Five Star Service! Dustin is very detail oriented. He had all our paperwork ready to go when we arrived from two hours away! Canton Powersports was the only Kawasaki dealer within 4 hours of us that had what we were looking for. They even had some accessories installed when we arrived. We spent about 20 minutes there and were back on the road home. Dustin even did a walk around and training session with us. We will make the drive again next time we need anything for our Mule Pro FXT!

He went over the details of our Mule with us before we loaded it on our trailer. He was excellent as well. He’s been at his job over 12 years and told/showed us everything that we needed to know in operating the machine! Extremely knowledgeable as well! Bought a New Bad Boy Mower from these guys. Remimded me why I like buying stuff like that from small bussisnes instead of big box stores! They made sure I knew everything about my new mower, went over the instruction manual with me. Showed me how to use it and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left.Doing all this while being swamped with other customers.

We drove 4 hours there and 4 hours back just to purchase a Mule from them and it was absolutely worth it. Hands down the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The guys are honest and knowledgeable about their products. Most important, they listen to you and respond promptly. Ive made a few small and large purchases from the shop, not once they tried to up-sell or add unnecessary stuff to my purchases. Recently got top of the line Hustler mower (the most expensive they had on the floor). Scott, the owner tried to convince me to downsize as the mower would have been an overkill for my yard. I bought it anyway and love it!!! Scott gave me a nice discount, his crew delivered it to my place on Saturday evening in the rain and went over the entire machine to make sure I knew how to operate the mower and answered every question I had. The entire process was easy and enjoyable. They truly deserve a 10-STAR rating.

Extremely rude on the phone, terrible customer service. I called to ask about warranty work for a bad boy mower and the guy on the phone was very short and seemed bothered by the call.

I bought a 4010 for my Dad from these guys and it was by far the best experience yet. Great people to deal with. Upfront pricing that was cheaper than anyone else. Service guys even fixed an emission issue with my other transmule that I didnt buy from them. Anytime I have a question they are glad to help. Dont bother going anywhere else

Wow, its been a while since I had an experience this pleasant at a dealership. Straight forward, knowledgeable people, who actually acted like they wanted my business. Best part, their first price right up front on a new Kawasaki Teryx was several hundred dollars less than almost Every other dealership I spoke with. True out the door, no haggle pricing. My only complaint, I wish they sold cars too. Definitely worth the trip! Thanks guys, great job!

I have a Hustler Raptor SD 54 in and my starter went out. At only 86 hours of use. I live in Quinlan TX and I called around to every Hustler dealer on a 50 mile radius. None had any starters except Dallas and Canton. Canton Power sports Connection knew it was under warranty and still sold me a starter for$179.00 I was told by another Hustler dealer in Royse City TX they should have given the starter and put it on for free its under warranty for 3 years. Maybe thats why he sold it to me for $179.00 instead of $225.00 which is what the starter really cost if you have to buy one. These guys will worm out warranty service nonchalantly if they get a chance to. I do not recommend these guys. I will be complaining to Hustler corporate about this matter.

I brought a rear wheel in to have a new inner tube installed at this dealership. Big mistake. They somehow managed to warp the rear brake rotor on it, and I didnt know untill I had put it back on my wr426 and rode a circle around the yard. Then I was looking at a new rotor AND brake caliper. Then when I had brought it back the next day and filed a complaint to the manager, he told me that it was my fault, then agreed to put a new brake rotor on, after barring me from ever using thier services again. Came back 4 or 5 days later to pick up my wheel, low and behold, the rotor wasnt installed correctly, and grinded againsed the inside of the caliper, so I ended up doing it myself. Lesson learned. Dont bring so much as a weed-wacker to these people. If you want it to work, that is.
