Worst owner Ive ever met. He have full of shelf with expired products and I compared prices are relatively high as compared to other stores. He is not really professional enough chicken and meat are frozen and old. Exchange policy is not worth to go back to this store. He was saying he is successful business man!

Waqas khan first of all I have no relation to abdu except I am his customer I witnessed the conversation that u had with him early today as what I concluded that you are totally rude and wrong how it comes u bought a box of tea u drunk half of it and u brought it back to him asking him to change the only reason You don’t like the taste, seriously man I am pretty sure no one will tolerate ur behavior try it with other store and u will regret the result, abdu he is one of the most honest businessman I have met, his meat and poultry always fresh, Zabiha hand slaughtered halal which a plus to our community, his meat cooler doors are always open to customers to check stop brother in Islam stop telling lies behave yourself .keep a good work mr abdu

They offer a variety of spices for mideastern cruise. My husband and I went for lamb chops. They are fresh. They cut them right in front of you ..the whole lamb.

Abdu market is one of my favorite place to do all my shopping especially when it comes to meat always fresh zabiha no games or hidden tricks as others doing, customer service always amazing, front desk ladies are always smiling. I dont understand why some ppl are giving him lower rate, obviously prices are high every where any where unless ppl not watching the news or acting look like .keep going Mr abdu good luck

Worst customer service at the register. Those ladies at the registers needs to behave with respect and be polite. Once it used to be my first stop for desi groceries. Since they remodeled the store or Abdu left (Not sure) their attitude got changed at the registers. They (ladies) always looks like angry birds!! Feels like we made a mistake to stop by. They need to learn how to behave with customers, not necessarily have to smile with customer!!, which brings customer back. Dont forget we have lot of Halal stores around!!

Samosas here are a must. $1 for a Potato Samosa is a great quick snack and gets my 5 star for those wanting to experience Lahori Pakistani samosa taste

The variety is good but I wont be returning because the attitude of the woman there. The lady (some sort of management position) made me feel so unwelcome, rushed and very rude. I only came here because Anand Bazar & Saad are closed on Mondays. Wont be returning.

The chicken looked very fresh, but one of the butchers masks was under his nose.I put back my purchases and headed for the door. The cashier had no mask at all.It is a shame. The little bit I saw of the market looked good. But employees who dont follow the law and who dont care about the safety and health of customers work in businesses I cannot give money to.

A disappointment, through and through. Walked in for a pound of meat, the guys working in the back that sell the meat “were on a lunch break” so we waited and the gentleman that came out didn’t have a mask on. The place looked filthy and had standing water in the back. Will without a doubt never return.

Neither of the cashiers were wearing masks. one of them had the mask under the chin and the other didn’t have one on at all. really unacceptable

This is the place to go for you Halal meat. The prices can be a little high as compared to other Halal meat stores in the area but the quality of meat is high. The operators of the business are honest and polite.The store can get quite busy on certain days (Friday afternoons) and sometimes there can a bit of wait to get serviced in the meat section. They will sometimes take orders over the phone so you can call ahead your order to save some time.

Abdu as usual is the best in town, honestlyHe is always open to answer any questions . All his chicken are 100% cage free, hand slaughter, no antibiotics add no hormones, his mutton outstanding no smells tender meat .the store always clean, prices are competitive even cheap a compare to other stores around, peoples are wrong about other stores prices, they have one item cheap but they dont compare the rest of item I honestly been shopping at abdu for years his prices are very competitive even cheaper then some other places around, never ever disappointed.

Have been coming here ever since it first opened. Quick go-to place that has a variety of items all in one place. I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from meats to simple spices.

Ideal location for halal meat and grocery (Mediterranean/ Pakistan/ Indian). This is a great one stop shop for grocery, meat and vegetables. Reasonable prices and good customer service. For someone who doesnt like lamb (smell?), then they should give baby goat a try from Abdu. Maybe call in advance do that they have the quantity you need.

