Just had a rear tire put on today, by the great guys at Canton Cycle, and I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. In my opinion, they went above, and beyond just getting me back on the road. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Keeping my money in the pockets of Mom & Pop shops is very important to me, and these guys totally earned both my business, and my respect.
Just bought a bike, it needed a back tire. I couldnt find a place to do it till August. Called these guys and was told there is no list, first come first serve. So I brought my 2000 Suzuki Intruder LC in. There were 2 guys ahead of me. My bike was done in less than two hours! The guys are friendly, informative and also pointed out another small repair I needed that I was unaware of. I highly recommend this shop!
Super place to deal with been dealing with over the years and never had a bad experience
Took my boyfriends bike in to have both tires replaced and balanced. No lights was on when it was taken in and got it back with ABS light on. Took it back to get that fixed and ABS breaks dont work.
Great people. Fast service. Dyno jet service. Needs more sport bike stuff and sport bike service. Great place!
I was only 11 when I bought a inertube for my mini bike in. The 70s
Great guys, changed out a rear tire for me right at closing time!
This place is great.
I had a valve stem leaking on a bike I had just purchased over the weekend. Of course with the excitement, I wanted to ride right away. It was weathered and unsafe for long rides. Every other shop wanted to schedule me 2-3 weeks out. Usually that would be fine, but with a new bike I really wanted to ride. I called them as soon as they opened Monday Rich said drop it off when you can and well fit it in. I dropped the bike off at noon on Monday expecting it to take a few days. I went ahead and requested both stems and oil change be done for peice of mind. They called me that same day at 330 to tell me the bike was ready to be picked up. They also advised of condition on all other components. You could tell the tech really looked it over. When I picked up the bike AL was happy to check me out even though I was right at close and we had to get the bike out of the garage. He never made it seem like I was an inconvenience and the price was very fair. No surprises, no up charges, no frustrations. You guys were awesome and I couldnt be happier with the experience! WELL DONE AND I WILL BE BACK!!!! Your service was top notch - start to finish and I rode my bike home in confidence that it was done correctly.
Al, the owner, is an honest, down-to-earth, great guy. Knows motorcycles and has service, repair, parts and tires. Good work by good folks!
One service tech seems a little sketchy. I found two jack stands were $30 more here than Tractor Supply. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.
Al knows what hes talking about. Been going here for years.
If you’re dealing with Al this is a great place other than him roll your eyes and hang the phone up or walk out and come back when you can talk with Al. The guys there think they know bikes but can’t tell you anything about classic or vintage bike parts. Brought a tire on a rim to get dismounted and they came out and said you need a new tire....the tire still had the white line around it and was a few months old. Once again if Al is in or you have to talk to anyone ask for Al if not don’t waste your time.
I needed a inner tube put in and they did it in 10 minutes. Great service and great people. Thank you guys.
Excellent, knowledgeable mechanics who can figure out any problem and find the solution. Prices very very reasonable, and they stand behind their work and make things right if needed. Although primarily Harley oriented, they do equally excellent work on NHD (non-harley-davidson) bikes. Highly recommended.
Very knowledgeable guys, good conversation, just missing acl coffee pot or a couple beers lol
Go here all the time to get my tires swapped and for other motorcycle needs kool place
Very helpful and polite.
Horrible, just horrible. Took my 2005 Harley Roadking Classic bike in eary June for a electrical issue, first they said they thought it was a fuel injector, then when that didn’t fix it they said my battery was bad, $160. Then that didn’t do it so they replaced the rectifier, $259., then they decided it must be the coil, but couldn’t get the coil until August... August, really? I asked if they could get one from Freedom Harley right in North Canton, the response was, “We do not buy parts from Freedom” so, I bougjt one on line in 2 days and took it to them. Then when that didn’t fix the problem they said it was the ECM, and guess what, they had to take it to Freedom Harley for programming$440.00 I also had asked them to put a new rear shift lever and I supplied the part, they had to remove the primary. $107 in gaskets and $225 in Labor and now the bike leaks oil, never had a leak in 15 years. Now I have to keep a pan under it. Pisses me off, it doesn’t end there I ask for them to also replace the front headlight, I have an aftermarket Batwing Faring on the bike. They removed it without undoing any of the wiring plugs, and ripped the wires all up now nothing works.$1,556 later I have a bike that leaks and have to redo all wiring to my Fairing. I called they said bring it back and we will fix it. Really? Hiw about no you will never touch my bike again.
