman at the front dest is clearly an unhappy person because she has barked rudely everytime Ive been in & I will NOT go back again!!!

Bought a pair of $180 shoes, wore them twice tried to exchange for a better size but they dont exchange shoes of they have been worn. how are you suppose to know if they fit if you dont wear them? Terrible service

I went in around 10:30 on friday morning because my boots blew out. I tried on two sizes of thorogood boots but the size i needed was on their truck. The lady manager took my name and number and said shed call me as soon as the truck came back so i could run down since i live right down the street. At 5:00 i called and a different lady told me the manager was gone and told me the truck came back but the driver was in a hurry and had already left and hed look for them tomorrow. Its a shame that i cant receive good service and keep my money in my own community. Doesnt suprise me, good customer service and common sense arent so common anymore.Update;I was contacted by Jennifer Jones whos the store manager. She made several sincere apologies to me and asked me if she could make it up to me and i agreed. Went to the store tried on a few pair and ended up purchasing 2 pair of boots at a great price. She again apologized and threw in a couple shirts. I would deal with her anytime. Thanks again Jennifer!

They are only open for business while everybody is working...they do not understand being open in the evenings or weekends when workers that would provide them money could be available to shop.
