Beltz Lawn and Garden service team seems to always mess something up when I need my mower worked on or a part ordered. I attempted to get a mulch kit twice and both times they gave me the wrong price and ordered the wrong part, delaying the install time. I even told them the second time I ordered a mulch kit that the first time around was incorrect and we still ran into the same issue. They also tried to get me to pay for delivery when they were the ones who messed up the first time. Plus, my zero turn now operates incorrectly and I can barely turn right after it was dropped back off. I asked them to look into my left zero turn arm and now the right is really bad. My mowers left arm also will come back inward and cause my battery to die. This mower has less than 100 hours and nothing but headaches. I would consider looking elsewhere next time. I am giving them a 2 star because the sales team was great. Service not so much.

This place is terrible! I have had my mower in there several times this summer because the belt keeps coming off. After spending well over $500 to replace the pulleys the problem is still not correct. The belt continues to come off.I’m done with this place! They are not the only mower place on Akron. I honestly don’t know how they have stayed in business all these years.

Great experience at the Canton location with the sales managers assistance/knowledge to making a decision on a top of line, multiple mfg, large on site inventory! Was amazed at the difference in quality vs the big home improvement centers equipment!! The price match offer was a comfort and the service dept average turnaround on service was a great added feature! I took advantage of their ( for a very fair small fee) of leaving my used zero-turn on site and was resold in 2 week for better then twice the trade in offer! Great option Beltz!! Had my new eXmark radis x delivered 2 days later! Great solid zero-turn, seat suspension design was genius says my lower back!! Thanks Beltz!!

Needed mower belt right away. Ordered did not come in. Hannah drove to other store and picked up belt. Very much appreciated and wonderful customer service by both Hannah and Rachel. As busy as they were they still took time to to service a small but important order for us! Thanks

Purchased a Simplicity Regent 42 May 22nd or 23rd. Roller bent at 4hrs of use. Simplicity fixed it and supplied shorter cables so they must have been aware of a problem. The dealer was going to charge me until I complained, and they checked with Simplicity. Got the mower back after 2 weeks. On June 22nd the roller bent a second time. I was told by Simplicity and the dealer that I had to be abusing the mower. Simplicity actually said my yard must be way to rough. I returned it with 7 hrs on it and was charged a 20% restocking fee. The owner had the nerve to say well...you have owned it a month....even though it had been in thier shop two weeks. Buyer beware. Im out $500.00 to be rid of the problem. Simplicity and Beltz are not the way to go.

Excellent customer service. They had the part I needed on the shelf. I had my wife stop and pick it up on her way home. She had got lost and called the store for directions. Not only did they get her to the store, they staid open a little extra longer and waited for her. Thank you so much. In this day in age you never find customer service like that. They will be the first place I call from now on.

Bought a new exmark here. Had an issue about two seasons later. Service told me over the phone some things to check to prevent a long trip in. Fixed it with their advice. That my friends is good customer service. Buy your lawn equipment here. You wont regret it.

Took my mower in to get fixed and was told it would be 2 weeks out. Ended up being over a month until It was finished. $320 later, my mower still isnt running right. They fixed my mower deck so I guess thats a plus....
