We have purchased 6 appliances from them across 5 years, and have never been disappointed. Today, we walked in looking for a deal on a basic model dryer. We were in and out in 10, maybe 12 minutes, got exactly what we needed and at a fair price. Nobody tried to talk us into anything fancier than what we originally asked for. The 5 year warranty they offer is wonderful, especially since you get half of the cost back if you never use it in the 5 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we plan to give them all of our business when we need appliances!

I bought a Whirlpool Appliance trio from Good Deals in 2019 and purchased the extended warranty for $500. Ive had nothing but problems with the fridge and range and have not had a working range since March. The warranty company they use has been a nightmare. I just spoke with the Service Manager Gary at Good Deals who said there is nothing they can do to help me. I just want a working oven.....I strongly suggest buying your appliances from a company that will not sell you inferior appliances and not help you if you have problems with the warranty company. I get parts are hard to get with everything right now but I paid $500 for a warranty that Good Deals strongly suggested. If the appliances were not inferior to begin with then I would not have such an issue.

I brought a SS refrigerator s/s with ice and water dispenser. Firstproblem wrong phone number.Called in to change it. Alex saidtaken care of. But no call for delivery appointment. Called next morning told delivery ok have correct phone number. Delivery around 3pm-6pm. Well the guys showed up at 2pm. NO CALL... Hit the wall taken out the old one. Didnt show me anything on new fridge. Called talk to Alex all he did said was sorry. No discount or money off for the worst customer service ever. Next appliance I will be looking for someone who cares about the customers.

Hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had in SWFL and I am a local/native to the area. Perhaps the owner should spend less of his money on those cheesy commercials and actually take the time to find out why his service/warranties are so terrible and do nothing for the customer. I dont even know where to start on my awful experience dealing with a warranty on a Maytag drier that just turned 2 years old in July, paid for extended warranty and here we are, almost THREE WEEKS later, still no service or drier that works! I knew I should have went somewhere else when the delivery of this drier was a terrible experience all on its own. If you are looking for appliances with great warranty and customer service, youre better off going to Bill Smith Appliances, they actually take the time to deal with your warranty and have in-house repair people, unlike Good Deals who outsources to places they dont even know or care to know! No one at the Cape Coral store has ever taken the time to call us, help us, they basically just passed us on to deal with it ourselves! I would never ever recommend Good Deals to anyone for any appliances, no matter how good they advertise their deals to be.

I needed a new dryer, after my 4.5 year old Samsung quit working. I spoke with Mark who referred me to Henry G. Henry was able to get me a good quality Whirlpool dryer and understood my need for getting it quickly. I was able to go to the warehouse and get it the same day. I met Juan at the warehouse and he promptly put it in my car.My experiences with Good Deals has always been top notch. I will continue to purchase from them. Better than the big box stores anyday! Run the other way, they are only interested in making the big sale, service and warranty are the worse, deliver products that dont even work then make you wait 2 weeks to tend to through a subcontractor, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.......We had to call weekly to get an ETA for a delivery after 2 month...no surprise delivery date changed every time we called then the washer was delivered broken, store manager says Nothing we can do for ya...Sad way to do business, delivery a broken $1,000 washer and tell us too bad. Go to a reputable establishment.

I have shopped with Good Deals of Cape Coral many of times. The staff is always professional and courteous. I recently went in to make a purchase of a few appliances as I have done in the past and I few of them were not in stock and/or taking a little longer to come in due to the pandemic. I was happy they were honest and upfront about the time and I understand its out of their hands. I do like that when I walked in that I saw one of the staff members wiping down all the appliances and making sure things were kept sanitary. I also saw that they all were wearing mask and if not they were a safe distance away for any of the public and when back on the sales floor they would make sure to put the mask back on. I did make sure that when I approached any of the sales reps or the counter spaces I kept a 6 foot distance between myself and them; as stated on the signs they have posted in the store. I will continue to do business with Good Deals because my experiences have been nothing short of smooth, easy and hassle free!!!!!

