I ordered something for store pickup and went to pick it up. It was easy to get in and not a wait in line. Also got some good tomato plants as well. They have a good selection of vegetable plants.
Corruption from the sales associates all the way up to management. Make sure you check ALL credit card purchases from this store. I contacted management numerous times and finally got through to speak to someone. I honestly think she was in on the corruption. Never called me back like she promised she would after looking into the issue. Everytime after I called her to follow up, she conveniently won’t get on the phone or return my calls. I hope LOSS PREVENTION reads these reviews because this store needs to be investigated for credit card fraud and theft! Contractors are taking clients cash, splitting it with sales associates and they are both stealing products and rolling it out the back door. INVESTIGATE THIS STORE! My credit card was ran 12 times for a zero amount, associate and crooked contractor was hoping I would give cash(I’m smarter then that), I contacted my bank and they exposed the scam and told me about the zero amount ran. Stay away from this store!
Woke up this morning to very hot water then none. Went to HD and got a new water heater and were back in business. Exactly the same as what I had so installing it was easy.
Nikki and Frank were very helpful and went above and beyond with my Dad and I today when looking for items. Barbara and Christine also were great in Customer Service. They all should be an example to new hires as to what being exceptional employees look like.Keep up the good work!
I just wanted to say a quick, HUGE thank you to The Home Depot lumber crew at the Skyline location in Cape Coral, FL. I went in with a project idea and drawing. Everyone was so patient and helpful. They helped make all the cuts in the lumbar I needed and carry some of the larger pieces. Ill be a customer for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
I look at their home page for spray paint and it showed that they had 25 cans in their inventory. I called to be sure they had it because I live in Naples and its around 1 houra drive. The sale lady that answered in the paint department told me they had 25 cans, I explained to her that I wanted to be sure because I was going from Naples. We got there they didnt any can of pait and any of the employees care about ir. We asked for the manager and everyone told us she was busy. We drove over there at 8pm. Terrible customer service like most of Home Depots.
Dropped in on Memorial day & of course, it was bustling with customers. First employee i asked where i could find twine was super helpful & knew where it was. Followed her directions but wasnt there. I asked another employee who didnt want to be there (it was very obvious) & told me i was an aisle off. So not so bad in customer service. At this home depot, 50/50 chance of good CS is alright with me.
Store was very busy. They had everything I needed this around. Store fairly clean lot parking almost always needs cleaned up. Not certain why Home Depot and Lowes does not make this a priority. Its the first thing you notice when you arrive there and the last thing you see when you leave. Previously, I was a contractor for 40 years, virtually every one has the same problem. Yes, this a pet peeve of mine but its just not a good look or appealing for business. Will add photos on my next trips to these businesses

My wife was not allowed to use the Veterans discount. Have been shopping there for 4 years and all of a sudden this happens. Lowes Veterans info is in their system while HDs is not. Lowes is better for Veterans.
Excellent! We were pricing appliances and a guy by the name of Rich was extremely helpful. Our refrigerator has an odd cut out in the cabinets and he assisted us on that. Great personality and very helpful. We decided we are purchasing our fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and my rocking chairs from your store because of him . Thank you!!!!

Thie review goes out to Ted Toral in the Rental department for Penske Trucks. In August 2021 after a nightmare at Anytime Rentals in Ft. Myers Ted was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us out in any way he could. He was very pleasant and polite to work with, went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Home Depot management needs to acknowledge Ted for his superior service to his customers. Thank-you again Ted!

The Management Staff their are dumb as a bag of rocks. It is amazing their brains can generate enough power to keep their legs moving. They sure do not know how to release and or fire someone. Almost 4 1/2 hours to be Fired. Thats nuts, crazy and wacky. The SOP is dumb. This place will lose business because of poor management
As a storm was approaching you would expect the gas cans to be out for sale. There were many up top. It took in excess of half an hour to get someone to get them down. Customer service needs improvement in this area. In the tool section the service was great.
Shop there often. I like HD much better than Lowes. Today was a quick trip for 2 items, but a good experience just the same.
There are lots of people working there just waiting to help you. I needed a special kind of bulbs for my bedroom light. A clerk walking by helped me by calling for the lighting specialist. She was there in a minute and straightened out the bulbs that were in the wrong position on the shelves. Then she found my bulbs. When I asked about LEDsShe got me those dimmable and the daylight brightness. What a change from the old days when there were only 2 types of bulb to get. ALSO noticed a lot of items good during a hurricane lined up in a roll. Got a crank weather radio and a phone recharge good for 4 hours. Both items I would appreciate having in a hurricane.
This store is one of the best Home Depots Ive ever been to on a consistent basis. They have great customer service. Theres always someone to help find what you need and answer your questions.

