Wait forever after pressing the button and no responce after 20 minutes. So we leave ... Others leave too.

Very rarely have they gotten my order right. I dont know whats up with all the fast food places in canton, but they all suck. Except for the subway inside the Walmart and there is a bumpers in a gas station thats good. Just go there.

Super fast I had my large Chocolate Shake within less than two minutes after ordering it....

The location feels more like a drop off and pick up area for illegal activity. The restrooms on the outside had several people just pull up in their vehicles go in the restroom and leave. Moments later another vehicle pull up go into same restroom. It seem like a spot everyone knows about. The food was great and all. But the area was not. The dumpster was fill with so much trash that the employee had to step over and through trash just to get to the trash bin..

Give yourself plenty of time...usually a 20-30 minute wait

Really good Sonic! We stopped for dinner on a road trip and it was delicious! And our carhop was so nice and friendly!

Ok service, the manager was a not so nice person. She was in a bad mood and she argued me down over taken 1.09 off my order. But the carhops was great, very nice and attentive. Ill definitely go back.

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes listening to employee conversations over the speaker while our button was activated only to be disconnected 3x. We had to go to the window toAdvise we were here and request service. Only one other car in the lot and they left without ordering after long delay

Sonic is a fantastic place to have a meal. It is one of the last Americana Drive-In diners in existence. If you just want a hamburger then there are thousands of places you can go. People come to Sonic because of the atmosphere. Well, that and the limeades. When on the road there really is not a choice when you have the time for a stop.

Still at the drive-in as I type this review. Have been waiting 9 minutes for my small order, and gambled Id have enough time to write a bad review on this place before I got my food.Theyve already scanned my order and havent brought my food out. Literally asleep.

Well, it’s sonic. No surprises here; we all know what to expect food-wise. We stopped here passing through on our way home. I got a burger meal and my husband got a large order of wings and a blast. The order was correct and came out super fast! Husband says blast has Reese’s all the way through and good peanut butter flavor.

The service was awesome at this location! The timing from pushing the button the speaker answered immediately. And even though I had a family of 4 order the food was out fresh and hit within 5 minutes. There was 2 people that brought our order out and both were smiling and very happy/pleasant.

We arrived at 2:40 PM and placed ed order. It took young lady inside 3,4 times to get our order. She repeated it and we said that was right. Order came outside and she passed the two bags inside. She then passed shake to my wife and that is when the lid came off and spilled shake all over console and gear shift. Car hop said oh,I will go get you some napkins. Did not offer wet towel or anything. We had some in car and started cleaning ing up mess. Lid on one of the Cokes was not secured either. She brought some napkins and left. We ordered burgers without lettuce and all three had lettuce. Bad experience all around

Ordered mozzarella sticks because I wanted something sort of light because I was traveling. I got a medium order of 6. The first few tasted like they had been pre-made days before. The cheese was just like one big blob. The rest were amazing and the cheese inside them was stringy, just like mozzarella sticks are supposed to be! Also had to call my carhop back out after I got my order because I didnt receive any marinara sauce.

Clean with great customer service. Got our orders correct the first time ! 😊

This Sonic is in Canton, Ms. at the second Canton exit. It was one of the newest and cleanest Sonics I have ever seen. I ordered a double cheeseburger with just a little mayo and tomato. It was freshly cooked and hot, I got medium fries, they were hot and fresh, also a small coke. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When you in a place of business customer service skills are necessary. I ordered a oreo cookie ice cream sandwich that had been opened with fingerprints inside of the plastic. I asked the young lady can she give me another one. She preceded to go in waving her hands up as if I was irritating her. After about 10 minutes I asked for a refund she hollering please give this lady a refund. That was so unprofessional and no customer service skills at all. Totally dissatisfied with this Sonic.

For the most part the food was good but there is a issue with ordering a hamburger with NO mayo they just CAN NOT SEEM TO GET THAT RIGHT. But otherwise all good.

