Sent my wife here to get new battery for my 2016 Mercedes SLK 300 . Matt put in new battery and installed license plate frame with a smile! Auto Zone next door was rude and did not want to bother! If you want great service ask for Matt!

I went to this store reluctantly after having a terrible experience with The Spanish guy who works nights last time going. They seem to have new staff now and my experience was much better, even though there was only two employees in the store Zachary did a great job with handling the lines and making sure every customer was taken care of in a timely manor. He was assisted by a young lady who appeared to be new but did a very good job as well. I would highly recommend shopping here with the new staff.

I wont go anywhere else. Employees have always been helpful and professional. They try to help you if your on a tight budget by giving you possible options. Brandon was especially helpful over the phone and then again in person. Try this location before going anywhere else. You wont be disappointed.

Had some issues with a battery i purchased out of state in ohio. Matt and brandon were both patient and pleasant to work with. They called the store i purchased the battery from and helped figure out the details and get my battery exchanged. I highly reccomend you go see them !

Very rude guy running the register in there, name was Brandon M. Overweight guy with tattoos. Was cursing when I walked in then when I asked about the oil special he cursed and said he didn’t have a magazine and walked away to grab one he then threw it on the counter and stared at me.... I asked him what he needed he said pick one. Very rude individual should not be working in any customer service position. Save headache go to Oreillys

There is a manager named Matt that works at this particular store in Cape Coral and he is absolutely hands-down the best employee I’ve ever seen at this type of job. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly very helpful also eager to help and I was one of the best attitude I’ve ever seen in management I have to say that I avoid going to any auto parts store except for this one just to get his help I live all the way in Lehigh and drive all the way to Cape Coral just to have them help me because he is that amazing and that knowledgeable and so friendly thank you for hiring him and please keep them around and keep in the management if not move him up because he is absolutely stunning 😎 superstar employee 🤩

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called looking for a part. Immediate attitude when answering the phone. Put me on hold for over 5 minutes. Came back to call. Asked me what I needed. Told him Im still on hold for a part. Just silence, no sorry or anything. Asked me what part and told me not in stock and hung up. Corporate might want to wipe the employee/manager roster clean on this one and start over. Wow. Sorry you had to do your job. Must be really annoying having to work for money.

Paid for split order. Was sent to 3 different locations. They still couldnt get the order right. Had to look up part numbers for them and explain that my car cant use two driver side axles. Ill order from Amazon next time. Save myself the aggravation of dealing with the barely employable

Earl the manager was super helpful and was able to get me everything I needed to get my car up and running again. He showed me step by step how to apply the parts to my car and made sure I understood how to get it done myself. Being a young female adult Im clueless when it comes to cars but with his help and patience I now have a running car again and saved so much money. The time, effort and dedication he put into helping me was the best customer service Ive ever received and this will now be my go to place for ANYTHING car related!

Always nice guys and helpful. Today had them scan code from engine light. They were busy but the guy was out and doing it in less than 2 minutes. I had already replaced 1 part thinking that was problem. He explained my next steps and didnt try to sell me anything. Thats why I always go in there, friendly, helpful people.

Do not order a battery online from Advance if you have a Ford Escape! They will not install it.... too difficult! Then it took 20 minutes to get my credit card money back. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because the guys there were very nice and professional (as customer service people). Advance should fix the website to know cars on which they cant install batteries!!!

Customers are being lost for not wanting to work, I received the check-up service very reluctantly, and I could not solve anything, I had to leave with my broken car, I could have made a purchase in the place but it was impossible, bad attention to client!! A pity that changes the place because of workers with little desire to work I will not mention anyone directly to avoid damaging it but surely I will not return anymore!

This store location has really gone down hill. They sold me a part for my car the other day that had been returned by someone and sealed in a plastic bag. I got home and took my car apart. Then went to install the new part that I thought I was getting and it turned out to be the old junk part that someone had returned. The manager Chris would not send a parts delivery person with a new part because she said it was against their policy. I found out this was a lie when I contacted corporate. They advised me that when the drivers have spare time that they could deliver a part to a residential address under special circumstances. Long story short, I was stranded with no ride to the store. Had to spend 3 hours re assembling my vehicle with the bad part just so I could drive back down there to exchange the part. I will NOT be going back to them anymore. Auto Zone will get my business from now on.

Jeff the manager is awesome! Went in there needing 3 sets of brake pads for 2 different vehicles and really didnt have enough. He applied a coupon or discount that put us just where we needed to be and were able to purchase all 3 sets. More managers should go above and beyond like Jeff did!!

Worst advanced in history. This is not the normal advance auto I shop at but was in the area and needed brakes. They charged me for the correct brake rotors but gave me the wrong brake rotors. I tried to do the right thing and go out of my way to return them to this store so there inventory would be correct. I guess that was a mistake due to the fact the guy behind the counter would not deal with my return. He was more inclined to deal with selling more parts (probably incorrect anyways) to another customer that walked in the door 10 minutes after I did. Will never stop here again no matter if I am in the area or not.

Parts carried are of a poor quality. Cheap imported products that can be had for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Poor warranty system that costs the customer more time than shipping for an online purchase from a truly reputable vendor

Exceptional clean store with clean restrooms. Friendly staff that do not pressure or ask a thousand times if you need help with something. Very prompt when needed. Lots of parking on three sides of building. Several handicapped parking spacers available. Prices on fluids comparable to Walmart. Nearly every time I stop in for supplies, multiple discounts. If you need an item that they do not have, they will go to another store and pick the material up for you at your current location. Worst-case, they put in an order and you will receive Whatever item they are out of stock, the next day or very rarely 2 days. They will call to let you know when your item is in and often will deliver.

Good prices, but they up charge everything that they think you want installed by them. For example, a battery cost 15% more here, because they want to get paid for the installation. Even if they dont install it, the price is always added. This goes for everyone of their stores around the country.

Worst customer service of any Advance Auto Parts( Pine Island Rd. in Cape Coral Fl.).Bought a battery for $100.00 3.5 MONTHS ago and they said I had to pay full price for another one (no warranty after 3 MONTHS) Went to Auto Zone and they tested battery and battery was bad. They took that battery as a core AND THEY GAVE ME AN ADDITIONAL 10% DISCOUNT off the new battery.

I asked for help on getting some free on for my car. I explained I never did this before and the guy looked at me with an annoyed expression and callled someone else over to help me. The other guy answered back wait I’m doing something I’ll help when I get done. 18 minutes go by and nobody helped me. I was outside with my hood open the whole time hoping for some help. They installed incorrectly the battery I bought causing an electric damage in my car. I had to call a tow truck, drop my car in a dealership and I was without a car for a week just because this incompetent people. I had to deal with the inept manager that never solve my claim. Worst service ever
