This is the second time I went into this store with precious metals to be turned away this time I went in with 5 oz bar of silver only to be turned away I also mentioned something about spot value to which you representative stated he couldnt even come close to spot value if you have any silver or precious metals the cashland wont accept hit me up all entertain it and make an offer Ive never heard of this before especially out of a pawn shop

This is my go to stop at least twice a week (okay maybe every day 😂) but the service is great and Ive never gotten a bum deal there. Good folks!Update: Today I got a great deal on a Google Nest Wi-Fi mesh set up. This is an item Ive been mulling over for months now, and they had it for $30 less than new! Its why I will always stop here before anywhere else! YOU GUYS AND GALS ROCK! 😁

I have been a customer here for years. I have never had an issue with any item I have bought and have always been treated with a smile and respect. Im such a regular they all know me by name and greet me when I come through the door. I have bought everything from laptops, TVs, jewelry and even a banjo. Always great quality and they even will make me a deal on a purchase. I highly recommend them.Update 11/30/18I can now add a Mandolin to my list of purchases and am still very satisfied with all of my purchases. Without the Managers assistance, I would have missed out on this purchase. Thank you. Still Highly Recommended.

Havent been there in a while, but I once had a situation where the employees were struck with a change in computer system. Essentially I went in to pay and I had my payday loan also achd out of my bank account. So I call and see whats up and Becca explained everything to me as to what was going on and made things right. She was extremely nice and professional. She is also probably the most beautiful person to ever exist.

Gladly sold me an item, told all about their amazing return policy. Yeah forgot to mention that the money I paid for the item wont be coming back to me any time soon. Ive never had a return take this long and I refuse go back there if Im going be left without the item and my money like this again. So glad they have a great policy....for themselves.

This place is a bunch of scam artists. They sold me a bad amp and I paid extra for the protection plan and now they refuse to return it because I dont have an ID. And they tried to say it was state law for returns or some nonsense. Dont go there.

Every time I go in everyone is always so friendly and are always willing to help me find what I need!

Nice place with nice employeess ... there stuff is normally in great condition. Just if your going in there to sell something do you research ahead of time because Ive sold a Bluetooth speaker to them that cost me 120$ and they gave me 20$ for it when it was barely used and came back in a month later to buy a kindle and seen it there for 90$.. you should get atleast almost half if not more.

I have went in their store many times and they help you right away if there is not anyone in front of you and they have great product there and I love their layaway plan

Oh my gosh I had the BEST experience at Cashland on Cleveland Ave this past week! First, I went in to get a camera for my daughters birthday. She likes to make and post YouTube videos and I was just gonna get her a digital camera that took video. I told the guy (Im so sorry I forget your name! It was the black guy... Again, sorry!) About all this and he recommended that I get a pocket camcorder... That takes pictures too! So I got a Sony bloggie and its perfect for what my daughter needed!! She LOVES it!! And it hooks right up to the computer with a USB arm!Then he told me about a sale Cuz I told him I wanted to get her a Wii also... So I came back Friday, for the sale and I was helped by Jessica. Who BTW is like the BEST employee at Cashland I have EVER been helped by. She sold me the Wii and two games.. Well, my daughter was so surprised and so happy about not only the bloggie but the Wii too. But when we hooked it up, there was no color!!! I took it in today, where thank goodness, Jessica was there to help me, she plugged it in and there WAS color... So she suggested that maybe I needed a different cord and she switched them for me. I get home... NO COLOR!!! I called up there and asked for her and she helped me.... OVER THE PHONE.... Talked me thru it and we figured out it was my TV, I had to put the cables into different jacks.. But yea, instead of driving back in, she gave me step by step advice over the phone!!! Was incredibility helpful and so, so, unbelievably nice!! She basically made my day! And my daughters birthday!! Thank you JESSICA!!! YOU ROCK!! Im giving Cashland five stars because of YOU!!!-Katy L.

Miles Sent me to other pawnshops saying they take broken stuff and they dont. Hey man i was already in a pinch.

Waited for 10 mins while employees meandered about then told me they had no way to test a simple set of speakers....all that equipment In there and you cant test speakers?come on now get your equipment right will not be returning.

The girl who answered the phone was really rude, I wouldn’t recommend going in. If there rude on the phone I can only imagine how they are in person.

They should drug test their Employees, Hair test. They Bad Mouth their employers/managers and appear high on the job. Bad news

They have offered very low money for my gold, Will be going somewhere else. a 18 gram chain of 18k gold and was offered 53 dollars. Terrible. Never will I go here again!
