Very nice small mattress store. Friendly, helpful staff. MUCH more reasonable than big box stores.

We purchased our mattress about 3 months ago, we look around a about 5 other big box stores and refused to spend over 1500 on a mattress but every mattress we liked was 2800-3500. We purchased a mattress at Cape Coral and i believe it was 1300. We are extremely happy with the mattress. They are more than reasonable on their prices and customer service is phenomenal. We will be going back if we ever need another one. I believe the mattress was an EVO? It’s not a huge company name but the mattress is very high quality!

People are nice and delivery was on time and as promised. Im feeling a little ripped off though. I was told that my mattress was on sale at $999. My mistake was that I believed them. Later on I found the mattress for $700-800 at various online offers. This price difference is very big and it doesnt help that I got 2 free pillows. I told them that Ill need another king mattress very soon, but I guess I wont be buying it at that location unfortunately. Very disappointing as Im always trying to support local, smaller businesses.

We had looked around at almost every mattress store in Lee County about 5+ yrs ago, but I still remember very well how nice and friendly the sales staff was here at the Cape Coral store.So, when it came time for our next purchase, having not had a good experience elsewhere, we decided that there was only one place that we would stop, and we were not disappointed! From the start, Mark was down to earth, friendly, and just a tremendous help. Not only did he know what he was talking about, he knew exactly how to help us experience each mattress to feel for ourselves the differences and understand why.In the end, Mark didnt sell us anything, nor did he recommend anything, Mark provided US with the information that WE needed, and then we purchased a mattress from Mark. The show room was not your decked out, retail obvious, high dollar company facility, but the people and the product are what make any business, not the building. We had been searching for mattress to replace an 18 year old mattress, I had back pain every morning when I was getting up. We had been searching around for a couple days when I found Cape Coral Mattress, they had great reviews so I decided to stop and see what they had available. Walking in I noticed they carried several name brand mattress, Paul was our salesman, he was very good, no pressure let us try out several mattresses .After trying out several we decided on the Serta Icomfort with an adjustable base and couldnt be happier. No back pain at all this past week. I am very happy with the service, Paul was very knowledgeable and the Manager, Jeff was also very nice and so helpful, I thank you both for everything and I will recommend you to all my friends.

The sales man was very kind and helpful. I like my mattress and the bed frame I bought here. The one thing I was not happy was my king size bed frame was not put together all the was. I discovered this seven months later when I want to vacuum under the bed. The middle support bar was not attached to the headboard or the footboard. I did myself.

This is the second time Im buying a mattress from this store and just like the first time I had a smooth and easy experience from the staff! Im moving to gainesville and needed a new mattress for the move and Mark was able to find a great affordable mattress along with some extra pieces to go along! I love these people. Local and wonderful. They suggested a Solice pillow for me to get through my hot flashes. It does work! I love my cool pillow!it actually seems to conform to my shape. No neck pain and I am kept cool? My pillow keeps its shape? That is awesome. I will be buying my new mattress from Cape Mattress very soon and buying pillows for all Christmas and Birthday presents. It is the worst place in the world. Almost a month ago I bought a mattress and they told me that the delivery would be in 7 or 10 days. I paid cash and Im still waiting for it. When I claimed my money they told me they did not have it. I do not recommend you buy anything in that place.
