Jim is one of the best mechanics around! He’s literally worked on almost every vehicle I’ve owned. My ‘02 Mustang needed a rear main seal. He got me in quick and was affordable. He even finished it a day early!!! I highly recommend him

Jim happened to be driving past after I was hit by a tidal wave from another vehicle in the recent flooding here in the Cape causing my engine to stall. Jim pulled me out of the water, spent an hour+ working on my Jeep (which revealed the engine had water in it and probably bent a rod), and offered to help me get the Jeep back on the road. Jeeps waiting at his shop and Im certain its in great hands.

So happy with this establishment. Great service, actually took the time to figure out my problem unlike country club exhaust who wanted to charge me $1300.00 in total for a problem I didnt have.. I went in with a rattling noise under my car. Country Club exhaust told me it was one or both of my catalytic convertors which to me sounded like they didnt know what the problem was at all completly. I then took my vehicle to hawks auto and he checked it out took maybe 20 minutes to put on the lift and bang around to see where this noise I was hearing was coming from. He told me it was a loose bracket and phycally showed me the problem. Fixed it in front my eyes tightening the bracket that was loose for free and sending me on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH HAWKS AUTO YOU SAVED THE DAY! I really applaud this establishment its very hard to find good mechanics who wont take advantage of a woman.
