Never went to Walmart dont know what theyre talkin about I dont let high school kids work on my car my life is worth more than that

When we arrive for an oil change the tech checked our oil and wrote up the oil change order. Informed us to come back in 45 minutes. When we arrived they said that the oil was now over full and they refused to change the oil. Did not attempt to contact us. I spoke with the original tech who said he believed the oil level was fine. What a joke and waste of time. With no apologies.

People read this.. DONT DO IT.. Dont use Walmart for your oil changes or tires.. Youll thank me later.. They dont care about the customers, take their time, miscommunication on everything noone knows what the hell theyre going, it took them 3 hours for than to change a tire, while they were all just chilling around doing nothing

I asked the lady how much a certain set of tires were is the only reason I went in the store and she said she didnt know look on the internet so I left there knowing just as much as I knew when I got when I before I got there

3:45pm arrived and couldn’t find a service writer so went inside and waited in line. At 4pm I was told they could not preform oil change or tire rotation because they have 4 jobs and 3 employees and only 2 hours to complete. If you’re going to be open until 6, staff better... Decided to not only have my service done elsewhere, but my grocery shopping as well.

Waited 2 hours to have two new tires put on. Was told it would take max an hour and a half. My Jeep sat there for an hour and a half before it was even tended to. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Would rather pay the extra cash and go to a legitimate tire center.

Ordered tires by Walmarts specs and then I get there and they will not put the tire on and said they dont care anything for my car very disappoint ed!

DONT GO HERE FOR TIRES....WASTE OF TIME!!! A bunch of guys who dont care nor do they want to do their job (minus the young kid checking people in).

Man... Oil change at Walmart... I came in at 1:15 for an oil change with 2 cars in front of me... Never again. Its 4:18 now. NEVER AGAIN. Ill gladly pay more. My time is worth so much more.

Had four new tires installed in about 40 minutes. Fast service and great price.

My car had 195/65R15’s on the fronts so I got new tires matching that size and they took an hour to tell me that they couldn’t do it because it had 60’s on the front which was a lie. And they didn’t tell me about the extra fee to put on tires not bought from them when I talked to them on the phone.

Great people and service. Ive been going there for years now and only had one issue which they addressed promptly.Its hard to beat their oil changes and tires!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Called ahead of time concerning a tire for a 1995 Lexus LS 400 for my son. Asked if they had a tire for his vehicle. They looked it up and said he had 2 options. 1 was $57.00 and another was $86.00 both were in stock. Informed me that we could not make an appointment. We drove there and spent 15 minutes answering questions and trying to get the service writer to spell his name correctly. Told him about my phone call and the tire I chose. Allowed myself to get talked into an oil change. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and a tire. Get the bill and the tire is not $57 liked I told them and he repeated the tire back to me. It wasnt even the other $86 option I was told. The bill had the tire at $108. They said they would correct the issue. Waited another half hour go to the restroom and comeback. One of the techs was in a yelling match with a customer concerning putting the wrong oil in her car. This goes on for 10 minutes until finally a manager comes back there. Then another technician comes to me and says We made another mistake, we dont have a tire that rated for your car so 3 hours later a tire put on and taken back off then told they dont have tire in stock. They can order one for tomorrow. This is what they do for a living! Walmart has truly dropped the ball in customer service at this location. I will take the extra drive time to go to a Walmart in Fort Meyers when I cannot avoid using Wal-Marts services. When I can I will forgo Walmart all together.

I like the Auto Care Centers at Walmart Supercenters. You can go in the back door and you dont have to fuss with the rest of the store if you just want something for your Auto and Sporting Goods is close by too.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour and a half. Vehicle never moved.Went in for a new Battery. Asked how long and was told about an hour. I understand having to wait, but there was no follow-up. Finally asked for my keys so I could sit in my vehicle as there was nowhere to sit in the Customer waiting area. All seats were occupied by people who were waiting longer than me. Finally left and went somewhere else. They pulled my vehicle right in and I was done in less then 25 minutes. Never again.

I had my oil changed there, and they were very helpful. The only issue I had was, I was going to purchase tires too but, the first sales person they had the tires in stock and, the second sales person said no and offered tires they had in stock for a hundred dollars more. Sounds to me like a rip off. How are ya.

Every lil thing is $10 extra now I remember why I stopped going here for oil changes. Id rather pay the oil change experts for the whole package... $10 to rotate my tires when the car already in the air and I have to pay almost $60 for the oil it self

Went in for 2 tires and was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. Waited 2 1/2 hours and my car hadnt been touched. After I asked how long my wait would be the tech told me I was 2nd in line and that they had only 2 techs working. After waiting an additional 30 min, i asked for my keys to leave. Car still wasn’t moved. So disappointed that I waisted 3 hours for nothing. Had I read the reviews prior to going to Walmart I would have NEVER came. I will never come back here and will gladly pay extra money for tires elsewhere. Walmart should be ashamed

Called to see if they had battery replacement for car . Waited 10+ min on phone no one answered. Called back Waited 5min no one picked the phone up. Poorest service ever. Will go elseware for my battery.

Technical was helpful, I had a flat tire and replace 2 wiper blades in and out thank you!!!

They do dam good works over there at that them there Walmarts. You know what they say if you cant buy it at Bass Pro or Walmart you dont need it.

It is always a bad experience there. That I would rather driving to the NFM Walmart store than dealing with them over there I really hope that one day they get it together.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Dropped the car off for a tire replacement and they told us it would be 2 hours. Over 4 hours later with no call. I called to check on it and got put on hold 20 minutes. Went to go check on it person figuring it must be ready by now and the car was in the same spot with no work done to it. Only then did they tell us that they didn’t have the tire needed and their excuse for not calling was that they couldn’t make long distance calls on their phones. BS. Wasted a day and they barely squeezed out an apology.

People are friendly, wait isnt too bad if you get there early.

Pulled in under where the sign said tires. Went inside. They sent me back outside. The guy Russ was extremely rude and told me to go park in the parking lot and come back and refused to acknowledge me or help me.

Fastest oil change ever, 15 minutes!

Very unorganized. After waiting and talking to the counter person we were sent outside to watch 3 tire and lube techs babble on about pix on their phones. Was told not enough time to mount tires...... but Pep boys were able to make 500$ from me... Fu Walmart.

Terrible service decided to take my car here instead of pep boys and after dropping my car off for two hours I get a call telling me they can’t do my fuel service then I get a call again telling me they can’t rotate my tires. By the time they told me they wouldn’t be able to do anything I needed it was to late to take my car anywhere. Had to delay my trip to Miami because of this major inconvenience. Very disappointed in this sham of a service.

Very slow at changing tires, computer said 4 tires, had only 2 - said they would have 2 more this week never came. Had to get the other 2 tires somewhere else, but its Walmart, maybe my expectations were too high.
