Its a great store i just wish they had more employees

Dont get me wrong I love the store but today they get one star only because they didnt have enough cashiers open not even the self-checkout half of those were closed and theres people half a mile long waiting. I walked in got my mask on clean my cart went down an aisle seen the line walked right out

This is by far the best Kroger I have ever been in the place was clean there were tons of produce it was fresh most everything was well stocked and the staff was very nice and professional awesome grocery store they have everything you can want.

I ordered the special cake for my friend who became a US citizen. So i ordered this cake with US flag and red, white and blue theme.... well the color was FADED blue and red - more like green and pink!!! It looks awful and disgraceful. They mustve used the old print and they never bothered to call me and asked me for alternative options if it was not right color. I will never order cake from this Kroger. I dont trust their workmanship! Dont order any cake from them!!!

Went to this Kroger and asked if some cheese could be cut for me from the special cheeses (not the deli dept). Side note* The guy in the deli dept was awesome in trying to get me help! But his superior (who should be more than willing) was not!!This gentlemen I asked called the store manager Lyndi to help. I told her what I needed and she looked me up and down and told me she could not because it was going to take to much time and I wasn’t going to buy enough of it to make it worth her time to do for me. What kind of response is that?? First of all, she didn’t even ask me how much of it I wanted, nothing..rude customer service and I filled a complaint to Kroger corporate.On my way to Busch’s….

I understand they are short handed right now, but I had an awful experience with a lady at the pharmacy. My medicine was supposed to be ready one day, but when that day came she said they needed to order it and it would take two days. I checked back two days later. She said she just ordered it the previous day and it would be ANOTHER TWO DAYS. I was trying to figure out what my options were as far as gettingj it elsewhere and she YELLED AT ME. It’s actually the second time she has yelled at me. It really upset me. She is dealing with SICK people, so she needs to be more patient and kind. It’s ridiculous. I’ve since switched all my meds to Walgreens, even though it’s a much further drive.

The store is clean. They have a good variety of items but the price of staples continue to climb as exotics like pineapples and giant bunches of sunflowers grace the entry. Parking is great. The cashiers are courteous, hardworking and kind.

Order pickup, they took an hour and 30 minutes to give my food.Got home and half my order was missing.messing up people orders and messing up their days

This visit has to be in the worst trips to Kroger i have had dirty floors and a hot store gave plenty of space for fruit flies in the produce shelves were well stocked but I should have just went to Walmart and I hate walmart

The Kroger pick up is a joke you let them know your on the way 15 min prior and then check in when you get here just to have people that arrived after you get there items well before you as your still waiting Ive now been waiting over 20 minutes to get items I already paid for

Absolutely horrible Pharmacy.If you call in your prescription refill and it gets backordered, then expires, Kroger will NOT refill it. I was left without my script over an entire weekend. And the Pharmacist even admitted it was their fault!!

Its Sunday at close to 5:30. they only have 1 not self check out line open. The store manager said that there were so many call off that they have no one. The line is like wrapped around the store for not self check out and for self check out this is insane. There bottle return room only open until 4pm. Why that beyond crazy thank goodness for Walmart being right across the street bottle return still open.

If I could go less than one stars I would. Ask to speak for a manager and have waited for over 10 minutes for her to come to me even though she can see where Im standing.they are keeping the recycling room open ridiculous hours from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., not sure how anyone who has a job is supposed to be able to take care of anything

Was purposely ignored at self checkout and everyone else in line was helped but me including people after me. Even after asking for assistance.

This krogers is so nice and neat and also the staff are nice

My husband who is handicapped asked the woman working at the self scan for a cashier and was told there isnt any. Ridiculous

This is not my regular Krogers. The help was really slow at the fresh meat counter. I did not get anything, the Salmon did not look good. They also did not have some of my items.

Wish We had a no star rating! Crubside puck up is a JOKE. Waited 4 hours more than once. The last time was our last! Not only the wait time, half the products where unavailable (Diet Pepsi...really?). But the most annoying was no bags. We had to just put items in the back of our vehicle. We wrote corporate with of course no reply (shocker)!!I have be shopping here for 20+ years. Not anymore

Went in for I needed and got out quickly. Shoutout to you guys having the self checkout open even when it’s close to closing so I don’t have to bother anyone. 👏🏾👏🏾

Kroger is an excellent location for shopping in Canton.... You get your all family needs under one roof....A massive super market location.Economical . The Starbucks section useful...the wine and whiskey/vodka section well stocked with moderate or lowest prices...Totally one would enjoy the shopping experience at Kroger..I recommend as one among top choices..

