A two man crew came out and opened our pool this morning. They were on time and very professional about everything they did. Any questions I had they answered. These guys and girls are great! The whole crew is super knowledgeable, and helpful solving any pool issue that arises. They even talked me out of a more expensive product to help clear up algae.... instead of selling me a bunch of crap, they hooked me up with a 5$ bag of Aluminum Sulfate and it worked like a charm! I had them replace my in ground liner for my 24,000 gallon pool last year, and I couldnt be happier!

Called Lusk, asked them to come out as my wife and I were interested in building a in-ground pool and hot tub. After them taking my info, and not getting a call back from Lusk for over a week, I called them again to setup an appt.Lusk sent a young kid out with a checklist and asked us what we wanted with a pool... its like we were cookie cutter... and what we wanted was not cookie cutter, we wanted something custom.A few weeks later we got a quote via email... no in person followup, no design, no nothing... we had a budget of 150K, and apparently they think all they need to do is send 1 followup email estimate to get my business.In the mean time.. I had 3 other pool consultations with in-person followups come to my house, all with designs before I got the 1 email estimate back from Lusk.I think these guys go after volume, and see what sticks..

Its got great people working there,but need to work on customer service and there vendors it should not take 4 to 5 months to get anything you need for your pools they should have parts on hand for every pool they sell so when someone comes in they can get what they need you sell products like you do because they aint cheap pools are a big investment so remember that and take care of your customers and they will take care of you dont let customers service put you out of Business okay. I contacted Lusk after my pump started leaking. Their customer service was excellent and rates were affordable. They built a pool in my neighborhood and I constantly saw their pickup trucks flying up and down my street at high speed even when fully loaded – you could hear they were always pedal to the metal, on a residential street where kids are playing outside. I’d expect that a residential pool builder would respect the residential communities in which it works.

Terrible attitude. You would think they would have a good attitude since it is family run. Not accommodating and couldn’t give an exact time of a pool opening. For repairs: Didn’t call back and then goes on vacation only to raise prices after not calling back and having to follow up with them.

This should be your first stop for all of your pool needs. They go above and beyond! As a first-time pool owner, I couldn’t be happier with the help we’ve received while trying to figure out what chemicals to add and how to maintain our pool with the right equipment. We had them come out today to change the sand in our filter, and replace the spiderweb gasket (?), and I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They’re affordable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We will be their customers for as long as we own a pool.

I’ve had Lusk close my pools for over 5 years and they have been fantastic. They are always helping and giving tips to manage the pool myself majority of the time. They will gladly come out and service/clean your pool anytime for a great price. Best of all the people are great to work with. They never try to push you into purchasing anything. Zero pressure. Lusk pools was great! Had no problems with them when they built our pool. They showed up every time they said they would and completed their work fast and on schedule. Would definitely recommend them. We love our pool!

Awesome choices and flexibility

Doug Lusk and his family built our pool in 2001. They have always serviced us and supplied us with any chemicals needed. Great to work with and very knowledgeable. The few times we have had an issue with our pool equipment they have been right out to many any necessary repairs. We love working with them.

I have been purchasing my pool products at Home Depot for years. It has always taken so long for the shock to dissolve. I purchased some shock from lusk pools and WOW what a difference. The product was SO much better. My pool cleared up in half the time. I will never buy from Home Depot again. You have gained a lifetime customer from me.

Wonderful experience with this company. We did not have Lusk Pools build our pool (wish we had) but we buy products from their store and they have always been very helpful. Always going above and beyond for the customer. I highly recommend their services.

My wife and I have had two homes built over the 20-year period during which we have resided in Cherokee County; and we have considered ourselves extremely fortunate to have contracted with Lusk Pools to design and build amazing swimming pools for each of those homes. The advice and guidance provided by Doug Lusk and his staff were outstanding from the planning stage to selection of the most efficient, effective and attractive materials and equipment; timely coordination with building inspectors, as well as landscaping and fencing subcontractors; high-quality pool and deck construction; and final preparation for timely pool utilization and maintenance. Lusk Pools employees, both on the construction site and in their Canton retail place of business, definitely put customers first; and they all pride themselves in not only establishing, but also maintaining, excellent communication and relationships with those customers!

Had Teresa come out and help design the pool. Then we could not get calls back, finally went into the store to get everything started, was told they would be out Tuesday, Got a call that they couldnt do our pool because they were too busy. ALL AFTER WE HAVE PERMITS AND EVERYTHING PULLED....

Lusk pools and specifically Daniel, have been great to deal with. He has replaced aged pumps and has taken the time to explains the ins and outs of the pool systems and maintenance.A hard working, knowledgable, good guy - thanks Daniel!

I would highly recommend Lusk pools. This summer I had a gunite pool/hot tub installed by them. They did a great job! Their worker were knowledgably, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Lusk pools for making this experience pleasurable and the beautiful pool.

Requested a quote three weeks ago. Had salesperson come out to house and flag the outline of pool. Handed $125 over to get county to approve and provide permit. Was told permit was granted and havent heard anything in three weeks. No quote even though it was promised two days after salesperson came out. Called other pool company in area, had that salesperson come out and she got me a quote back in 24 hours. Not happy with lack of attention from Lusk pools.

I had Lusk do an inspection of my pool prior to the purchase of my home. He was very helpful in explaining what he was looking for and showing me how to use the equipment since I have never owned a pool prior. Since then I use them for testing my water, and purchasing all my chemicals. The girls at the store are very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I may have.

We bought a home with an in ground pool and Lusk installed it. We have gone to them for all of our needs, and they are always helpful and take the time to educate us. They are so knowledgeable.

I am very satisfied with lusk pools. It was a huge project for us and with there help we got through it.

Had Teresa come out to view the project. Arrived the same day as our request to come and quote :). It did take longer than others to respond with a quote, however we were happy and ready to go. Requested that they come out one more time to look at evelations and run through the finer details. 2 weeks later had to send an email as no one had showed up. I cant give a bad review as we didnt work with Lusk Pools but wanted to let others know its hard to get response from them to spend money. Not willing to take the chance that the project would go the same way! Putting project on hold now until next year. Shame looked like a good company to work with and the end products looked good.

The Family team at Lusk Pools and Leisure Products do a great job and are very helpfull with all of you swimming pool needs. They didnt buils my pool (I wish they had) but I have used them since 2001 for water testing, service and maintenance. They replaced my pool liner in 2009 after it failed due to sun scorching. I buy all of my essential chemicals from them.

We had a bad problem with a cloudy mess in our pool at the beginning of the season. Another pool company had us dumping hundreds of dollars of chemicals in with no results. Finally I went to Lusk Pools and the person there diagnosed the issue and explained in detail how to fix it. It was a very inexpensive fix resulting in a clean crystal clear pool. Now Im a customer for life.

Company came recommended. I called for a quote five separate times and sales people will not call back! If the sales people are this poor, customer service probably follows suit.
