They do the work on time at the price quoted. They take the time to not only get the order right but to communicate your choices and options.

I live a long distance from Canton and called to order my grand-daughters varsity jacket. They said that it would take about a week and a half as they had to order a jacket in her size. A few days later I called and told them that I wanted to add my grand-daughters nickname on the inside of the liner in gold. When I went to pick it up, the jacket was beautiful but they had forgotten to add the nickname. When I pointed this out, the woman immediately took the liner in the back and the nick-name was on in a few minutes, looking beautiful! And they did this free of charge! A stand-up place in my book!

This shop is amazing! I recently got a promotion and brought my new chef coat in to get my name put on it. They were very quick, professional and my coat looks great! I couldnt be more pleased and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much!

Canton Embroidery does a phenomenal job! The embroidery Ive had done (both professional and personal) has turned out terrific, at incredibly affordable prices. I appreciate the ease of communication, whether by phone, email or in store, their team makes sure every detail is considered and adjusted to exactly what youre wanting.

I came in with a request that no other embroidery shop would take on because of how challenging it was. The seamstress at canton embroidery didnt even hesitate in taking on the project and her confidence convinced me to trust her. After picking up the final product I am extremely impressed with how amazing and how neatly it was done. It was even better than requested. I highly recommend this place for your embroidery needs!

If you have an expensive or meaningful item you need embroidered, think twice before taking it to Canton Embroidery. I sought out Canton Embroidery based on highly-rated reviews and decided to trust them them with the embroidery of personalized gifts for my wedding - a silk tie for my dad and family heirloom handkerchief for my mom. Boy was that a mistake! Upon pick-up, I found the tie to be illegible and the handkerchief had grease stains all over it. I asked the cashier what had happened and without hesitation, he gave me my money back. I appreciated the refund on the embroidery work, but I was out the $80 for the silk tie and then had the chore of hand-washing the grease out of the handkerchief. The whole process was more labor-intensive and stressful than necessary.
