This place opens late everyday. On the door, and online both list 5am. If you try and walk in at that time, it will be locked, and youll see the staff prioritizing making their coffee over opening the store for their customers a good 15 minutes after they were supposed to already be open. Then, they are more than abrasive about it if you try to call them out. Extremely unprofessional!

The last 5 times I have been here They have been out of hot fudge for the ice cream. Last time they had some, I was so excited. Then as I took my first bite it was just hot chocolate syrup!!! So not the same as got fudge. They need to fix this ASAP!!

5 employees at 6:00 AM and still had to wait in line !One guy at checkout !Terrible customer service AND IM A REGULAR customer.Coffee is Awesome, but forget the employees, they obviously dont care !This store needs to be shopped at 6:00 am for quality control.

Nice bright clean station. Convenience store is large with many options. Gas prices continue to be some of the lowest in the area.

I love RaceTrac. This particular gas station doesnt have all the facilities some of the other ones have. Theres another one on Del Prado (near Midpoint Bridge) and Pine Island Road (near Walmart) that both have a self-serve frozen yogurt station with toppings (including several types of berries/ fruit) and a self-serve hot dog station with many varieties of hot dogs/ sausages/ toppings. This gas station doesnt have those options, but there is still a self-serve coffee/mocha station with many flavor choices and varieties of creamer, etc. There is also a cookie/pastry/donut station.To correct falen willamss review, this gas station doesnt have a yogurt station. Shes obviously talking about a different RaceTrac. Also, Ive never seen the situation she described (empty toppings and a messy station) at any RaceTrac except once on free yogurt day. There was a free yogurt day (up to $4 worth) at around the same time as the review shes posted, and the some of the toppings were empty when I went in that afternoon for free yogurt. I suspect that this situation was due to a overwhelming volume of customers showing up for free yogurt day. I didnt mind too much, because I believe that beggars cant be choosers. Unfortunately, some people (I dont want to name names.) have an unrealistic sense of entitlement.
