Terrible customer service. Went in to ask a simple question about a ring I had bought a few years back and got immediate attitude and rude responses from the worker. I love my ring- my mother and two sisters all bought the same one and I cherish it. One of my diamonds fell out and it broke my heart because the ring is retired. I knew that the warranty only lasted 1 year but I wanted to inquire about paying for it to get it fixed and the girl was terribly rude to me. She didnt listen to my question, interrupted me, and had zero consideration for myself or my sister that was with me at the time. I understand working in customer service. I understand being tired after a long days work(as it was 8:30 pm). But I happen to have worked a 10 hour day myself, drove and hour and a half to canton for a work dinner, and just stopped in while finally heading home for the day to ask a simple question and was greeted with such an annoyed, rude, and genuinely unhelpful worker that I will never purchase from this store again. If you cant treat people with respect and consideration then you should not work in an environment that demands such from you. I was the ONLY customer in the store. Literally there to inquire about PAYING to fix my ring, not yelling, arguing, or expecting to get anything done for free. I understood going into it that there may not be a way to fix my ring, but this girl was absolutely out of line and very unprofessional. This worker will lose you a lot of customers. Thoroughly disappointed to be treated so poorly from a store Ive spent so much money at.

I went into the store today. Josie, the manager, cleaned my oxidized black pandora bracelet with the store cleaner. It took off the oxidization. Since it is retired she couldn’t replace it. She gave me a much more expensive bracelet. Thanks Josie for making it right!

I’ve always had great service from the associates at this store. If the store is running a special (free bracelet with purchase, etc.); you may be asked to wait in line. It may take a while; but when it’s your turn they spend as much time with you as you need. Products are great.

If you want to melt your womans heart.... head to this store ....put some thought into a really nice bracelet that has meaning.....give it to her over a glass of wine .....just because ......then hoooold on

Only 8 ppl can be inside the store, I dont understand why would they have 5 workers, so that would only allow 3 customers to enter the store. Does this make sense.

Had pandora me summer 2020 collection in early and sold early because it was in stock, only 3 groups of people allowed in the store and they cleaned my pandora earrings for free!

I absolutely love my pandora bracelets however I recently noticed 2 of my beads have broken and/or pieces fallen out of them. I feel like for the price you pay for the beads alone there should be a better warranty policy or some sort of better exchange process. I dont do anything harsh with my bracelets... I dont even wear them to shower or swim. So I dont feel they should break or pieces break off of them. And when and if it does happen they should be replaced! Beads range anywhere from $50-$120 and most people (myself included) have several on each bracelet (I have 2 bracelets as well). Thats too expensive to pay for cheap quality of a tiny bead.They are beautiful but I just expected more when things like this happens to your products.

Our experience at this store, at this location, was abysmal. In fact, this store isnt even worthy of a single star- thats how grotesque the store and staff was. We entered the store hoping to browse the selections of jewelry, and yet we were neglected from any help and/or advisement; the staff was copious in number, however not a single staff member greeted us and left us bewilderd. For example, it took four employees to aid and assistant one person; you can find livelyer help in a graveyard. Are they specifically trained to treat their customers this way? Very rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend this store.

Really rude staff, told us to “move along” and then when we called and asked why we couldn’t go in. They said we were being rude because we asked if we could go in.
