All those boys at Hartley is good folks, they pick my mower up, fix it and bring back to me. Can’t say enough good things abt them.

Had to change my review i give these guys 5 stars in and out on a delivery i made here plenty of room to turn around however one of the workers was tired of seeing lawnmowers.... lol

Hartley is the best place Ive found to rent equipment.... hands down....just found out about them....I will use them from now on... they made sure I got a trailer with my trencher rental....even though they didnt have one available...they made a way ...even for a first time client. Now thats service!!! 6 stars

Ive stopped by on two occasions to make a purchase for two zero-turns and on both occasions had Poor Customer Service which is most important. I really wanted to keep my purchase locally but that did it for me. Customer service should always be the Up most important.

Sales and service are great! Counter sales know their product and service gets your equipment in and out quickly. Hartley understands that contractors need their equipment to get jobs done.

I just wanted to take a minute to brag about this company. They ALWAYS have whatever you need in stock. It’s so frustrating for someone like myself running a lawn and landscaping company to do business with someone that never has anything on hand or their inventory is low. Scott and TJ are very informative and knowledgeable about every piece of equipment they sell and Hunter and Blake have exceptional turnaround time on the service sector for Hartley Equipment. Bray is also very professional and helpful with any type of special order you may have with sod, pine straw or a rental you need for a project. lt is very nice to do business with these folks that make up this great team at Hartley Equipment that understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Just wanted to give a shout out to Cameron Hartley, for giving customers like myself, an awesome overall experience.

I went in today for a part. The guy said we don’t carry that or stock it. Never bothered to ask if I wanted him to order it. He never got up from laying in his chair. He was the owner. Not good!!! I wanted to buy local but I had to go elsewhere and they had it in stock. I wish my lawn service had not bought 2 zero turns, 2 pack back blowers, and a weed eater this year. I will not be returning, not even for service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

It’s hard enough to find a place that has everything you need for your yard when you need it, but the service is great too. I drive 30 minutes to Hartley’s for my yard and outdoor jobs because of the comprehensive inventory, ease, and overall experience I get when I need something.
