Regular large grocery store. Pretty nice inside. Employees pretty nice. Good decent selection of both national and international foods. Has the feel of a ain old grocery store though. Not a fun place to go to. Bakery is fresh but SO small. Could be SO much more.

This store is laid out like all Publix stores. Easy to find whatever you are looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its clean and well lit. It us much closer than the Publux I usually go to. Easy access from the road. They have a wide selection and the food is always fresh.

Very large, clean, well lit store. Great selection of items. Prices seem a little higher than other stores. Well maintained building. Clean parking lot. Carts are clean & roll nicely. They had actual employees at the check out stands, if you choose not to do self check out.

Publix always means quality never disappointing. Fresh fruit, great selection of meats. Professional caring employees who work hard to ensure that I have and you have a pleasant shopping experience. Always top notch in cleanliness and safety standards. I always find that Publix always takes their customers safety first. The best part about Publix is the deli their subs are top notch.

Best selection of all the other Publix around us. Clean and easily accessible. Staff is usually friendly and welcoming. The prices are always a bit high (so balance that with there wide selection of BOGOs).

I have been treated extremely well, consistently, at this store. There are a number of employees that seek me out to say hello, and yesterday, the checker said where have you been? Ive missed seeing you. It was a great feeling !! Thanks Publix !!

Wish the self check outs had an option for quantity when scanning. Bought multiple items that were the same and large had to scan each one separately but great place

Great store and everything is always fresh as in all Publix Supermarkets.About 5 or 6 months ago top management changed, Todd the old store manager, was replaced by a younger crew. All the new guys at the top are very unfriendly and Ive never even seen them speak to a customer and for that matter not even speak to an employee. You see them on the floor talking to each other but thats about it, not like it used to be anymore.Update September 29th 2021I went to Publix this morning and now they took the meat counter down and you cant see any custom meats and nothing is displayed everything is wrapped up and in the case.It used to be a pleasure shopping here but its getting just like Winn-Dixie. Most of the employees I speak to are unhappy, the new management has cut everyone hours back and is very unfriendly. I guess Im going to have to travel to fort Myers and go to The fresh market to get my beef. Very sad this used to be a very fun place to shop.

I worked for Publix so this will likely get deleted. They have a mission and live up to it every day. This store in particular is one of my favorites. I even got a great parking spot last time i went in, its often so crowded you have to park at the Target but lately not.

Im at this location often anything I need the entire staff goes out of their way to help.I have to give particular kudos to Katy the Asst.C.S.Mgr.she knows my disability can be difficult for me and goes out of her way to see Im always taken care of. She is a pleasure to deal with and her smile and personality go a long way to make shopping more pleasant

I grew up going to Publix and it’s always a treat when I’m back in the South. By far my favorite grocery store - don’t miss their iced tea, freshly made pasta salads and of course the best fried chicken.

Publix is always clean, and always has the products I am looking for. The staff is always helpful. Gonna miss Holly from the store, she got promoted, which is great.

THIS PUBLLIX LOCATION USED TO BE MY FAVORITE. IN THE LAST NINE MONTHS OR SO, IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL FAST. TODAY I ORDERED SUBS ONLINE AND WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO PICK THEM UP, HE WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE OUT OF 5 GRAIN SUB ROLLS. AT 12:15?????? HE ASKED FOR WHITE AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT FRESH BUT THEY WOULD FIND THE BEST ONE. THE ROLL WAS SO HARD, I COULD HARDLY EAT IT. HOW CAN THEY NOT HAVE ANYTHING BUT FRESH WHEAT ROLLS AT 12:15?????? ALSO THIS STORE IS ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND THE PHARMACY PEOPLE ARE SOOOOOO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON. POOR MANAGMENT!!

This particular location is constantly out of things that I then find at another location so the supply chain excuse doesnt cut it. I am rarely asked if I want help taking my groceries to the car. The general customer service I used to feel here is gone.

1st in line for a sub. Was not greeted, I greeted Rose myself. Bad mood. No ones life is great all the time but Publix used to known as a friendly neighborhood store when George was in charge!

Always friendly at every publix I have ever been to! No waiting here And not too crowded! Aisle are nice and wide and very clean!

My favorite grocery store around, well lit, super clean and a better selection than walmart. Pharmacy is very reasonable as well with some meds even free. (Dont take the V@$$INE, they kill people regularly) And dont forget if you like it, they have the best store bought sushi ive found anywhere! $5 wednesday special as well!

This place is run down needs major renovations or maintained better. Items are overly priced.

I heard Publix was the best and it is! They had like 5 employees just fronting and facing the items on the shelves, it was very nice.

I get a short time for a lunch break and the fact i have to use 15 just to stand in line because they knly have one person making sandwiches will annoy any person this isnt the first time this happen

This Publix is nice, the staff is great, and the deli is especially fast and delicious. If you order and pay for a sub online dont forget to ask the deli employee for it because they make sure no one will take your food before you get there.

Clean store with lots in stock, unfortunately their prices are on the high side and the produce hS gone downhill in the last 2 years. Ive noticed a lot of rotten fruits and vegetables after Ive brought it home.

Had a bad experience checking out last night. We understand it is the holidays and things are hectic not to mention 2020? But treat customers with respect! I could give many examples from last night but wont waste the time. Publix train your cashiers, especially the young ones to be courteous!

Publix is the best supermarket in Florida hands down. Fair prices, always Fresh fruits, vegetables & quality producs like Boars Head lunch meats & cheeses to name one. I know a couple guys who started as bag boys & were given resources and opportunity to grow into senior management. You dont see a lot of companies like Publix anymore who genuinely seem to care about quality, customers & employees alike. They have earned my business as long as they stay true to their values.

Nice big, clean store

I must say that I am very impressed with Publix. There are times when I get confused if I am here or at Fresh market or Whole Foods. The prices are really high in all of these three stores. I made a special trip here to get some Rufus Teague Touch o Beat. They only carry the Whiskey Maple. That cost them two stars. I had never seen Buy 2, get 2 free until today. If you can handle the prices, this is a great place to shop.

I just want to say service was stupendous I was actually on an aisle and meeting an item and a gal named Mallory which works there was stalking some shelves and was so courteous and brought me to what I needed and then I check out she was the cashier and so friendly helpful and cheerful made me feel special kudos to her what a nice young lady

I have been shopping at this Publix for several years and unfortunately it has slowly been going down hill. You can tell there is a lack of management. The employees are no longer friendly the baggers could care less how they bag your items. Today was the last draw I will now take my business else we’re. They have signs up that say buy one get one, when I go to check out I tell Kaytlyn the cashier that is buy one get one she says well that’s not how it rang up so do you want it or not I say I want what the sign says so the very unfriendly older lady bagger went back and said that was for product we don’t have and it’s not there problem if the sign is still up, I was speechless, this Publix used to be so nice but not anymore, horrible service and very unfriendly staff.

Ive been shopping at this Publix for 10 years and it is by far the cleanest and well laid out Publix in Cape Coral! The staff are all friendly, professional, and ready to help. The manager is a very pleasant and jovial man and I commend him for having such a great staff and clean store.

Clean and organized as always. The staff was great and always helpful. I do wish they would enforce the mandatory face mask rule as people were walking around without them, however I suppose that management should be taking care of that. I appreciate the kindness of the employees and I am thankful to havr a well stocked and clean place to shop.