The pick up service needs a lot of work. Other companies are doing a much better job at providing pick up service. If I would have known I would be waiting for over THREE hours for my order, in a long line behind thirty or more vehicles I never would have used this service. It should not take longer to pick up a scheduled order than it does to shop for groceries oneself. Store is clearly understaffed and workers seem to be doing what they can...

I would give 5 stars, but today, 3/17/2020, i had issue with one specific employee:Jenn. Apparently she is a manager in the produce department. I was impressed with the work and attitude of all the other employees that I encountered. This is a difficult time for all concerned. All the other employees that I had contact with were outstanding! Jenn was throwing bags of onions some 10-15 feet from her cart. When i commented that treating our produce in such a manner was far from optimal she said, and i quote:if you dont like how i handle my department, you can shop elsewhere .Wow. Really?I spoke to her manager Jason. Hopefully Jenn learns that she has a job solely because she has clients who choose to shop there.Jenn, treat the food you stock as if you yourself had to pay for it and bring it home to your family. Treat your job as if it mattered. Check your attitude.

Pick up is a joke.. pick up was at 12pm. It is currently 1:41 pm just got our food half of it is missing. We charged for replacements we do not have AND WE CANT HAVE A RECEIPT FOR 12HRS??? CALLING CORPORATE. Oh and we had to load our own food cause the lady ran inside..

3-1/2 minutes to shop... 10 minutes to wait for I.d check at self scan.

My mother-in-law ordered chicken for a birthday party for today & a couple days after she ordered, Jesse called her & told her about a special they were running & she could get more chicken for less money which she did. Thank you Jesse for being a great employee & calling her to let her know of this special!

A unique store! The quality and prices of the produce are great and they have an awesome service. All of the employees are so sweet. So happy this place is much nearer to my home!

Krogers finest lol

This was my first experience with curbside pickup. 1 hour before pick up I was told that they only had half of the items that I ordered. I was given some choices for substitutes and then they gave me the wrong substitutes. I had a buy one get one free item I only received one of the items and paid full price for it. And to top it off my dog food was put on top of the potato chips. Not a great experience.

Very good especially the sale items.Quite a bit of food if all purchased on sale. Yes there is the Kroger brand items, but hey you only live once. Enjoy the olive bar, deli, bakery and lots of frozen food. Also very good produce and fruit section.

This is the closest store to my house and I shop here at least 3X a week. I think this branch has better prices than most other branches I have visited. Their produce is always fresh, the store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Every time Ive visited this branch, I save about 30-50% on my total bill. The prices are better than Costco or Sams club by a foot and pretty competitive to most other stores.

Krogers always has great deals and fuel points are great too. Just wish they had Kroger gas closer to my Krogers. I shop at the one on Michigan and Canton Center and have to go all the way to Cherry Hill and Merriment to use my points. They have great clearance items also.

Devonte in the meat department went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed. He even went to register with me and got a cart for me as I picked up several more items. Thats what I call excellent customer service!!! A satisfied customer.

Great store layout. Excellent lighting. Great selection of so many varieties of items. Easy access from driving to the parking spot to getting back out.

Ive been to many Kogers, but this one had the by and far the best hot food bar. The fried chicken was incredible, compared to old and dry chicken from other locations.

I can always find what Im looking for at this store even if it is on sale they rarely run out of sale items. The store is always neat and clean and the staff are very friendly and eager to help you.

You customers are freaking ridiculous !! You come grocery shopping for you and your family and that reason only. You guys come into these stores THINKING WE as the staff have to cater to YOU but no we dont !!! We have to smile and be polite not deal with yall bs attitudes because youre in a rush or cant find a itemALSO the remodel is because CUSTOMERS asked for it . . . So before yall go and complain about it or anything else with improving the store STOP & THINK THAT its for YOU GUYS.