I went in today looking for a washer and dryer for our new home. Having already searched through what home depot and lowes had available I was running low on hope of finding anything worthwhile in my price range. I was assisted by Alex who did a wonderful job finding me EXACTLY what I was looking for, at a great price including all warranties and delivery. They also have an accessory charge that is much cheaper than big stores and they bring everything necessary. No buying the wrong thing and having to return it!I went in expecting a stressful process and was pleasantly surprised. I look forward to my delivery tomorrow!

Good deals of Cape Coral came highly recommended so my husband and I decided to check them out. We were having a lot of remodeling done and didnt need to have the appliances delivered right away. After choosing a kitchen package we were assured that they could hold everything until the contractor was ready for them. Well low and behold come time for delivery we are told that they had everything except the range! First telling me that they unpackage things before delivery to make sure they are in working order! Seriously! Did they really think I’d fall for that! Thats absurd! Truth is they SOLD my range!!! and then tried to sell me something else that wouldnt even match the other appliances!!! NO WAY TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Would not and will not recommend them to even my worst enemy!!! 😡

Walked in the store picked out a refrigerator and it gets delivered. But some where along that line they decided to switch the refrigerator I picked and have a different one delivered. Called the store and spoke with the general manager very rude and unprofessional young lady we spoke to. The sales men get you to chose one and send another. Worst experience mind you I gave the option to work with them for their inconvenience and still they want to go another route and charge more fees when it was their fault. Absolutely not!! This store needs to get it together because this is the way u lose customers. She never gave me a chance to speak and spoke over me. Unbelievable!!!!!

Great deals, but I was totally ignored when I wanted a mere dryer and another couple wanted 2 expensive bar refrigerators.

BUYER BEWARE: After providing my kitchen plans and consultation Cape Coral Good Deals store erroneously ordered an over the range micro-convection oven for my brand new kitchen but tried telling us after delivery it was the built in version. When our carpenter stated this is not going to work in our brand new double oven cabinet, Good Deals gave us the run around for weeks. In the end after finally talking to their installer he agreed with us and stated they ordered the wrong unit — he said it can’t be a built in or it would burn our cabinets. Good Deals would not correct their mistake and basically left us with an appliance we can’t use per Chelsea speaking for the owner. And shocking to me the people involved up to this point are now lying about it stating they said all along it can’t be a built in. They ordered the appliances after seeing my kitchen lay-out not me???? DO NOT GO THERE very poor customer service. They will NOT make good when they have done bad. They lost a lot of business from us — glad I held off purchasing More. Back to the big box store!

Had a major appliance (fridge) break down the Wed night before Easter. Thurs morning, went to Good Deals with no hope we could get it delivered and installed before Easter (we live in a rural area that only gets deliveries on Tue and Thurs). We found what we wanted at a good price, asked if there was any way we could get it delivered/installed the next day, Friday, waited a short time while the salesman pulled strings with the delivery timing, and voila! Good price, Good service, Good Deals!!!

Purchased appliance package on 10/4/20 and was told by the salesman that wed receive all our appliances by Thanksgiving. Its now 3 days before Xmas and still havent received our stove which we needed for Christmas dinner and was told it would be after new years.

My husband and I had the most pleasant experience yesterday with the salesman, Henry Gonzales. He treated us in a honest and patient manner without pressuring us into a sale. My husband thinks he should be the company’s main trainer so all salespeople learn his technique. Our appliances turned out beautifully. Definitely recommend this place.

Buyer beware. Purchased washer and dryer 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t been delivered. Salesman makes delivery date commitment, stating appliances would be delivered “In a few days”, so I make the decision to purchase. Immediately after transaction, salesman tells me it will be 7-10 days. I tell him that is not what you stated before I purchased. I leave the store not very happy. I felt I was just lied to in order for him to make a sell. 10 days pass and my wife calls store and asks “when will appliances be delivered”, salesman replies “they will be delivered on Monday. I stop at the store on Saturday, 2 days before delivery to validate Monday is when they will be delivered. Now I’m told it would be an additional 3 weeks. Store is not taking any responsibility, instead blaming Whirlpool for the issue. As a customer I am not responsible for the store’s inventory/supply chain. Honesty up front would have avoided this situation. If you don’t have something you are selling, be upfront with the customer.

