I have bought packing supplies from them for 20 years! After indenco bought them the service went out the window.Today they drove a box truck into my Toyota Tundra in an empty parking lot. They Had no insurance information. I called to try to work things out with them and got a horribly rude staff who didn’t even want to see the video footage of the accident.Eventually I called my insurance company to resolve the matter. Sadly (for them) we will be firing them as a packing supplier tommorrow.It’s not if things go wrong, it’s how you handle them that matters. They get a huge F.
