It’s happened to me twice. Manager was very rude. Probably management should look into this. He gives wicked smile after giving rude answers. Never going to this shop again. Ice cream is good. There are other Baskin Robbins here in canton. Highly not recommended this place.

So disappointed. The manager was uncooperative & was not making any sense. I paid for my order in rush (ice cream cones in the drive thru) but unfortunately, would not recommend. Its the only one in Canton so they get away with plenty.Ice cream was good. Hence the 2 stars. 0 for service

I had the BEST customer service from Bhavika! She went above and beyond when I called looking for a certain cake for my daughters birthday it was a last minute order and she even texted me to let me now she would be willing to make it in less the time it normally would take to order. Customer service like this is hard to find especially in COVID times!!

Combined Dunk in Donuts and BR. Great to get donut over your ice cream and wash it down with Dunk in coffee.

Came to get ice cream with my family. Had 2 different servers. One gave a nice size scoop. The other one gave tiny ones. I asked for a little more and they said they couldnt do it. Very disappointed. Mine wasnt worth the money. Wont be coming back soon. Went to the one on Ford Road and Haggerty. Before I left I counted the ice cream. There was not 31 flavors only 24.

Ford Rd and Haggerty...This place is good if you want a quick snack..... However, for the price of ice cream....I expect a little more then they give. They are the chimziest place. I get such tiny scoops. I wont be going back.

Picked out a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake with chocolate cake. The one I liked had the clear film ripped out. I asked them to put it in a new box and write a name on it. I was surprised it took as long as it did, but I was ok with waiting. Finally got the cake back, double checked that the box still said the same kind of cake, and left. When we cut the cake the next day, it was Oreo ice cream with white cake. I’m not going back to this location, I never want to spend $33 on a small cake just to get a completely different cake.

Decent ice cream here nothing that makes it stand out above the rest. My main gripe is the last time we came here, they were out of a lot of things. The staff here are very polite and patient with us while we tried to find other options so that is a plus.

Ice cream tasted fine and was reasonably priced. Ive had way better ice cream elsewhere, but at the price point it was hard to complain.The staff were unable to answer the most basic questions about their own menu. We ended up having to Google the Baskin Robbins website to find out what the difference between their float and their freezes were because when we asked the staff the response was Uhh... What? Oh. I dont know if we do those. They did do them, they just had no clue.

The best ice cream in the world and also the worst customer service in the world. These people have NO personality at all. Its like theyre not even happy that you came in to their empty store to buy ice cream. This visit was no fluke its all the time from all employees . B.R. should do a better job vetting their franchisees. Can I have my expensive ice cream with a smile. Damn!

Nice Service. But Particularly if you are going for Baskin Robbins Cake and if you want to write something on Cake, Make Sure you inform them before certain hours. Because sometimes, few employees write on Cake and they might not be available. Overall it was good.

Bad service! Two women were working, and the manager was on break. I waited 15 minutes, and still didnt get any help. The manager came back from break and I ask him if I could get waited on? He didnt say anything but he was on break. I still didnt get asked what I wanted.. so I replied should I go somewhere else? He said ok! I did. I will never go back to that establishment . The one in Plymouth is the best. At least they will wait on you!

Don’t come inside if you want decent service. I came into this establishment waited 5 minutes (mind you I was the ONLY customer in there). I stood right by the counter and they didn’t even acknowledge that I came in. The Cashier kept counting money and once I thought she was done she kept ignoring me and got more money to count! I said “excuse me” and the worker present just told me I’m working drive thru right now and the cashier again didn’t have anything to say. I would give them 0 Stars if I could. I walked right out. Just a warning: only do drive thru do not go in there.

Do not waste your time or your money going here. Ask for vanilla w oreo, and peanut butter chocolate frozen. Get a coffee milk drink and then the second was the same w peanut butter added. Cost $10 for 2 smalls. Made us pull ahead and wait for almost 10 minutes at 1230 a.m. Says open 24 hours. No one else there. VERY RUDE also.

The place is small and under the same roof with Dunkin Donuts. They didnt have all the flavors of ice cream but still did the job for kids.

Good place for a quick treat or coffee.

Best place to get an ice cream!

I ordered an ice cream cake online to be made at this location. After doing so, I found a Baskin Robbins that is much closer to me. So, I attempted to call the store to cancel my order.. not being able to get through all 4 times. The next morning, I called twice and someone finally picked up. I asked to cancel my online order and the lady just could not understand what I was saying.. she eventually just hung up on me. When calling back (another 2 times) she answered again, I told her I was hung up on she said it was because she does not know how to cancel and that I need to cancel online. There is no way to cancel orders online. I told her this and she told me to call back in 2 hours to speak to the cake man. I called and he cancelled the order no problem!!! Its very frustrating when you have ordered from a business who wont even answer their phone!! and doesnt have employees whom are trained!!!

Good place to mert people

My mother and me used the drive-thru at this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location for a quick bite to eat. While I didnt order anything myself, my mother had a baked bagel with cheese, which she thought was really good. From my observations, the appearance of the restaurants is neat and the service is efficient. Our lady at the drive-thru window was very nice.

Worst experience ever Mr Patel utterly rude tried to over charge me for free fudge. Service was horrible and personally his hygiene was a solid ZERO long nails with dirt. Do not go there! Nasty Indians.
