I purchased the HERCULES Series Crown Back Stacking Banquet Chairs a few weeks ago, but so far they have preformed well. I am using them in my home, as I needed comfortable & sturdy dining room chairs.I put a cushioned pad on seat for my elderly father & my husband as they thought seats were too firm.The chairs have curved feet where they meet the floor, but I could still see slide marks where they moved across floor. To keep chairs from leaving side marks I applied felt guards on the bottom of each leg. This was difficult due the curved foot.All in all I am happy with this chair!!

I got my two chairs first which did not match i decided later to order two more hoping they would match. well it took me some emailing etc and i finally got the other two chaird i ordered. they did not match either but i kept them anyhow. i have two chairs that finally matched and my other two chairs also match so i have two matching chairs out of the four. one chair leg was bent but my husband fixed it. it took some time but i do have four chairs now not matching but they do work. thank you for your help

MP Lions Club ordered 58 chairs. 4 had manufacturing defects with the material stretched too tight and torn on the front corner. They sent replacements and 3 of the 4 replacements had the same defect. The Lions donated the 7 defective chairs to the local Rescue Mission. It would be nice if the Stack Chairs 4 Less would refund the price of 3 chairs plus shipping costs so we could use that for our school programs. We will see.WB, MP Lions Club Treasurer

My chairs arrived on time, nicely packaged ( to protect them from damage) and in excellent condition. I ordered this same model chair in December 2016 and that chair is still very comfortable.

I purchased hercules black stackable banquet chairs. Bought 100 in December and another 100 in Feb. 2017 & 2018. After two weeks we started discovering they were getting small rips almost immediately. Not to mention they wont stack properly. Its like the leaning tower or something. I made three calls and sent three emails with pictures saying they would work with me on either a refund or something. But after three calls and three emails with pictures showing the poor quality of chairs nothing was ever heard from them again. Stack Chairs 4 less for a reason I would say. I offered to spend more money and buy a higher quality chair but no response. This is for our business. Now over 100 of the chairs have large rips.

Love their chairs. Amazing value and extremely durable and sturdy. I found similar chairs at IKEA for triple the price!! The shipping is done well, fast and affordable. If you need good quality plastic chairs (for small kitchen tables, kids desks/playroom etc), this is the best place to buy! This was my fourth time purchasing from them and I will continue to use them in the future!!

Prices are cheap because they get their product from overseas, not an issue regarding quality but you have to wait an eternity to get your order

The chairs arrived to my home in perfect shape here on the West Coast. The actual seat cushion of the chair is not soft but firm; and the straight back of the chair is good for my occasional back pain. The price of the chairs was great although the shipping cost was higher than expected. I received two chairs they did not match they were two different chairs but I decided to keep them I have ordered two more chairs from you I am waiting on them to come I hope both chairs match they are for my kitchen

We already have a couple of these chairs and really like them. They are tough against all weather and kids and are attractive..The one concern I would have is that the shipping progress after ordering and during shipment was difficult to track.

Shipping was fast but with the pandemic, FedEx was slow to deliver and when I couldnt get answers Stack Chairs 4 less contact them on my behalf and resolved the problem. I finally received the chair which was just what I wanted. Will definitely do business with them again, highly recommended, great customer service, excellent price and quality.

We purchased 200 stackable plasticChairs for fellowship hall. They came individually wrapped in groups of 5. Very well protected to ship. Also purchased additional dollies. Very pleased.

Zero stars- This order is a complete fail.The chair dolly wheel bearings failed within 48 hrs. of arrival.Email to company has gone unanswered .This is the third dolly to fail in the same manner. Inquiries regarding replacement parts have also gone unanswered.Orders for chairs and the delivery turnaround has been very good. I just wish the accessory support was there.UPDATE 1/2020- Stack chairs did reach out and replaced the product after establishing an email contact.

Lost my order in transit and took 2 months to sort out.I have purchased over 500 chairs from them and got nothing but a rude response and was not offered any sort of courtesy nor apology very disappointed to say the least.

Be aware of this business they rip off people their quality is very cheap, they are dishonest, they make false advertisement and they lied about their return policy. I purchased $500 worth of chairs, Im returning them because their quality is so cheap and the chairs were supposed to be black not grey so after their fees and penalties Im ONLY receiving $130 back out of the $500, thats insane some one needs to put this people in jail.

Terrible company to work with. Found out product was 45 miles away for over a week, they did nothing to help me. Blamed it on the shipping company. I had to make several phone calls, and to date, have still not received chairs!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