My mom (who has cancer and is immunocompromised) and stepdad came here to buy a microwave and stove and 3/4 of the employees were wearing masks incorrectly. Either not wearing one or the mask wasn’t covering their nose. I added a photo. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and it’s incredibly disappointing to see employees being so negligent.

We were in urgent need for a new fridge, we preferred a Whirlpool and in specific measurements. I looked around online at Home Depot, Lowes, and at one of the other well known family owned appliance store. We have chosen to start at the other locally owned store, the customer service treatment we received, was very unfortunate. So we decided to visit the Good Deal store in Cape Coral. As soon as we stepped in, we were approached by Henry. And I can only confirm what the last reviewer stated. Henry was very polite, professional, no pressure and very knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, if he wouldnt have pointed out to us (we showed him a picture of the current fridge and space for it) and explained what a counter depth size fridge is, we would have gotten the wrong one. Henry also walked us through the delivery process. And it was exactly as promised. The delivery part of it was just as pleasant as the purchase part. Its been a week since they left saying they would be back the next day to finish and so far Ive been let down 3 times. Keep saying theyll call before they come and they just dont come at all or call. We paid $500.for the install and they cant get the job done? I would pay someone else to install but then that could void their warranty? Please guys get back here and finish the job and Ill be happy to edit this post! Ask for break down on each appliances if price shopping. Update : We did get our appliances installed and adjusted as needed. Love my appliances. The dishwasher is so quiet I can barely heat it. The hood is beautiful. The fridge is very pretty but does need a drawer replaced in the Freezer and being taken care of right away and is no reflection on Good Deals. The cooktop is a real thing of beauty and the wall oven is very nice. In short very nice appliances for a good price.

I will never buy anything from this store again. Everything was great until I paid for my item and then the excuses started. I received a phone call as bout 30 minutes after my purchase stating that the salesperson had made a mistake and that delivery was not free. The delivery fee was 65.00 or I could pick it up. After reviewing the invoice the honored the free delivery. I was told they were getting 7 of the items in the following Wednesday (3 business days after my purchase). Here I sit on Saturday (6 days after purchase)and still no freezer. I was told today it will be in on Monday. The saga continues! Never, ever again. Sincerely unhappy.

This location is lacking customer service. It has taken me over 4 months to get glass shelving delivered that was missing when item delivered. The only criteria I specifically stated when buying the refrigerator is no wire shelves. I call and leave a message and calls are not returned. I have to continually call back and follow up as no one seems to care. I am informed they are taking care of the issue and then nothing. When I ask to speak with a manager the Good Deals employee raised his voice at me. I am given promises and the days come and go and still nothing. I was just promised it will be delivered today - 125 days after the original delivery date and notification of missing item....still crossing my fingers!7-21-15 12:23pm - Ray from Good Deals just stopped in with the glass shelf...it doesnt fit. I changed my rating from HATED IT and gave an additional star for his customer service. He actually apologized, the first time I have heard this since the ordeal began. He measured the space and assured me he would find something that fit or will do whatever it takes to resolve this issue! Will continue to update my review with the progress of the shelf replacement.8-17-15 Spoke with Ray today. They cannot get the shelf replaced. There is nothing they can do for me. No discount offered for selling me an item I specifically stated I did not want. Issue was not resolved. We bought a package deal of refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher from here and it has been 3 years since we have bought. We wanted a upgraded stove from thier ad deal so they still gave us a good price. Salesman was friendly and spent a lot of time with us. Delivery was prompt and the only thing they didnt hook up was the water line as they explained it was too involved for standard installation. All appliances are still working great. I would recommend them to a friend.

The only reason I am putting one star is because you can not post zero. Total disappointed in Good Deals Cape Coral. Went to buy a maytag microwave which their website stated was in stock. When I pointed out the exact one to sales person he said I was wrong on price. He then stated it was $70 more. I stated it said they were in stock, so why would it be $70 more. He stated you pay $75 more to ship it for the online price. I told him I wanted to pick up now. He again quoted me wrong price so I left and got same microwave at Home Depot. Felt I was in a shady used car lot. If your not going to honor you own online prices dont post them. Sad since we have purchased all our appliances from Good Deals in past, but will never again.

