Shawn the manager was phenomenal in customer service today! With 2020 being full of disappointments, Shawn was the total opposite when it came to his customer service! After coming to the store for a item that was being promoted with the buy one get one 1/2 off I was disappointed when there was only one at the store and none in the warehouse! Shawn never stopped trying to satisfy... he resolved the matter by transferring product from one store to the store I was at for later pick up! Talk about a “wow factor” I spend quite a bit at this store and will continue because of the great customer service!!!!

I went in for a work order for the night and before closing i bought me two new blender bottles. Its not about the bottles that i can buy almost anywhere but its about the two gentlemen working their and they are Passionate about their jobs.They love what they do and they were a blast to work with tonight. Usually has everything I need. Easy store layout so I know exactly where to go. The store is a lot easier to navigate unlike the GNC across the street. Prices are competitive, but they will also price match. Steve, who works there, is awesome!
