Please keep your money and go somewhere else. My Aunt C. Polk, that is 73 years old purchased a mattress from this location, to better help her back and there was a problem with the springs. We contacted the store for weeks, talking to manager after manager, we sent in pictures and measurements of the mattress, then months later we called back and they told us that because of Covid-19, delivery was down, and she should receive a call back with delivery details within a week. It has been two months since that call and still nothing. We may have to seek legal counsel because there was a 5 year warranty on the mattress and, the mattress was less than two years old. It is horrible that some businesses still try and take advantage of Senior Citizens. Hopefully Management sees this and does what is right, before we have to escalate.

The staff was very nice and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place. Prices were great and delivery was inexpensive compared to the other places we looked. They even took our old mattress away for a very small fee. We got delivery the same day!

Right now mattresses have an order lead time that is 5 months out. HOWEVER!… Mattress Showcase has plenty in stock and we were able to get our daughter her new big girl bed that night! The guys had us loaded and ready before I even finished paying! They were super helpful and knowledgeable and knew right away that we needed something firm for a growing toddler. This family owned company is wonderful! THANK YOU!

Within 12 hours from my first call, I received help in finding a mattress for my 85-year-old father as he was moving into a Canton-area memory care center... all from my home in Connecticut. Awesome store with great prices. Me and the wife went in yesterday for a new bed and ended up settling on a really nice King size set. Slept on it one night and my back thanks this store from the bottom of my spine 😂 No but seriously the guys were so polite they even loaded and tied it down in the bed of my truck for us. We needed a bed, king sized, delivered for my parents. My mother was sick and could not longer climb stairs. We needed a full bed and frame on late Thursday. The owner made sure we were all set! He delivered and assembled the bed just a few hours after our call. Could not be happier with this service, above and beyond what I ever could have expected!!!

I was pleasantly surprised!!! I have shopped at the big chain mattress stores before and all I got was a big bill. They took the time me listened to what I needed rather than trying to push a overpriced mattress that would stretch my budget. I ended up purchasing 4 mattresses at the time. They even moved up my delivery date to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase and will definitely be going back.

They will lie to you. I bought a mattress and a adjustable base. i asked if it would void the warranty. The associate and store owner both told me it would not. Now that i have put in a claim with beauty reset, they have denied it based on the adjustable base that mattress showcase sold me. I will never by from mattress showcase ever again.

We stopped in just to look about 45 minutes before closing. We didnt plan to buy anything, but as soon as we walked in that we didnt need to shop around anymore. The owners son runs the store and was incredibly friendly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He didnt pressure us at all, he knew all of his products and he made our visit comfortable and stress free. Within 45 minutes we were pulling out with a brand new mattress set. Ill recommend them to everyone I know!

My mom and I came into the store at about 5pm this evening. We needed an adjustable bed as my dad cant ever lay flat again due to his cancer surgery. He had not had a bed to sleep in since Saturday. We had originally purchased a bed from another company who kept giving us the run around about getting it, leaving my parents to sleep 4 hours a night or less. We came in and Shawn was AMAZING! He helped my mom to get the exact thing she wanted and was nice enough to be able to help them cost wise since my dad has been unable to work. Shawn was able to get us the bed we wanted and he was able to have it delivered WITHIN THE HOUR!!!! Family owned, small business. The owners son is running the store and he was very friendly, we told him generally what we wanted and he helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He also found the cheapest bed to start from with our specifications. He didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress, he truly tried to find the right one for us within our price range.

Very friendly family. The mother gave me excellent assistance. The sons were polite and loaded my mattress into my truck for me. They deliver but I took it myself. The price was extremly affordable. If I ever need another mattress I will return to them for sure. They are a local family run business and I love to support local. The prices being the lowest around is a huge perk!