Purchased $22.00 worth of toilet supplies yesterday, using a credit card and a partial Home Depot store credit from a previous return. After reviewing the repair outcome, I needed to change my purchase to other supplies. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet at home, and was told I needed to go home and get my wallet for my identification. I showed the return desk employee my receipt, as it had the bar code on it to electronically process the refund! Upon asking to speak with the manager, he appeared and also stated he was Powerless to process my refund without my ID. (????) A Manager can do as he deems necessary to please a customer, within reason; as reasonable as this transaction Was. Ive a measly $22.00 dollar return. I explain that I am a pro account holder, only to get a response, Sorry policy requires an ID be presented. Really?? Over $22.00 worth of merchandise, you have no problem inconveniencing me and actually sending me home, losing an hour if productivity and gas over this.... To summarize, Dont forget your wallet when going Home Depot to make a legitimate return.....Make sure you have your papers!.... Which I did (receipt). I had to travel back home, just to receive credit back to my credit card... Its not like I was asking for cash. Unhappy and Appalled my receipt with electronic barcode was Not honored! Did they think I was giving a refund to someone other than Myself???? SMH...

Unfortunately I had to return a saw that someone else had used once and then they returned it. So I get to the job site and Ive got to a used saw. Not knowing if they abused it or whatever I took it back and they were so awesome and allowing me to exchange for another one. This one we opened up the box to confirm it was in fact not used yet. Home Depot is awesome

I wanted to buy several big ticket items as I am re-doing a bathroom. Unfortunately, I needed some advise and help for the dimension of a tub. The inventory was not available in the store. I would have had to order it. The help was not available to help and were very elusive. I guess I will try LOWES!
Do not buy any lawn equipment here. If your new mower breaks they tell you “you have to return it to the manufacturer”. When you call Toro you get transferred from number to number in an effort to make yo go away. Buy power equipment from a local dealer who will warranty the product. $400 spent last June now have to buy another while I wait for this one to be fixed.

There loading staff comes out to tell me to move my car..Yet when I need someone to help me load my car no-one is to be found! Also the signs says specifically Pro Customer ParkingAnd yet the other pic located in a different location say No Parking Fire Lane. Then I go move my car almost hit the old soul try to push his cart I get out of my car to help the man and the Quote Home Depot employee completely disregards this man and walks away! So wrong!

Home Depot has always been good to me. Purchased many materials doing a complete home remodeling and one of the best things, unlike Walmart who has the clipboards wander through and rearrange the store so you cant find things on a regular basis, in 7 years, Not once could I not find things where I expected them to be. A huge time-saver!

Just a trip to the garden center this time. The young gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about the plants and a huge help in making a decision on which plants to buy for what location. Large variety to choose from and very healthy plants.
I had a great experience with the customer service team they handled my warranty professionally and promptly but please have a conversation with your arrogant as employee who holds the key I believe his name is Tom he holds a key to all the power tools and today I was told to go ask this man so lucky to for me so I can buy it because I approached the man while he was looking at his phone looking through his inventory I politely approached him and asked him if you could simply unlock it so I can be on my way he stuck his finger up at my face and told me hold on I’m busy helping this other customer that moment I became very upset and told him listen guy you’re the only one that has a key I just need a tool so I can be on my way I don’t care who you’re helping the customer that he was Assisting even told him go help the gentleman and then come back and finish helping me. The guys the mirror was completely uncalled for and rude if I am going to invest money into a business I don’t expect to be treated like dog sh*t in the process.

Pro services is getting bad at customer service. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Called to alert someone that no one was checking out anyone at the pro services end. Stood around another 20 minutes.... If you like standing in lines with very little hope of checking out...i highly recommend home depot.
The three Jims are especially helpful. Jim at customer service, Jim in appliances, and Jim at the contractor will-call desk. There have been a few times when my work was so busy that they were the only people I talked to all day. There are a few other employees who are pretty friendly too. There is a young man Trevor who really knows his stuff and seems to always Ben hustling around going out of his way to help customers and other employees too. The store is one of the busiest home depots Ive ever been to, and yet its usually stocked pretty well, especially since we are still in this pandemic state. The shelves are usually pretty well organized.
Carpet sales was great. Free samples and measurement date set up very fast. The lady was nice. James was very helpful also.

