These guys are great! They are friendly, professional and to the point. They dont mess around nor upsell or take advantage, a quality which appears to be beyond rare in the mechanic industry. Weve brought both cars in for oil changes about 6 or so times and have never had an issue. It is always affordable and they are super quick, even when they are very busy. This time around, we brought our SUV in for a new caliper and brakes after being quoted a ridiculously high price by Firestone (who held onto our car for 2 days for evaluation BTW). The guys at Swift Lube didnt mess us around and got the work done within a day and for the exact price that they quoted us. The car runs great and they charged us $400 less than Firestone had quoted us! As a young family of 4 with 2 older cars that were not looking to pour our entire lifes savings into, we sincerely appreciate this and we will be back for many more oil changes to come!

At first I thought they were just an oil change quick lube place but a friend recommended I use them for repairs. After several good experiences I now bring all of my vehicles here for oil changes and repairs. I am always a bit skeptical about car repairs in a shop but these guys have always been 100% honest and never tried to sell me something I didnt need. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my oil changed and Dom took care of me. I had a filter and oil because my step son was going to change it but ran out of time before he headed back north. Dom used my oil and filter, charged me $25 and won a customer for life. Efficient, clean, courteous and professional. I have only good things to say about Swift Lube Plus.

Took my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for a valve cover gasket change and found out it had other issues. Luke took great care of us, was honest, fixed the issues and was very professional. He even consulted with Hyundai and told us we had warranties we were unaware of. Would definitely go back!

This place is great! Ive been going there for several years now, and keep going back because they are good, honest, hard-working people! They wont upsell like other places do. If you need it, theyll tell you, and theyll tell you if you dont. Even though its always busy, they greet you with a smile and get you taken care of. If its something quick, theyll get you right in & out. If itll be a bit, theyll let you know. They treat all customers with respect. I stopped in other times for a quick check for an engine light that came on or tire pressure and they gladly take care of it and send me on my way without charge. I dont see a need to go anywhere else.

Ive been coming to this establishment for a couple years now, and they always exceed my expectations. The employees not only act professionally but personally as well, as they always remember all the vehicles Ive had serviced. They act cordially throughout the whole process and have never lied about services needed on vehicle. They back up what needs to be fixed with evidence and then do it quickly and effectively. If the car isnt ready for an oil change but something else goes wrong, they are quick to take a look and solve the problem, often times without any charges. Their continued professionalism will keep me coming back for years to come.

Outstanding Service! Nov.1 2020. Called earlier to see if they could service my wifes BMW Z4, oil change, and manual transmission oils flush/ change. They said bring it in, theyre running 35 minutes. When I got there, the two technicians,(Dom, and I didnt catch the other fellows name) were very courteous, and professional. Moved to Cape Coral 11 months ago, and been struggling to find responsible service locations, and been disappointed with 3 out 4 locations so far. These guys were excellent. I am a very particular customer that pays close attention to details, usually knowing how to do oil it, how long it should take, and what to expect in cost.Feel safe with these guys, they earned my business in the future!Rich

This has to be the slowest oil change facility I’ve ever used. As I write this, I’ve been waiting 35 minutes with only one car ahead of me ! Suffice it to say, this isn’t a “10 minute” oil change facility and I’ll seek my oil changes elsewhere.Having said that, their price was more than fair and the staff was friendly. So, if price, and not timeliness is your goal, this place is for you. For myself, I’d gladly pay a premium to get in and out quickly, especially in 95 degree heat.2 1/2 *s

This is my second time visiting Swift Lube Plus. The first time was for a full synthetic oil change--perfect. This time was for new rear brake pads, rotors, and one caliber. They were very accommodating. I was able to drop the car off in the morning, and they had it done by the end of the day. They did a great job and communicated well with me. The manager Luc (pronounced, Luke), the manager, is a hard worker and is there every time I go. He is friendly and gets the job done, even when there are 6 cars there waiting for oil changes/services. I recommend this place and will be back in the future.

