Just got my daughters clarinet here. Amazing customer service, I had went to another store the previous days. They have given me the wrong reeds, and book and quoted me double. This whole process went from stressful, to seemingly easy and painless 🥰 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

RUDE!Literally the most ridiculous customer service Ive encountered!Instead of welcoming customers in for rentals or purchase he explains how terrible of it is that I am a week late for purchase on the instrument (our kids have been traveling) and how if we werent with the school I mentioned that he would have me go elsewhere. I surely hope you learn from your mistakes and NEVER come off that way to God forbid someone who literally cant even afford this type of luxury for their child.I dont care how long youve been in business sir.. there will ALWAYS be someone out there more than happy to accept my business.Shame on you!

Have visited Mr.Lazar many times over many years. Have had three trumpet players, two saxophone and a drummer. Our experience in the store has always been good. Mr Lazar is Always helpful and mindful of the out of pocket expenses for a beginner student. Once our child was experienced we upgraded with his advice. I would much rather shop here than the store the school recommends, as they are highly overpriced and have poor customer service!

This Man, treated me and my girls with patience and kindness, we rented the instrument and ended up buying it here, he doesn’t just try to take your money like other music stores, he is very reasonable and has a passion for this art and it shows!!
