This is my second time buying chairs for my dining table from Classroom Essentials and they did not disappoint! They are high quality, come assembled, and arrived relatively fast. My first set is from 5 years ago, and they look just as great as the new set. I love that they had cushions as an add on for only $5. I would definitely recommend purchasing with them. I also suggest calling, as they were able to get me a better shipping rate over the phone.

Have ordered tables from this company twice now and both times over 30% of them were destroyed during shipment. They were very responsive to replace the broken tables, but not sure how a company can make money when its vendors/manufacturers package their products so poorly. I would rather pay a little more for better packaging than submit damage claims and wait for replacement product to arrive.

Well I wish we could have been one of the great comments here but unfortunately that wont be happening. As a matter of fact well just take our business elsewhere, I mean there are still companies out there that would love to take your money. It seems that Classroom Essentials is doing just fine and doesnt care to take ours.We first contacted on July 18th or 19th asking for a quote for 30 chairs with shipping. Pam contacted us with a prompt email on the 21st with the quote. The quote priced the chairs at $39.50 ea. plus shipping. I emailed back asking about the price since the website said they were on sale for $21.50 ea. Again Pam responded right away (Within an hour or two) with a revised quote. This was still the 21st. Awesome! The next morning, the 22nd we sent her an email thanking her for the speedy revised quote. We also told her we decided we would need a couple more chairs from 30 to 32. If she would be able to revise the quote from 30 to 32 we were happy with the quote we got, 2 more chairs wouldnt change it that much but we didnt know how it would affect the shipping, and as soon as we received the new invoice we were excited to complete the purchase. With the chairs, shipping, tax etc. it was only like $1,000 - $1,100 so maybe that wasnt enough to move any further with us, I dont know. Five days passed with NO RESPONSE. So on the 27th I sent another email to Pam, touching base, said we hadnt heard back since our last email 5 days ago, simply reiterated we were happy with the quote, we just needed to add 2 more chairs. There was absolutely zero rudeness in our email, even hoped all was well, we looked forward to hearing back from her, until then have a great rest of your day. Yet here we are nearly 2 days later from that email and again... Ghosted! We got outta the gate on a positive note, however businesses arent what they once were, but neither is craftsman LOL. We saved all of our emails just in case the politeness of our communications were ever to be questioned. Its unfortunate but as we said earlier, there are other options when choosing who you want to buy from.

Great chairs. Easy to assemble. On time delivery.

Purchased 4 restaurant tables at a low price and reasonable shipping. 2 of the tables were damaged at delivery and classroom essentials sent 2 more new ones in a timely manner. Excellent communication and customer service.

Classroom Essentials is an absolute pleasure to work with, they found me the best products at the best price. Megan and Matt went above and beyond from the beginning of my order, to after it was delivered. I run a Wedding and Event Venue in Colorado, and having an outstanding, durable product that is delivered in a reasonable time frame is a must. Classroom Essentials did not disappoint, and I will continue to use them for all of our Banquet Furniture needs.
