TERRIFIC MATTRESS STORE -THE BEST!!! Do not let the low key, no decor store fool you!! This family run company is the only one I ever recommend in all of SW Florida! My husband and I thought we knew what we wanted and originally went to the big name stores and department-furniture stores, who follow you around and try to up sell you and even outright lie! We lost $1000 at one of them by the lies the salesperson told us.. stupidly believing but you do not see the fine print until you receive the receipt after payment! I would NEVER SHOP any of these again! Zach, his dad and the staff at Half Price Mattress are unbelievable! I have never had better service anywhere, honestly.. here or from my former residence in the Chicago area. They are so helpful, leave you to go around and try the mattresses, and have ZERO issue, if you need to switch the bed out for comfort issues later. (which we had to do.) Terrific customer service! I was looking for a full size mattress for my teenager, but I wasnt looking to spend a bunch of money. Sales rep, Andrew, was great! He gave great mattress recommendations. When Andrew found out the mattress I selected was a month behind in back orders, he immediately found a higher quality mattress and gave it to me at a considerable discount.Delivery was super convenient. They removed the old mattress I was replacing and even took a king mattress & box springs I was having difficulty getting rid of. That is going above and beyond! This is a terrific company!

Ive been looking online for awhile now. I looked at the Puffy. The Purple and all the others. I dont quite have the means to go drop 5G on a mattress at City Mattress. I called up Half Price Mattress . Spoke to Zack who seemed knowledgeable in answering my questions. I took off early from work to make sure I got there plenty of time before close. I came through the doors and was promptly greeted by 2 employees. Turns out one was Zack. I told him I was looking for a king size mattress. He started me off with what they had in the $300 dollar range. No pressure to try to sell me their most expensive mattresses. I do my research and knew I was not looking to buy their most expensive mattress but not their cheapest either. When I stated Id like single coiled and a pillow top we went to the other room. He was VERY patient and gave me info on every mattress we walked by and that I laid on. I found one and it was delivered 3 hrs later. And guess who delivered it? Zack!!! You just dont get service like this! 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!! GIVE ZACK A RAISE! TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY! I will refer them to all my friends
