I frequent this Race Trac multiple times per week. Zilyn was the rudest customer service associate I’ve ever came across. I waited in line and she never said anything like, “next guest” or “I can help you”. Just eye contact was made.. Then I said, “thank you” and she never even responded. I just can’t believe how rude she was.. wow. Even the guy behind me made a face about it. If you don’t want to work with people don’t apply for customer service work is all I can say.

Self checkouts here too. Youre a gas station, theres absolutely no reason for self checkouts. Youre essentially paying adult babysitters to hand out tobacco behind the counter.Goodbye forever Racetrac

This Racetrac has the friendliest staff of all the Racetracs Ive visited ☺The new coffee machines make a really great cup of coffee.Suggest getting the Racetrac app. You will get free coffee or sodas as well as other items as you earn points for shopping there.Gas prices are competitive with other stations.Also, the bathrooms are some of the cleanest youll find in a convenience store.

Went for coffee, but I didnt like the automated system on all of the coffee machines. It makes it impossible to mix different coffee flavors in one cup, which is what I like to do. And the coffee was very strong, not as good as Wawa. The staff was very friendly.

We were overwhelmed with GREAT customer service on Nov 17. We pulled into the gas station with 5% air in our tire. I believe the manager (Tyler) assisted us with the nail in our tire, patched it for us, and filled it for us. He then assisted the next car with their tire needs. Tyler deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.

New gas station spacious and clean. Inside convenient store there is an ample variety of things to grab to eat, from already made sandwiches food and drinks to custom made ones including an ice cream bar. Delicious!! Bathrooms clean and comfortable with several stalls and washing sinks. Customer service also very good. Nice place to hang out. It even has sitting space to enjoy your food or conversation with friends.

The door is unlocked lights are on. The woman in there cleaning says were closed. BS she didnt want to stop what she was doing and ring me up. There isnt another 24 hour place in 6 miles.

Great great staff.I have been going to this gas station since it opened. They are like my family. I see them every morning for coffee. Always clean and fully stocked, and freash. Management is awesome and fantastic. In particular Mike and Bibi are award winning staff and Cindy, she is amazing. Couldnt get my day started without them.

The entire staff here blows away all racetracs combined, but today I have to go the extra mile and say so . Also Id like to point out the one strikes me as most valuable to the company, his name is Tyler . He runs this place like he represents all of Cape Coral . Extremely professional and makes you recognize what Cape is all about . I thank whoever hired him, also I thank whoever raised him, most of all, I thank Tyler, for keeping the faith alive in our younger generation.

Great place to stop and get fresh coffee and iced tea. I give it 5 stars due to the gasoline prices consistently being one of the lowest in cape. The staff are very friendly!

Gas is great. Not the cheapest so I give it 4 stars. It is new and clean. Awesome yogurt bar. So eat here and get gas.

New Racetrac offers a great selection of different sandwiches and subs. They are very good. Love the Swirl ice cream with the toppings. The coffee is so delicious here and they have a huge selection of different coffee and flavors

I really like the food here the burgers are the best Ive ever had just pop it in the microwave for 1 minute and its good to go Im going back to buy some and store them in my freezer theyre the double cheeseburgers oh and the hot dogs are really good too kind of wish racetrack had their own little grocery store 😀

This is a really nice gas station. They have tons of food items... a frozen yogurt station with toppings (including several types of berries/fruit), cookies, donuts, a hot dog station with many varieties of hot dogs, sausages, and toppings to choose from, and a large variety of self-serve coffee and mochas. Staff is excellent.

When I have to fill the tank all the way up and it starts clicking off and then it will only click in 1/100 of a of a gallon at a time I would literally be there all night trying to fill this tank up... I gave them enough money to fill the tank up but after fighting with the pump for about 15 minutes Im still at only three quarters of a tank you have officially lost a customer for good

Typically has some of the lower price gas in the area, though a marathon station in North Port always has gas 10 cents cheaper than all stations North or South from Sarasota to Naples if you commute that far/way, Id plan to fill up there. This racetrack has awesome customer service and product selections.

Went inside to prepay so my cc wouldnt get skimmed. Got out to the pump it said no post pay. I waited for him to credit the sale, then after 5 min pressed button for assistance but got none. I went back inside to ask what happened and the worker who had waited on me previously was some new young kid manager told me I must have canceled the transaction and wanted my card again. Angry and disappointed in the incompetence, lack of customer service and waste of my time I went down the road to a competitor.

Great stop for all your needs. Employees are great, selection is great, and they usually are the best or second best price on gas in the city.

This place is very cool has a coffee spot .were you can create and put wat ever and how many things I want to add to your coffee also has a variety of things to eat/snack on . the tacos are my favorite.

Overall the place is good .this place takes advantage of consumers your hungry and you stop thinking the hot food might be ok.and then your forced to eat it.its almost all terrible had a bacon egg and cheese croissant 1 price of bacon broke in half and the dryest croissant your ever eat. And at almost 2 bucks a peice minus well go to McDonalds or bk .even speedway is decent for the money .this place when it comes to hot food I have almost had it all its cheap, buns with a bleachy flavor and comparable to places its bad for the money at least on the hot food part.