Nice place been around a long time, if you need that part youve been looking for, for an older bike chances are they have it.
Everyone from the owner Al to the employees of both shops, were very knowledgeable and curtious. This was the first time that I did business with them and would go back to do more business
They have always taken care of everyone
Great shop to do business with parts or service used bikes for sale
Very knowledgable staff. Great prices. Good selection. Mechanics on duty. Quality workmanship. They stick to their quote no matter how long the job actually takes. Honest people.
Excellent, very much improved, thank you
Quick stop, caters heavily towards the cruiser motorcycle market so they didn’t have the sport equipment I needed. Staff was friendly and was able to assist me in their capacity, yet the place smelled dirty and musky.
These guys are the best in the buisness. no matter how busy theyre, they make time to look at your bike. Very honest and reliable its always worth the 3 hour trip to them to get my bike fixed.
They are to busy and dont need my money. They never return your phone calls or e-mails. It took over a week to get a common Michelin Scorcher tire and another couple of back and forth appointments to have the tire mounted and balanced. They also overfilled the engine oil reservoir by 12 ounces.
These guys are like family. They know their bikes and understand the customers needs. My favorite place, hands down
Good place to go find motorcycle parts out if need them 👍
Al has treated me good for over 20 years.
Great fast service will definitely go back for all services.
First time there..very nice people. They worked on my bike and iam very picky ...Grate job. Then came back and had baker revise instille.Very happy... Good work...

Very Professional staff, if you own a bike take it there for anything.
Well were do i start..the $1600 absolute highest price quote..my request for notice if higher ignored..then ignored calls and a $2098 bill? Or maybe all my wires croseed..half stripped..or maybe my dented rup gas tank or road rashed primary case.?? Oh i know hows this..took pictures of bike before went in..was told it was test ridden and everything rocked..7-10 ride..all good. Confrunted them with photos of odometer same in pictures as right then. Damn liars..took bike back 4 times..i know they dropped it but wont admit it..bent swingarm..ruined shocks..and now a harley certified inspection and another law suit to come...yeah..F- these guys...and you if you support them. Whatever i guess..$17,000 lawsuit comming..
There is a terribly rude dark long haired man working there. He very literally smelled of alcohol and hit on my wife... disgusting
Great place to go if you need service done on your bike or parts check them out best prices in town
Very help full old school

Great service and they know what they are doing
Great place great price great service!
Great guys, willing to take the time needed to help you.
Great, as always. Called Friday at 6:15pm needing a tire, done! Support local owned!
Not very happy with them scheduled to have my girlfriends bike picked only to be told trailer was down took an exra week to pick up then they had the bike for over a month and charged her 200 over the price quoted because they had to take it back apart because they put the wrong lowering kit in never dealing with them afain
Great service,Staff smart as fun*k!!! Cool
They are a few people there that know whats what very well but over all if they give your bike to the 3rd year rookie you will be missing bolts from your main case, ruined K&N air filter $80.. they will not fix something during a $1700 fix but they will charge you to fix it later $110, after something is still wrong with your bike. If my favorite mech had his own shop Id go to him ONLY but Im learning myself to fix my own bikes NOT WORTH IT taking it to them! Im sorry to say that because I love local business. They greatly disappointed me. They fixed/rebuilt it in the end but they also blew up my friends engine on the Dyno as well. Update FOUND ANOTHER OIL LEAK DIDNT HAVE IT WHEN I LEFT IT WITH THESE GUYS. DONT GO THERE!
We buy all our motorcycle parts here for a 1995 Dyna Glide and a 1962 Panhead. Have known the owner for many years and he is always willing to work with us
These guys are lifesavers. I ride all year round. When I need my bike repaired they are right on it. All makes and models also.
Very nice gents that were quite helpful
Al, Aaron and the rest of the gang down at Canton, are some of the most knowledgable Cycle heads around. A+ all around!
