This is a hidden gem! Everything is homemade! Ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, homemade cones, cookies, brownies, fresh roasted nuts, and homemade fudge with wonderful flavors. The ice cream is heavy and decadent! The service is superb. Reminds me of a modern day ice cream parlor. Little games on the tables to keep you busy and have some fun. Definitely going to leave here with a smile.

This place is excellent! We went for the first time today. The flavors are amazing and the portions are more than you expect. I got a medium and I should have gotten a small. It was worth every penny. I recommend this to anyone with a sweet tooth!

This is one of my favorite places to go for a treat in the Cape Coral area! They are SO friendly. Its like like rewinding back decades to that ice cream store where the staff recognizes you and makes you feel right at home! Its a family run store and that family is amazing! I come for the ice cream sundaes but the fudge is also fantastic! I cannot recommend this place enough!! 5 stars all the way!

Place was delicious. After talking to them, they make all their ice cream, brownies, ice cream sandwiches (homemade cookies) and even a few projects they are working on to bring into the shop. No one takes pride in making their own product like this anymore, but they do here!! This is a must place to have some wonder sweets We are family of 8 and they were spectacular even with one of our picky children.

Went there with my wife last week, I really liked that they had fudge. The boy there Dustin gave good suggestions and was an excellent employee overall. Will definitely be back!

Scoops has incredible service that is second to none.The ice cream is well made and the flavors finish clean - you dont feel like you just ate a bowl of sugar (like some other places). The fudge is decadent and really hits the spot. They have other snacks, too, but I love the ice cream and fudge so much I keep neglecting those.One thing I really appreciate is the thought that goes into the flavors. The espresso chip uses chocolate covered espresso beans instead of chocolate chips, for example. Death by Peanutbutter is a brilliant response to the ubiquitous and overplayed Death by Chocolate and is absolutely worth the experience.Definitely give them a shot.

The ice cream was good, it was delicious. all flavors i had were yummy. but the staff there? there was one girl who had an attitude with me, I don’t remember her name but she was awfully rude.

This is the third time I went to get ice cream here. Their ice cream is excellent. However, since the first time I went here, they have really cut back in the size of a scoop. I got 2 dips for about $5.50. I was surprised at the size of the dips. So when I got home, I weighed it. A shock. The weight was less than 2 ounces. There are many other ice cream places that have good ice cream with reasonable size dips. What a disappointment.

Great atmosphere, great ice cream. Owner was extremely nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed our time and my kids loved it as well. They had gluten free and dairy free ice cream also which was great for my kids as they have allergies. Thanks to them for making our time a blast!

The peanut butter fudge was to die for it took me three sittings to eat my brownie Sunday and they threw in a free pint of raspberry sorbet with a very nice note just saying thank you that it was free I would definitely shop at this place again nothing else just for the fudge lol

I ordered a medium butterfinger milkshake and it was $9.43! Wondering how much more they can charge for a large. I asked that it be made thick, because I don’t like my milkshakes runny, and it wasn’t. I wouldn’t be complaining about the price if it was. I gave an extra star because they did have tons of ice cream flavors that looked delicious; and I bet they are, but I was just out looking for a milkshake and wasn’t happy with what I got for the price.

What a hidden gem, homemade fudge, ice cream and waffle cones. Chelsea was friendly and social she offered us samples of everything and was very accommodating to all our questions. Looking forward to thier grand opening

So I took my son there this evening. It came to 16 and change for a large strawberry milkshake and cup with 2 scoops of chocolate chip ice cream. Flavor wise it was ok nothing stood out. It was 11$for the large milkshake. I have them a 20 and told them to keep the rest for tip. So 20$ for 2 ice creams. Thats crazy. Ill stick to Wawa from now on. You can go to twisty great and get a large 32oz large not 24oz. For 5 bucks. And taste is way better. So needless to say I was disappointed...

Came here with my 2 little brothers and we all thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream. I had death by peanut butter and butter pecan and they were delicious. Worth it. I will be back!

Some of the ice cream was weak in the flavor. I told the owner and he removed the weak product and compensated me. Large selection of flavors and the establishment is very clean and well kept. Will return for another review in the future about scoops...to review the fudge I purchased 😀

The ice cream is amazing I tried a banana split and I really liked it, they have many interesting flavors.

So many choices! There are endless ice cream and treat combinations. They have everything from a basic banana split (your choice for the 3 scoops) to malts. They also have premade ice cream sandwiches and pints, so you can grab and go.All the comments mention how amazing the fudge looks (which is true). However, I want to mention how surprised I was when I seen that they serve old fashioned soda. Although I did not try it this time around, I surely will next time.

Great ice cream with distinct flavor and no “after taste”. I tested a few, but they had some many, really liked the Salted Carmel Crunch and the Mango Sorbet. Even the sugar-free soft serve was great. Many more flavors to “test”.The “quality” of this ice cream, to me, indicates that the owners have spared no expense to provide us, the customers, with the best possible product. Granted, we pay for it, but when you are getting the best value for your money, that makes it taste even better.And I haven’t even tried the fudge yet.

The Fudge is out of this world. But if you are going to pay $10 for a milk shake yes $10 for a large 32oz milk shake. My advise is do not have the kid that has only been working 3 day make it. Have the girl that wants to talk with everyone stop socializing come over and either train the kid or do it herself. Not sure about the service yet but not a $10 milkshake was milky not much signs of any ice cream and it didn’t even fill the cup so it wasn’t a 32oz large it was more like a 27oz large. I’ll try again I suppose but only because the fugue is amazing.

Never been to a better ice cream shop than this one. I absolutely love that there are so many options. My mother even prefers the Superman ice cream and it brings back memories from her childhood. It’s a family run business that has a homemade flair and definitely my main ice cream shop from now on when I have a sweet tooth.

This shop is a gem, just as much as the owner and the staff. The icecream is really good, havent tried the fudge yet but it looks incredible. I love the seating area in the back where my chaotic twins can drip and drop (I clean up after ourselves!) and wont make the store look any less clean.
