I needed adjustments to my aids. The adjustments were completed, and as usual, the staff were knowledgeable, and professional. I have been wearing hearing aids for 40 years. My aids and this particular office, stand above the rest.

My dad went to audibel in Fort Myers. A few weeks ago his hearing aids stopped working We put in new batteries but nothing worked. He tried calling but was told they got bought out by someone else. That was a shame because everyone at audibel was so noce and helpful

Quality hearing solutions. I took my 72 year old mother there for hearing aids a year and a half ago. She has had many problems, breaking them, not cleaning them properly so it stops working, various mishandling but also difficulty getting a good snug fit in the left ear. Not only has each break, clog or mishap been fixed but a new mold was taken and 3 times a new one was made tying to get her a good fit. I paid for the hearing aids, there has not been a single charge for anything since. Excellent service and patient care with genuine concern.

This little store has a big heart. They treated my 89 y/o dad like a king when he came in, They helped him with his hearing aids when they didnt sell them to him. Thank you to the two ladies in there for making his day, every time he went in.