One of the worst. Can never get my order right. How hard is to read and not put tomato on my burger. Then the employees wanna act like its my fault they didnt read or listen. Go across the street to Wendys instead.

The hamburger was good. I didnt care for the batter on the onion rings. They taste like Bumpers. Penns and Blue Rooster are much better.

They really have the best salads.Sometimes I treat myself to a shake.Theyre good an thick.The banana taste like the old fashion kind, tho my preference is strawberry.The wait time was short.The waiter was plasent.

This is the only place that you can get a footlong Coney Dog that still meets expectations of the way you remember it as a kid. Good food fast service and reasonable prices.

This establishment is the only one around for miles...every time I visit...the crew member who takes my order is always pleasant and attentive...the quality of the food is hot and wrapped with proper training...upon receiving my orders...the carhops are pleasant as well...despite the day that they may have or will be going through...good job everyone👍

This sonic Sucks they never gave us our slushie rude servive never in my life had service like this we never got the slush that costed $3-$5 dollars they ripped us off never going back here again my drink was wrong it was suppose to be a strawberry limeade they came out with a cherry limeade took 20 min just to get food it was burnt so i advise u not to go here go somewhere else this sonic is terrible-thanks

My daughter nd I stopped on a trip down south to Louisiana. We see all the tv commercials so we were anxious to try the food. The food was good the shakes were incredible

Food was good but they had a hard time figuring out how to remove an onion ring (allergy related) from a sandwich, while not removing the ketchup...

This is the worst Sonic ever. The location while convenient isnt somewhere that I wanted to be at night. I was very happy to stay in Mississippi that night.

Order was correct, no mistakes, especially on the double Sonic burger with no cheese sandwich. Most of the time when my wife orders it they always put cheese on it even though it was ordered as no cheese.

From south Alabama. Fire the cook in Canton Mississippi. Got a breakfast burritoThat was maybe 6 inches long. Burnt cheeseAnd could find little to no egg other than remains of griddle scrap. Wife got cheeseburger. Ask for no pickle because of allergens. Receipt shows no pickle ordered.Yea you guessed it. Loaded with pickles.Bad part is didnt realize this till back on the hwy. Detour this place.And for any skeptics..... This is the very firstBAD review I have posted on sonic.

I usually stop by to get slushies in other drinks... None of which they ever seem to get right at this location... On a good note though the CarHop customer service has improved drastically very nice and personable carhops now

Im being generous in giving one star. Ordered ice cream cone, pb shake, Butterfinger blast, small dt coke, rte 44 tea, sonic burger. Server brought no blast, no shake, even though it was on receipt, and no cone. Told server we wanted to order the cone, she said the ice cream machine was broken. ???? Said we could get a shake ???? so we told her thats what we wanted. And we waited. And waited. And waited. They probably had 3 other customers who were there when we arrived. Pitiful.

My grilled cheese was slightly toasted and the cheese was a bit cold. I found brown stuff in my sandwich but it was burnt cheese. Over all I liked it somewhat.

Tale of two Sonics... fine during the day and absolutely horrendous at night. Sonic blast machine always seems to be down. This past time a girl hung up on me in the middle of order bc she felt like my order should be done i guess. She shortchanged me again after she finished it the second time too. When it takes over 20 minutes to get food out and burgers are cold and shakes melted, it becomes pretty clear where half the problem is. GET THE ORDERS OUT WHEN THEY COME UP! The staff is completely ineffective. Starting to sound alot like the McDonalds right next door to it. And dont get me started on the parties that happen in the parking lots on weekend nights. This place needs some close district oversight, retooling on the ground level, and brought under control so the managers can manage an actual staff and not a bunch of careless brats.

Every time Ive come to this location, Ive hit the button to signify I was there and no one ever answers or comes. Ive been the only person there and they still act like they do I hit it. I have to stop a carhop and complain and they tell me to hit the button again and then someone answers. This is by far the worst Sonic ever on the face of this earth. They need managers who actually care and know what theyre doing instead of acting like the customers are bothering them.
