Outstanding experience! Efficient and very reasonably priced. Arrived 15 minutes early and installed a complete garage door opener system in less than one hour. They even repaired the spring on the overhead door at no extra charge. When done, they took the time to walk me through the different functions of the opener (programming keyless entry pad, downloading app, etc.). Highly recommend!

Professional and quick! I needed two torsion springs replaced in our garage (actually one broke, but I read you should really replace both while the technician is out).Al answered my call courteously and gave me an estimate over the phone (which was appreciated) and got my repair scheduled asap! I called and described the problem with my garage door torsion springs and opener. After two minutes, he was able to give me a quote and schedule the repair and installation the very next morning. He arrived on time and worked until finished. The price was very good and he was polite and honest as I had written a check for $10 more that the quote and left it for him as I had to leave a few minutes prior to the finish. He brought that to my attention and requested another check for the correct amount. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since our car was in the garage we had no way to go out. Google garage door repair and found Garage Door Fix. Their reviews were fabulous and after talking with them I was confident they would help us. This was late morning yesterday when I called them. They said they could be her today but when I told them our car was stuck in the garage they said they would at the very least stop by and get the garage door open so we could get to our car. Asked for an early morning appointment and they were there the next day before expected. Diagnosed and repaired my garage door very quickly and I was able to get to work earlier than planned. Very reasonably priced. I wish I had called sooner.

I recently purchased a house in Cape Coral and I had Garage Door Fix install two garage door openers in my 3 car garage with one double and one single garage door door. They came to my house free of charge and gave me recommendations and advice. They clearly explained their process of having the customer purchase the garage door openers of my choice and they did the install for a flat fee for each door. They were very responsive and after I purchased the openers on a Saturday they had them installed the following Wednesday. I was very happy with the recommendations, the work and the price was very reasonable and now the 8 ft garage doors open the whole way and are very quiet. A very good experience all around.

I would give this company a 0 star but I guess I will have to put 1. We hired this company back in December 2019 so they could install a new garage door at a property. Because they completely forgot about the permit for my garage door 6 months later (TODAY) they needed to do a final inspection and have the Cape Coral City go by to check the door. They first wanted the customer (us) to stay from 7:30 AM to 3:30PM to wait for the inspector like if it was the customers fault of their negligence. We were kind enough to give them the lock box code of the property with ALL keys to it and when the inspection happened the inspector called this company to let them know he couldnt close the lockbox and the representative from this company told the inspector that it was Ok for him to leave the lockbox wide open with all the keys available for anyone to just get them and have full access to the property. I had to find out about this on my own because this company couldnt call us to let us know what was going on. I wanted to check the status of the inspection so I searched in the Cape Coral website and when I saw the inspector notes I was able to call and speak to him. I called this people back and talked to Alex and he had the audacity to tell me 1 hour after the inspector went by the property that the inspector was an idiot and if I could send someone out there to check on the property and on the lockbox. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. It has been headaches from the start and they DO NOT care about their customers.

These guys are TERRIFIC! They immediately diagnosed our loose chain problem, quickly replaced the gear and sprocket assembly, and charged a very fair price for the entire job. Only wish they had been the first repairmen we called, as we wasted time and money with a different outfit who only compounded our problem. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

We bought a house with a garage door opener that needed to be installed. They were able to schedule an appointment within a few days, gave me a quote, and answered all of my questions over the phone. The crew arrived a few minutes EARLY, installed the opener, tested it, showed me all of the functions, programmed it for me, and handed me a bill for exactly what was quoted over the phone. I had received quotes from a few competitors for the same service, and they were higher by at least $25.

The spring on my garage door “sprung” and I called Garage Door Fix to see if they could help me, since my car was stuck in the garage and I needed to get out in a few hours. They called me back pretty quickly and said they couldn’t get by until late afternoon, but that they could swing by and open the door so I could get my car out. They arrived an hour or so later, and went ahead and replaced the springs right then! EXCELLENT SERVICE! AL is the best, I called him on Saturday because the rain was coming in on the side of my garage door and he came this morning. His service call price was the best around. He checked out my garage door, told me what it needed and how much it would cost. He also told me that the rain was not coming in on the side of the door, that my hot water heater was leaking. He referred me to a handyman and helped me shut my water off. I had the water heater replaced and then Al came back, put the new weather stripping on my garage door, adjusted my door and fixed the sensors for the garage door opener. We planned a DIY project after our garage door opener broke. Bought a Chamberlain at the depot and didnt realize a spring had also broken. I called GDF,LLC and Al answered promptly. I told him I wanted both springs replaced and install new opener. He quoted me over the phone and was able to fix same day. I had also called Door Doctor who had a sticker on my old opener. They quoted me over 30% more, I went with Garage Door Fix, LLC. Later, Door Doctor called me back and said they would match best price quoted. I said too late.GDF,LLC replaced broken springs and installed our new opener in about 1 hour. Programmed all remotes and offered to come back when we receive repeater needed to program our Cadillac. Called today, fixed today. Fast friendly knowledgeable professionals. I would highly recommend especially being new to Florida and hearing of so many scams here.
