My favorite place to go! Best ice cream around. So many flavors and they keep adding new ones. I’ve never been unhappy with the ice cream and service.I was disappointed that they stopped giving actual vanilla ice cream in the dog dishes (which we had to pay for) and are now just giving a cup of whip cream. Despite being put off by this, I will keep coming back.

Best and I mean the BEST ice cream store in Cape Coral.

The ice cream was excellent! Not only that, the staff was over the top welcoming! After we got our ice cream and paid for it, my daughter accidentally dropped hers as we were leaving out the store. The man working the register got her a new one right away. I insisted on paying for it and to clean up the mess, he wouldn’t allow it. You just don’t get to meet people that great every day! It’s a must visit if you are in the area!

Ice cream was amazing. Every employee was super nice, friendly and helpful. My husband has a gluten allergy and struggles with ice cream sometimes. The ice cream didnt make him sick at all. Will definitely be back before we head back home from vacation.

We love this ice cream shop. Probably the best one in Cape Coral. You have to have the Cape Coral gold this is one of their house specialties. We really enjoy the staff and definitely the ice cream. Keep up the great work!!

AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and the ice cream is absolutely wonderful! We visited twice during our time in Cape Coral. The first night I had a chocolate malt and asked for extra malt. They didnt disappoint! My wife had what I think was called the Cape Coral Crunch (I think...) and it was wonderful. I had that on our second visit. The owner runs the register and makes sure everyone in his establishment is happy! He must be a good leader because the place is clean and the staff is very friendly and seems happy. I will certainly come here when we visit again and will tell anyone I know who is visiting the area to come here as well! Keep it up guys!

My husband I went to the cape creamery tonight and we really enjoyed it. He had a sundae that was very tasty. I tried the caramel pretzel crunch and loved it. It’s a new flavor and so good. A local gem!!! Cape creamery is the best ice cream in town! Locally owned by Steve and Rebecca Groves who always makes us feel like family! Every time I’m in there they always make a point to recognize us by a first name basis, something that has been lost by many local restaurants. The owners and staff are always good for a warm welcoming smile and great conversation. The shop is lined with colorful tables that gives off that old Florida feel, and the whole place is meticulously clean. They have a long list of ice cream combinations to choose from and some get rotated in and out so there’s always something new to try. My favorite is the honey vanilla, but this is a seasonal ice cream so be sure to check back sometime in spring or early summer for this option it won’t disappoint.

We stumbled upon this place when traveling and was not disappointed. As soon as we walked in we knew we came to the right spot. The smell of freshly made waffle cones filled the place. The store was spotless and the staff was very friendly. Now lets talk about the ice cream... Absolutely delicious. I had the nutella chip which was to die for, topped with bits of waffle cone that just set it off. I would highly recommend this place and if I lived here it would be my go to ice cream shop.

This place was awesome!! My wife and daughter enjoyed it so much. I was reading some of the comments from others. One lady wrote basically a book about her service that she was unhappy. I was thinking, how can you get so worked up at a nice relaxing place that sells delicious ice cream?? Maybe customers should try some anger management prior to going in public and make it a point to remember that we are all human and things just happen. You definitely can’t please everyone. Anyway, thank you for the great service and yummy treats. We will definitely be back and would recommend to others.

The ice cream was delish. 3 days later I received a second charge on my card for exactly 18% of the bill. Even though we took it to go i still left a tip in the cash tip jar for the college fund . I was surprised by this and attempted to call the number on the website which happens to be the number to chamber of commerce who stated that there is no phone to the creamery because they are to busy to answer calls. Id say its worth the trip but pay CASH

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they enjoy their job and serving the customers. A full menu with all the things you want on a cone or sundae. A large selection of flavors many of which I like, but my two favorites are missing...pralines and cream...jamocha almond fudge...but I will return when that ice craving hits me...

Fantastic family owned, and operated ice cream shop. Tons of unique, and classic flavors! Ive never been disappointed going here. The sorbet is terrific as well. I recommend the peach schnapps sorbet with vanilla custard. Or, a classic sundae with peanut butter ice cream with hot fudge, whip cream, maraschino cherry. My wife lives the toasted coconut. The decor is all classic photos of Cape Coral back in the 50s. Love this place!

YUMMY! Cape Creamery is delicious and homemade! Clean store and quick service. We’ve been here three times so far and it never disappoints. We’ve had the Almond Joy ice cream and the Oreo shake - both really good! Went back to try the Nutella chip ice cream - yum! Don’t know what to try next but based on some other reviews, I’m thinking of the Cannoli ice cream :)

Excellent ice cream. Particularly the Turtle and Peanut Butter Fudge are amazing! You dont need to queue long either and they have nice seating areas both in and outdoor. My dad swears by their Sundays which come in larger containers than a standard cup with hot fudge and wet walnuts.