I love the Cape Coral Home depot. The store is large so well stocked. It was crazy busy this past Saturday morning but they had a lot of help with questions in the store and checkout was a breeze.

Have always had excellent shopping experiences at cape Coral Home Depot. We go to Lowes more often than we should because its closer but after our last experience there that wont happen again. As soon as I was caught searching for an item a Home Depot Employee asked me what I was looking for and I found my items immediately. Lowes employees avoid you and then mess up expensive orders which nobody can fix taking up allot of your day. To be fair their are a couple of good employees at Lowes. One is stellar. He is as middle aged gentleman with dark hair. Hes the one to talk to if have to go to Lowes. Otherwise, just go to Home Depot. The professionalism and pride shows.

Big thumbs up! Shout out to I think his name is Manfred, just met at Customer Support. Bought this PVC Handy Pack and I wasnt able to open the glue jar at home. Tried it with gloves and couldnt do it. But no problem for this guy at Home Depot. He could have easily returned the item, but he accepted the challenge and got the first place and opened the jar with incredible strength. Awesome! Thank you! And really not joking, this was really hard to open! 👏👍

Home Depot was awesome we arrived at 6 this morning and picked up a 26-foot Penske and then we got it home the ramp wouldnt come out so they offered to trade trucks out the Penske didnt have any more 26 Footers but Dave in the Pro Shop was a gem he came out remove the part that was holding up the ramp and everythings good to go so thank you for Home Depot management and Dave great job

Im very disappointed with the customer services that i received today in Home Depot store located in 2508 Skyline Blvd. Cape Coral, from the manager ( Trent ), he was very unhelp and gross I don’t know how can they have a person like that in that position, it look that in that store the costumer opinion doesn’t matter at all . Great place for home improvement needs. I especially like the purple heart parking spot for veterans wounded in combat. We owe them the world, the least we can do is something like this for them. BZ HD.
The loading guys are awesome at what they do and are super kind! But watch out for an employee named Tofar this employee has serious issues and is extremely hard to work with. The management is very friendly to customers.

I bought an LG refrigerator from this Home Depot in May 2019. Ice maker has broken 4 times. LG wont fix it any more. DONT BUY LG APPLIANCES. The Home Depot manager, Trent, says the only thing he can do is ask LG to replace the appliance. A company the size of HD cant make this right with or without LG??? Dont buy at Home Depot. Go to Lowes!!!

I have always loathed home depot and seldom go. We recently to Cape Coral and found they had something on the black friday ad and made a purchase online last night. When I went to pick it up thought I would get a couple other items. Needless to say it went bad very quick when I got to the register or customer service to pick up my items. Told her 3 times I had an online pick up she kept handing me my bag for the.misc items i purchased. Finally got the settled and she went and got my online order. As i leave i get yelled at because I am going out the wrong way, why is this something to tell about? Then I notice one of my 2 items are caked with dirt and debris. So I get to take it home and clean it up!!!!. Why would some one bring that up to the front. Again thank you Home Depot for the lousy service AGAIN! what is ironic is it has happened every time I go there, any of their stores!

If you are a commercial account or buying building material do not go here.Ive been a customer for years to this same store and they are inept when it comes to these customers.I just left at 10:26 receipt ending in 61089 cashier Catherine after waiting in line for 15 minutes to check out building material with no one helping her.I asked for the manager after she and her fellow cashier were rude and the fellow cashier proceeded to talk bad about me asking for a manager to another patron and they both started talking negatively directly to me.When the manager arrived the patrons and the two cashiers still proceeded to talk to me saying go somewhere else and get outta here.If you are a professional on a clock and have a to be on a job such disregard is unacceptable.I commercial accounts with this company and im going to LOWES.Im also filing a report with their corporate office and the BBBAccount ending in 4845 00003
The employees were great! Fabio was the one to cut boards for me, and even though it was getting close to closing time, it seemed he wasnt perturbed at all.