Good grocery store. It is clean and nice, the selection is not quite as good for my familys food preferences as the Ann Arbor store (we are vegetarian)

This kroger was so gross. Things were expired and almost every fruit/veggie had large amounts of mold on them, or they were so over ripe you still wouldnt have been able to eat it. The employees were amazingly rude and completely inconsiderate of the shoppers around them. I was baffled with this experience

Great cheese section. Usually clean. The manager is often on the floor assisting with bagging, which is admirably hands on. Can be crowded.

I shop at this store every week and generally like it. I spend over $300 per week – the workers are friendly and always happy to see me. However - on more than one occasion I have seen people open bags of grapes in the produce section and sample them.Recently, I saw an old man take the seed out of his mouth – covered with saliva, and put it back in the bag. This is not the first time I’ve seen this happen. There are people out there with all manner of diseases including Hepatitis and HIV – this is DISGUSTING. This also happens at the Kroger store on Ford Road.I will NEVER buy any grapes from Kroger if the bag has been opened.I believe the management should put out some real samples on a tray for people to taste the grapes. Kroger does this with other foods in parts of the store and should do it for the grapes and other small produce items which they know people are likely to taste. Keep the germs out of my groceries.

Convenient and friendly... HOWEVER... They need to have more cashiers at the registers during peak shopping time.There is usually one or two cashiers open and the rest of the lanes are for self checkout... So irritating. I almost spent the same amount time in line as I did shopping.... Thats not a compliment 😡

Hate shopping on a weekend, alot of items are out of stock or theyre stocking shelves and you cant get down the aisles.I do like this Kroger over the other 2 in the area. Employees are always nice and friendly.

Not the best fruit selection. Wheres the mango,mandarin fresh oranges? The whole section of fruit n veges is crammed together. ONLINE ORDERING IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT EASIER. NOT MAKING IT EASY AND TOTALLY STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS. Standard Kroger experience. I do have some trouble finding where some basic items are that are essential for cooking. Their produce section is pretty nice--the vegetables look and taste pretty good. Also, there arent many lanes for checkout but they generally dont get backed up super long like other big grocery stores (meijer, walmart).

They disinfect the shopping carts for you, store was very clean, stock was full, employees very friendly.

Understanding during this time a wait is expected.After my click list order being changed to the following day, which happened to be my mothers funeral. I also waited upwards of 3 hours for the order in a line outside of the store. After waiting one hour I felt like I wasted too much time to drive off, next thing I know it’s like 2 hours and 45 minutes later and we have only moved from ruby tuesdays to McDonald’s driveway. A disaster. I would’ve preferred they just cancelled my entire order if they couldn’t handle the volume.4 hours still no groceries. And I’m watching random orders be wheeled out to patrons in the parking lot. I won’t be using this service again.

Tonight my two children and I came through the line of a cashier by the name of Lynn. My nine-year-old son deals with an anxiety disorder that had him in tears at the time of this interaction. My daughter and I were both very tired and trying to get through the rest of this grocery store trip as smoothly as possible. I didn’t say anything to my son at this time because experience has taught me to let him be until he is ready to talk, otherwise the stress will build and become even worse. Lynn was concerned seeing the tears on his face, however, and asked if it would be okay to give him a hug and some reassuring words. I think this little interaction with a stranger brought him back to reality and calmed him down a little. A few minutes later in the car on the way home he was talking and laughing with us like normal. Thank you so much, Lynn, for your kind heart and loving nature. You really helped us to turn a bad day around. ❤️

Really friendly staff and cashiers. The dairy and produce depts are never too busy to drop what they are doing to replinish any item I wanted.

The store was great as usual, but the cashier that I had for my 2nd order was very rude. Then when I said something about how rude she was she denied it. Very off putting. KROGER is better than that. I told her that too.

I had a lady who went above and beyond to help me. She was stocking cereal. Very pleasant.

I love that this Kroger is not as crowded as most but its a little on the pricey side. Probably due to the location of the store,but the people are friendly enough and the sushi maker is phenomenal.

This Kroger es muy, MUY bueno. Very clean. The produce is always fresh and delicious. The staff is super helpful. Decent whiskey selection. The ClickList is a GODSEND!
