I had to write a review not only because I consistently get excellent service at the store whenever I visit but because of all the negative reviews I read. In the past two or three months my daughter and I have been in this store about six times for different reasons and have had nothing but the best service possible. I was in the store 2 days ago and Jalen was wonderful. He tried numerous times to fix the problem on my phone that was less than a month old and couldnt figure it out so he ended up ordering me another phone because mine was under warranty. Bottom line is these employees to me and my daughter are wonderful. Such a difference between the store out in Ann Arbor (terrible reps from manager down) and these wonderful employees in canton. Whoever is running this store your employees are all excellent and should be commended for their great service. Keep up the good work. One reviewer was upset because nobody wears a name tag. Simple solution. Ask them for their name.

Xfinity is way overpriced and full of themselves. The service is OK at best. I switched to WOW and got 5 times the speed for the same price. 0/5 stars. Ive been with the company for a year and all I can think is I overpaid for internet for the past 12 months.

Really glad I made the switch from Sprint a couple of years ago. The plan options as well as the customer service over the phone as well as in person are superior to others. Jalen was very friendly and helpful to make needed changes in my account.

The worst customer service. There is a real problem with one of the reps here. Doesn’t know how to do his job, nor does he care to. Absolute worst xfinity store and experience. If you hate your job, quit. I wish they wore name tags.

I was greeted immediately by Dante. He assisted me with my questions, was polite and professional. When all was said and done, I walked out more than satisfied.

Why is it that if I just want to see the password to my WIFI do I have to call ? Just to see the password. Why cant you see it after youve logged on? Why cant you just see the password? I have multiple tech hooked up and if I just need to see my password to hook up another tech do I have to call? Another thing is why does your phone system send out a restart when I never asked for one? Dont you need my permission or at least a request to do things like that?

Really bad experience, agent that I worked with is inexperienced and impatient/rude. I almost decided to switch to verizon. However I went to the xfinity store in Ann Arbor, and the agent there is much better and solved all my problem.
