Just went to get a mattress for my sons bunk bed. As soon as we walked in Romeo greeted us and immediately inquired on what he could help us with. My boyfriend and I checked out Levin on a whim, already sure we were going to buy a bed from another store. This was the perfect experience. I dread dealing with the whole “sales” experience as I usually leave a store feeling overwhelmed and full of questionable decisions. The sales people are great! Prices are good..BUT when something is 2 1/2 months old and breaks, like my sectional broke Im two, dont expect them to do much more than send out a tech to look at it to see if he can fix it. Itll take almost 2 weeks to get this issue resolved. In my opinion thats bad customer service when its not a small issue. The sectional was supposed to be made of hardwood . . .not pine. We spent the extra money for a reason and honestly Ive bought better furniture at Big Lots!!
