We were in the process of switching from our previous lease company to Southwest Florida Copier Service, when our previous machine malfunctioned. This was on a Monday and we were scheduled to have our new copier delivered on Thursday. I called Southwest Florida Copier Service and asked if there is anything that can be done to get our machine to us sooner. They were able to get our copier delivered at 2:30 that same day! This was less than 2 hours after I called! We had our new copier installed and networked with our many office computers. Not to mention they went back to their office to get a special part to network our Apple computers as well! GREAT AND TIMELY SERVICE!
