We just bought our condo in fort Myers Florida and we needed to buy a refrigerator ASAP. Guy was very helpful! The fridge we were looking at was out of stock (just like at the big box stores) but he talked me thru a similar one and the features and got me set up. As my family is from Illinois and we are trying to furnish long distance for time being, Guy made it so easy AND could deliver it when we got down there (unlike the big box stores that say the next delivery date is November 30th). I would highly recommend this store (they also are the only appliance center that repairs appliances unlike the big box stores). One more thing that I don’t have to worry about! Thank you!!!

We compared brands right there on the showroom floor. He then took the time to email us quotes on the two we liked. We will definitely go back for any other appliance or TV needs we have.

I bought all my new appliances from Bill Smith 18 years ago. Thought this experience would be similar to that one. It wasnt. Granted, they are salesman, and there to make money, but when you say you only have the most expensive washer available for delivery and then tack on the delivery fee. Ridiculous. We went to a competitor and got a similar washer AND the dryer AND delivery AND the warranty for just a little more than what the washer at Bill Smith was.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Bill Smiths on several occasions. I first came in because I wanted to buy all new appliances for my kitchen. I had just purchased a home here in the Cape and I wanted to update and modernize the kitchen. I bought a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave (all GE). The delivery and installation was spot on, and the prices were very competitive. I returned a few months later because I needed a new big screen TV for my man cave (and I needed it installed in like 2 days). With one phone call these guys made it happen. Again the job was done professionally and the service was great. I just recently purchased a new washer and dryer (again GE). Despite a nationwide shortage, these guys got my new GE appliances delivered and installed in just a few days! I’m someone who stays loyal to a business when they treat you right, and like someone special (although I get the feeling they do that with everyone). Great job guys!

They provide a good warranty for a reasonable charge and quick delivery (will be delivered Friday but would have been delivered tomorrow). I would go back for future appliances.
