This GFS location is undergoing construction but its nice that theyre still open for business so were able to get what we needed without having to wait for the construction to be finished or go to a different location.When you cook in bulk like we do, its advantageous to buy things that are pre-prepared. Makes serving dinner for a large family much simpler and its very tasty!We especially love their sliced bacon. Very smoky, and just a tremendous flavor. Better than grocery store brand bacon.

I used to like this location until I got yelled at, to keep my 3 items in the cart, by Earl, the assistant manager. Ill take my business to Costco or Sams Club where maybe I wont be treated so poorly.

I went in search of ranch, and found it, but I was so surprised by how empty the shelves were. Im sure GFS is doing their best.

Ive shopped at Gordon for years and love the stores. The meat is the best Ive had in town so far. The pasta is top notch. As well as everything else they carry. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. MI is fortunate to have such a locally owned treasure!

Love it. Great place for bulk items for home or functions. I buy containers here for meals to give away or for Christmas gifts. Produce is a bit pricey and some things are cheaper elsewhere if you sale shop (like the sodas and other food items) but a lot is a great value.

We go to this location for our school and nonprofit event needs. They have great prices and the right quantities we need. Paper goods, food, utensils and equipment at the right price right away.

Best employee ever!!!!!!?!!!?Went just the other day to come and pickup some sloppy joe sauce, which I could unfortunately not find. I was frightened and scared that they were all out sloppy joe sauce, but then, at the end of aisle 2 a handsome young man with a name going by Nick L. He questions to me, “can I help you find anything today?” I contemplated for a while, and then asked the gut-wrenching question. I stuttered “D-Do you ha-have any sloppy jo-joe sauce?” And do you know what Nick responded with? He said, “I’m not sure, let me check in the back.” Seconds started to feel like hours, and it felt like I was standing there for an eon. Finally he came back, and it was like Jesus returning from his tomb, and he had it. He had the sloppy joe sauce! I’ve have never felt happiness like that before, and I don’t think I’ll ever feel happiness like that again, all thanks to the best employee ever, Nick L.

They have quite a bit to offer at reasonable prices for most of it. I like that you dont have the membership fees like with Sams or BJs. The downside is that they obviously are not as big, so cannot carry as much.

This location is a little smaller than some of the other GFS I have been to, but still have a great availability of products and a great staff. I stop at this location just as frequently as any other, and will continue to do so.

The new manager is terrible and her customer service is worse I have ever seen in this store. We have been coming here for over 5 years and because I didn’t have my card she wasn’t going to let me shop. The only reason she did was because I had a loaner car and didn’t have my regular set of keys. She was definitely NOT pleasant about it. She obviously feels you guys don’t need the customers. I will ONLY come here when I can’t go to restaurant depot. Good luck canton you need it.

Good food, fair prices

I spent a lot of money at Gordons over the years. Its catalog is very extensive, and you can order obscure stuff and have it shipped to the store. However, lately it has been trying very hard to turn itself into a supermarket, with prices to match. It seems as if it decided at some point in time that its profit margins needed to be expanded, at least in its stores. Consequently, I do not go there as often as I used to. Still a good place to go to get industrial quantities for large outings, parties, Etc

They have what I need. I tend to end up at GFS when I try Sams Club 1st and theyre too crowded.

Gordons is such a fantastic place, it was my first time going in there; very very nice, the staff is nice and the selection of items is wonderful. Added bonus: They have a popcorn machine and wait for it, its FREE! who does that now a days; nobody. Thank You, I will be shopping there now.

I cannot believe how much the prices on all of the items have gone up!!! The cans of Arizona Ice Tea that you can get anywhere for $.99 they are selling for $1.29 ummm Ill go to my local party store and buy mine thank you. A bottle of Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing from Kraft $3.99, Ill go to Krogers and get the same thing for $.99, I do believe I am done shopping at Gordons. The prices are ridiculous.

I have never been disappointed in my things I have bought here. And I personally can not say this about any other store I have shopped at many times over the years. I don’t know how they manage to do this but they certainly do! There are some things I will never buy like the huge cans of beans or soup but my son has eatery and he buys al his stuff from Gordonfoods you just can’t go wrong when you shop here! A good example is they had sirloin steak $21.98 so $22 for 7 steaks I would guess between 10-11 oz each so that 7 10 oz sirloin steaks @ $3.30 each how can you beat that price? You just can’t! They are th right size you not going to overeat eating a 1 or 2 lb steak! I also bought chicken breast skinless same price as steak but many more in the box al their meat is vacuum packed individually so they won’t get freezer burns or dry out or get stuck on one another you all know what pain that is!! So that’s about all I have to say thank you Linda Gabbert

Im so glad that you dont have to have a membership card to shop here. They have a lot of large bulk stuff. The store is always clean, always organized, and always well stocked.

We told the cashier good morning alls she said cash or charge. Which i found to be very rude,your supposed to take the time to listen to your customers. Its not all about money
