Though todays experience was at the Roseville MI and Troy MI stores due to convenience, I must acknowledge my first encounter with Cassandra at the Canton MI store on 01/18/2021 approx 5:56 pm. Cassandra was super helpful, actually more than helpful through our shopping experience. She also encouraged my wife and I to sign up for the BEYOND + program, which has already saved us hundreds of dollars. Thank you Cassandra!!!! We look forward to returning to the Canton MI store!The Halls🙂💯

The cashiers are so extremely rude here. The dark haired girl behind the pickup counter had serious attitude problems and everyone else isn’t far behind. Highly recommend any other Bed Bath & Beyond...but save yourself the trouble and avoid this particular store.

This location is going out of business so not tons of stock, however even on clearance their prices are crazy high!! I would not shop here at regular prices and really only wound up getting a few tiny items on impulse.

Everyone that works here is so nice. They really have the best staff around, and they represent Bed Bath & Beyond. They deserve a raise. They go above and beyond to help you. And I love all the products that they carry. You must check them out. If they are out of the product they will be glad to order it for you and I think that is a nice touch.

Covid-19 protocols are clearly posted at the entrance and in the check out line. The staff was very helpful and followed the posted protocols. The only concern is the entrance and exit are through the same door.

Nice store that has hood deals and friendly employees. When youre there make sure you check out their as is clearance section because they may have something you want for a good price. But remember the product will be as is

This location is very underrated because it is so great! The layout is very open and uncluttered, the associates are helpful and the selection is fantastic! Store was super clean and very easy to navigate. Despite its busy location, the store wasnt crazy packed so it made shopping way more enjoyable

Very organized... Prices are reasonable.. I like their sheet sets. Their bathroom prices are pretty reasonable... But, I do love their sales. I am a rewards customer and the coupons never expire... Who doesn’t love that 😊😉

I went in there yesterday with my aunt and cousin and I can tell they were short staffed. Even being short-staffed, they maintained their professionalism. Having been in retail myself, I can really appreciate that. Thank you, David, Christina and Rhea.

The Manager was not very reasonable about a return, would refund money but would not even exchange. Since I bought the Keurig on special I would have to pay $30 to get the same unit. This is wrong and would not shop at this store. I was very disappointed and up till this point have been pleased with bed bath and beyond. WARNING check out new return policy before purchasing.

There is a large variety of nice looking items. However, choices are very limited if you want a darker traditional style and a bold color palette. It is difficult to find curtains and sheet sets that work together let alone match. There is a limited color scheme for all textiles and they dont feel like the best quality for the price. Prices are a bit too high for many things.

They have some nice items and the employees are nice. The store is starting to look cluttered and old though. Also they used to have a lot more bedding that i liked not so much now. Its not nearly as nice as when it first opened.

Horrible customer service! Internet says they have good return policy but if you want to just exchange the broken product its ridiculous. Never buying there again, Ill go to kohls or amazon.

There was a mistake on my purchase so I went back inside. I was owed a refund of 7 dollars. Took 30 minutes for the manager to figure it out even though I explained it in great detail.Love the store but, like all other bbb stores I have been to, their service and staff let the store down.I will continue to order online as much as possible...

I did my research online and went to the store to buy a specific vacuum. But I took a wrong turn when I entered the store and was wandering around aimlessly when a friendly employee asked if I needed help.I told her I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and she immediately took me to the right department and introduced me to an employee there. He helped me find the machine I wanted, confirmed it would be a good choice for my intended use, and loaded it in my cart for me. Both employees were pleasant and professional and I was done with my shopping trip in 10 minutes.

Awesome experience!!My fiance and I went into the Canton store this past weekend to register for our wedding.The saleswomen, Sandy, was so helpful! She registered us on her computer, asked us questions about our wedding and what we are looking for, gave us a lesson on how to use the scanner, took us on a tour of the store, and offered her opinions and advise on items to (and not to) register for. In the beginning she took our coats and gave us bottled water when she came around to check on us later. We felt like VIP! Though some prices seemed a bit high for a few items, I would recommend registering here to anyone. :)

My visit was fine, just one thing I understand is, why if youre looking for a particular item, why I have to go online for that item if the same items are in the store.

I called the Canton, Michigan store to find out if they actually did have the item in stock that online Bed Bath and Beyond indicated it had. A very pleasant voice answered the phone and figured out which department to route me to. Another friendly voice answered and was able to confirm they did have the item in stock. I told her I was going out there to get it. She offered to place it on hold for me at the Customer Service counter. When I arrived, sure enough it was there. Made a somewhat crappy day for me end with a big sigh of relief.

Store is very congested. It did have some good sales for glass drinkware. Not all items had prices. Cashier was very nice and no lines.