I have to take the time to review this location. I was a bit nervous at first when the team seemed to be a bunch of fresh graduates! My human error for judging a book by its cover... However I was instantly comforted by a friendly greeting and an employee started helping me right after seeing me pull up.This garage knows what they’re doing, they saved me $100’s of dollars by informing me my used vehicle I JUST purchased needed brakes desperately.While I only got a synthetic oil change done here, it was such a phenomenal experience that I will recommend ANYONE there for an oil change or other service.I even called later that day and spoke with the manager to personally thank all of his staff and to inform him of the delightful service I received.Thank you Swift Lube Plus!

The manager Jake is amazing and completely honest. It’s always hard to find an honest mechanic so it is nice when you don’t have to worry about them getting one over on you. Basic oil change took a long time and they charged extra because they said it used more than the standard 5 quarts of oil. So, 3 stars because it winds up being not much cheaper or faster than the dealership.

I was 100% satisfied and will recommend anyone to take advantage of this great location. Having changed my own oil for MANY years I decided to release this now to others. This is where I decided to go after researching. I feel great about my decision.

So happy I found this place for my oil changes! Faster than some of the competitors... but the best part was that I wasnt up-sold ANYTHING for my first time at any oil change. They recommended better oil, as expected, but were totally fine when I declined. Besides that, I wasnt bothered with my air filters (I change them), etc. They even pulled my car around for me to drive off quickly and easily when all was done. All the guys were awesome and nice and easy to joke with. It was also affordable for my budget. I plan to go here from now on--friends and family have already been told!

Had a great experience. It was so much more comfortable being here than most mechanic shops. I never felt rushed, or nervous or anything like that. Wish I found this place sooner. Will be coming back soon with my Volvo XC90 .

They were very busy so i had to wait in line (about an hour.) But they seemed to have done a good job. They also installed a new fuel filter and an ac filter. Descent price for everything.

This place is quick and they do a good job. Been taking my car here for years for synthetic oil changes and Ive never had to wait long to get in and out. The staff is helpful, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The only aspect I dont like about coming here is they inevitably try to push their other services. I realize theyre in business to make money, but sometimes you just want an oil change, not a laundry list of what else theyd like you to buy. Overall though, Id still recommend them and the work they do.

On a Sunday morning my car wouldnt start. I called up Swift Lube Plus and they were open and said they could get right to investigating the problem with my car (2000 Lexus RX300). I had it towed there and very soon after it arrived they called me and told me it was the starter and the cost to fix it was just about half what I expected to pay. The repair was finished in an hour, all with me never actually being there until I went to pick up my car! Swift Lube Plus made what could have been a significant pain as painless as possible with their availability to work on my car on a Sunday, the speed with which they repaired it and the low cost of the parts and labor. They even offered to come pick me up if I could not get a ride into their shop! Thank you very much Swift Lube Plus!Update 4-25-2016Swift Lube Plus has done additional work on my car, each time really helping me be able to manage the cost by best advising me when to have what done to save on total labor costs. They even kept a part in stock my car needed for 5 months at no charge until I could afford to have that work done!Luke and Cameron are great mechanics and provide outstanding customer service.I have owned a car since 1990, and this is by far the best experience I have had at an auto shop in all that time.

The staff is super nice and helpful and take the time to make me feel comfortable which, as a female, is appreciated because mechanics can cause a lot of anxiety for women. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and the prices aelre reasonable for the work.

Was great that I was able to get in quick however this is the first time that Ive ever had a oil leak on my truck. Its a 2014 Ford and have never had this problem before this trip.

I want to Thank Brian for diagnosing my problem with my AC unit in my 2006 Jeep Liberty. Although the store didnt open on time (8am), he was waiting for the rest of the staff to arrive. He took the time before any other employee arrived to let me know the unit had seized up. When I went back a half hour later, when they opened, I met with Swift Lube Tech Marshall. He confirmed that the unit had seized up. He took the time to find me a new one immediately as he knew I was leaving for NJ in 2 days and the delivery would be past that date. So Kudos to Brian and Marshall at this location. Both went above and beyond to help me out with installing a new AC compressor in the Jeep. Great guys at this location. Keep up the great work, and give my Thanks to both Marshall and Brian!

We have always used Swift Lube for oil changes etc, however this time they above and beyond in my eyes. My son got a flat tire and went to 2 locations here in the cape and no one would let him a jack to change it. As a last resort close to home, he pulled in right before they closed and they him borrow their jack to change his Flat tire so he could get home. Thank you for everything, you guys are awesome.