Good Deals is the worst store I have ever purchased appliances from ever! They do not honor their products and tell you to call the manufacturer when your appliances are in warranty. I bought a refrigerator and the first day the ice maker broke, they replaced it and the new one also had a broken ice maker after 5 months. Good Deals directed me to the parts company who could get the part. After 4 months the parts company and Good Deals told me it was out of their hands and the manufacturer is telling me to wait for the part. I will never buy from Good Deals and will tell everyone not to as well! They have the worst customer service and products! Do not buy from them!

Place sucks and is deceptive. They have signs on their refridgerators that say we will beat any competitors price or else we will give it to you for free. Well.... I asked them to beat Lowes price. The best they could do was 50 dollars higher than Lowes. When I laughed at them they almost got mad at me for not buying the fridge there. Off to Lowes in Cape Coral I went were I got much better customer service and a better price.

I purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher in Jan. 2016. The installers, Marcus and David, gave me a 5 min. heads up call instead of 30 mins as promised. I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. They went to my house anyway. My son called to say they were here and I told him to not let them leave before I inspected the work. My son said they were using bad language and were very rude. When I came in with David, his body odor was awful.After they left, I called the store. I asked to speak with the owner but he was not there. The man that answered the phone said he could help me. After I explained my story, he said, who was your salesman? I said that the salesman didnt have anything to do with my problem. I asked to speak with a manager. Gary, took my information but was not very empathetic.I have never received a call from the owner.Now today I noticed that the kick plate at the bottom of the dishwasher is bent and a bolt is missing. Upon further inspection, I discovered there is a bolt missing at the top of the dishwasher that bolts the dishwasher to the underneath of the counter.I called again. I spoke with Gary again. Still no empathy. Now Im supposed to get a call from the installation manager on Monday.I hope the dishwasher works better than the customer service side of Good Deals.

Since when does a dryer not have a drum light?I went in and bought a dryer. As you can see in the picture I posted, from the sign on top of the dryer, it clearly states that this dryer has a drum light. Guess what? THIS IS NOT THE CASE! I had to take time off work and pay someone to go pick it up and set it up for me. When I realized the drum light wasnt working I called Good Deals about it and they sent a repair guy to fix the light. The repair guy told me there was nothing to fix because the model does not come with a drum light to begin with. I thought about calling them after the repair guy came but did not because I couldnt deal with the fact that I would have to go through the hassle of taking time off work and then finding and paying someone again to unhook it and take it back, then go through the same thing again to get a different unit into my garage that actually has a drum light. I am sorry now that I didnt call them right away because I have never owned a dryer without a light and with my dryer being located in my garage I really do miss that light. Good Deals should stop inaccurately advertising this dryer (Whirlpool model WED4815EW). To say the least, I am not exactly a happy customer this time. Beware people!UPDATE: I added 3 stars to this once 1 star review.Some time after I wrote this review the nice people at good deals called me and said they would like to make things right. They offered to come over and exchange my dryer with no light for one with a light. It doesnt exactly match my washer but I am very pleased that they sent someone over at no cost to switch them out. I commend them for their good business practices and will go back there because they went out of their way to do the right thing. Thank you Good Deals!

WORST deals appliances, they will not refund you your money even when they still dont have in stock your appliances or havent deliver you the appliances!! I was promise to get tge best deal well i found out lowes had better prices than them. Here is the catch They dont have the best deals but they will just show you really high competitors prices just to make you think your getting a great deal, Henry our sales guy was great but their return policy just doesnt make sense, nobody ever told us during the process that we coulnt return our order because it was special orderI found best prices at Lowes then tried to return my order, and tried talking to the owner he never showed up at the store or even called me, I dont want to think ill be stuck with these company for another 10 years ! My wife and I had a really bad experience wont recommend it to anybody
