Wish I could give less than one star. Ordered furniture online and selected the option to pick it up at the store. Got the email 12/31/19 that it was ready to be picked up. I made arrangements to get it 2 days later and when my boyfriend went to pick it up (he was the person listed to pick it up when I placed the order), he was told someone had already picked it up on 12/31. Even though they have the same furniture in stock they are refusing to give us the furniture until they complete an investigation. The employee even admitted that they don’t check ID’s for pickups. I bought it, paid for it, but can’t have it. I understand they need to investigate who did pick it up and handle that accordingly but I also believe they should give me my furniture NOW and go after the culprit in their own time. I am a small business owner and have used Office Depot repeatedly for supplies and document printing. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Great shop, They have wonderful, hardworking employees.