Great Halal food selection

Abdu Market is a good place to find Arabic foods and drinks. They have a wide selection for such a small store and have very nice customer service. They also offer Halal foods and some great snacks for Ramadan. I would recommend and definitely come back again.

My favorite place in the whole Detroit area for fresh halal & amish meat. Abdu and his associates are family kind of people and trustworthy.They also have fish that I used to eat in India - King fish, Rohu, Pomfret along with quails.

Their meat and chicken are not fresh and taste bad once cooked. Also they claim to have goat meat but it is lamb sold as goat meat. Other than the meat department the store is not so bad.

Love going here. Its almost like going to a boutique market. Plus the have a great beer selection.

The store was very dirty. I bought basmati rice and had to return it because it had ants in it when I opened the bag. The employees were rude and some were not wearing masks. Big disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend

Meat and chicken no good

If you want a clean halal meat, this is the place to be. Space is limited but you will find all kind of halal food and desi items.

I went yesterday got grocery and I bought cup cake. When i came home it was expire 5 month ago. They were expensive to and dont have a price tag on the shelf. I look at my other stuff too, The pakistan mango juice and the national chill catchup was due last month too.

This is my favorite supermarket in the area. Ive been frequenting this place since they opened and have always loved it. I highly recommend!

One of my favourite ethnic stores for muslim and indopak groceries. Halal meat market, some prepared foods, spices, nuts, candies, juices etc. Friendly staff, mostly prepared orders on time. Easy location, small plaza that includes subway, a pharmacy and a few more stores. Some items here are not traditionally found in local big chain grocery stores. Highly recommended.

100% halal meat that tastes great

Abdu Market is a great place for grabbing small items. Depending on the day of the week, their meat can be amazing. However, because its a small place serving a large Arab/South Asian community, there can be a long wait for the butchers and check out.

This place is great! They have everything you could possibly think of a! A bit pricey but I definitely recommend.

This store always have difference in prices. They not labeled the price and then always charged double prices and if you check your receipt and match the price then the owner make some excuses. Looks like act of non professional business.Happen to me 3 time. Don’t want to go there again

Abdo Market was my favorite when it was served by Abdo. Some new workers came to do service for meat. The guy over there is very rude and he is not at all doing good service for People. I hate to go anymore there and I dont recommeny any of my friends to go there. He is treating customers in very bad way.

Improved inventory, with plenty of spices, breads, cheeses, starches, meat, tea/coffee and frozen foods. Small produce section. Staff is very friendly and helpful and hours are longer when compared to similar stores. They also carry Pak/Indian food items.

Always fresh and good quality meat but they seriously need to respect the queue at the counters and help whoever is next! No one should be allowed to jump the line.

I dont know what happened to this place but recently meat i get from them is not good so please pay attention on what you are doing just provide honest service for people if you can if not ten shut down your meat department.

Excellent Halal meat shop with a variety of meat and a large collection of desi spices and other things. In 2016 they bought the shop next door and now the entire shop is larger and better.

Since a year,I was getting chicken/ lamb from abdu every weekend. Once I got very bad chicken which I ended up throwing. I told the concerned people twice about it and the response I got the second time is - only once right. Then good for you!. I dont deserve this response being a regular customer. So I am giving 1 Star.

The best meat market in the area! The best thing is that they prepare all the mediterranean right infront of you and have it all mixed up right infront of your eyes. The meat is also fresh and juicy! My go to place when need to get the chicken. Make sure to carry some cash since they will not accept credit cards (there’s a extra charge) if your total purchase is below 10$. The samosas they sell are also not of very good quality.

The best place for Halal Meats and Indo-Pak/Middle East grocery in entire state of Michigan. Abdu and Abdullah are very nice, honest, down to earth, and friendly owners who always value and listen to their customers needs. We never go elsewhere and I have known Abdu for more than 5 years as a person. Their business is growing and now have expanded with more floor space, and adding the number of people working there, Mashallah!.
