I just had a lifestyle screen installed. There was a mixup about the date on my end so I had some items in the garage I did not move but the gentleman who came to install was very pleasant on the phone and moved it for me because I was not home. It’s a great feature to add to our home gym to keep bugs out and maintain air flow. Great company to deal with and have already told my family I recommend them highly.

What a great company all around!! It all started with the estimate. (I can not remember his name, but I told him what I was going in the garage. So I got an insulated door. So the date was set ! Marcus an Tim come to do the install. With in a couple hours, my garage door was installed. BOOM ! ! Everything was brand new, rails, keypad, wheels, I mean EVERYTHING!! So I’ve waited a few months to see if the insulated garage door was better that the regular hurricane door. Well it does !!!!! Everything was spot on. I want to give Marcus & Tim props, they did the job on a 100 degree day! And no damage to my garage floor. Thank you guy’s / company for doing an awesome job .

They did the installation of the new opener fast and left. Only afterwards did I find that none of my remotes were compatible with the new, neither was the keypad and I am unable to link it to my car. This was not communicated with me beforehand or after the installation. I called and was told to follow the instructions and it should work. They offered to come and resolve this but I will have to pay again. Unprofessional to leave a job half done. Will not use them again.

I was referred by Jay LaGace at Remax Realty to On Track Door, Inc. my serviceman was Steve, he was so polite, so kind and a very good worker. Respected our property as well. He installed the garage door motor and all the new wheels and rubber. Plus a outdoor keypad and one in the garage by the laundry room door. I appreciated that he called on time, as said he would. Quickly scheduled an appointment when my double garage door opener wouldnt work. Came out next day at exactly the time they said they would. Quickly changed springs and door was working great. Fair price. Steve was the technician and he was efficient, courteous and an excellent representative for the company.

These people sold me a garage door and when their own garage door breaks they told me it’s gonna be three days before they can get out to help me. Three days that I can’t get into or out of my garage. When I explained that I can’t get out of my house and I’ll be stranded for three days they told me too bad call somebody else. So I did and the competition will be here in less than an hour.Response: I wasn’t asking for warranty service. I was just asking for someone to let me out of jail. What you offered me was an appointment three days after I was calling nothing less. Let’s not complicate things, you guys weren’t able to fix a door that you installed even though my family was going to be locked in their own home for three days. I called your competition and they were at my house in less than an hour. In less than two hours, they had it completely resolved. Read my other review to find out who I called and actually took care of your door that you couldn’t take care of.

Was quoted $1375 for a new garage door installation two months ago and because I let my 20 day quote expire they now want to charge me $1875 with no explanation in cost inflation, regardless to say, I think it was highway robbery so I did not go with them and went with their competitor. Without mentioning a price I was quoted $300 cheaper🧐... more than happy to remove this negative review if they go ahead and honor their original quote

Steve came out on Sunday morning. Two screws that connected the track had come out of the wall and did not allow our garage door to work. He was nice enough to fix it for just a service call as opposed to an emergency call since it was only a matter of replacing and reinserting 2 screws. Steve was prompt, courteous, wore a mask (which we said he could remove) and was totally knowledgeable. I used On Track garage Doors Inc. from Cape Coral to replace my old door today. I have to say that I was impressed right from the time that Nick knocked on the door letting me know they were there. I showed him some extra work I need done which involved removing an old screen door in front of my garage door. He said it was no problem and when I came to inspect the work when they were finished he had even removed the old screen track and ground the bolts flush so they wouldnt show. It is very refreshing these days to use a company that has employees that still care about customers. Nick and Marcus care about their work and did a wonderful job for me.

Ive used On Track Doors, Inc for the past five years at least. Annually, I have them over for maintenance of my garage door and theyve always been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and above all, helpful. This week when trying to reprogram a remote door opener, I messed up something and not one of my five openers would work. When I called them, one of their service technicians named Nick guided me through over the phone saving him a trip over to my place and saving me a service call. A BIG thank you to Nick and On Track Doors for their service.

Ed came out and fixed my door for a reasonable price. Several other companies I called said door could not be fixed, and would need a team of techs to fix. Ed was here for 30 minutes and got the door on track. He proceeded to replacing the track on one side, rewound the cables and balanced the door out. True professional service was provided. Do not waste your time with any other company, SAME DAY SERVICE as well!

Steve came in and fixed my garage which was off track in a jiffy, took him not more than ten minutes. He also fixed some other minor issues which he was not even called out for. He really went above and beyond!
